    I went injure as Inhave many times before because my home screen on my iphone went black. First they did a hard restart (which Inhad already done) and it was ok! So I went for a coffee and then 30 minutes later it went black again. I went back and spoke to Meg who helped me! She said sometimes it's a software glitch so I put up a new picture of myself with my dog, Cami! BYW, Meg and I bonded over our dogs because her dog is so adorable too (I saw it on her home screen)! Thank you for helping. I did have to search around for someone to help so that was why it wasn't perfect!

    We came because it's free tax week and I can get a back to school educator discount. There are so many new iPads to choose from from iPad Pro & air. It was tough to get sales help today, we waited and waited with about 10 people passing us by. Finally somebody came over to help us, he started & then walked away. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent an hour with us explaining. getting iPads, registering, transferring data & erasing our old ipad. The new one is a big upgrade. The sound, picture & speed are significantly improved.

    I love Apple products! The store is always super clean and organized, even when it's busy. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful--Dan is amazing! He made my visit so easy and enjoyable. Great experience every time!

    Most of my experiences at the Apple Store have been very good. Today was an exception. My wife and I came to replace our iPads as they no longer were accepting updates to the operating system. We went to the Apple Store around 145 pm and told the associate at the door that we were looking to purchase iPads. He directed us to wait at the table at the left end with the iPads. We waited for over 15 minutes before anyone came to help us. While getting him the information he needed from the iPad was trading in, he went to the table next to us and helped that person for at least 5 minutes. Mind you it took me 30 seconds to get the information that he needed. Finally about 5 minutes later another sales associate who was helpful helped us evaluate which iPad we should purchase and was able to complete our order and helped us to migrate data from our old iPads to our new ones.

    I needed to have diagnostics done for my generation 8 iPad here. I had an appointment and was taken pretty quickly. The store is always busy. It's best to have an appointment. Turns out I needed a new iPad. Since I didn't have my physical credit card on me, I had to order the new iPad online but within 1.5 hours, it was ready for me at the store. I came back when notified by text and a representative helped me to set it up properly. It was an assembly line of reps each helping one another and the customers. Everyone is respectful of each other. The operation is great and I'm happy that I got my new iPad and received a credit for turning in the old one.

    Tablet & Phone. GOOD. Purchased a Pink iPad 10 as a gift over the XMAS Holiday to replace a compromised computer. Previously purchased a Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max to replace an ineffective 10 year old SAMSUNG Galaxy Phone. APPLE devices are more secure than SAMSUNG devices. RECOMMEND.

    Went to Apple with one thing in mind, to purchase a new MacBook and iPad. It was the day after Christmas and I was expecting the store to be packed. Looked no different than a Saturday afternoon. The greeter got me to where I needed to be to wait for someone to help me. I had the pleasure of having Rob assist with this purchase. He is knowledgeable and then some about Apple products. His first question was how the products are being used. This helped him find the right product to meet our needs and not sell us all the bells and whistles we did need. That is great customer service! I'll be back!

    This is NOT the Metro store to go to if you want honest service, and fair pricing. While the…read moregentleman seemed nice at first, he's great at selling; and scamming. I guess the fact that his family owns the store (and other stores) is a great motivator. I dealt with the same person every visit. On 12/27 my phone started having issues, couldn't make/receive calls, and regular text wouldn't send. I went to this Metro store to ask if there were issues with Metro's service. I was told no, I asked if my memory being close to full mattered he said no. He then did a network reset and told me I should give it 2 hours to update . 12/28, still the same, I go back to the shop, he tries another reset, no luck. After waiting 2 more hours, I then called Metro's customer service; they talked me through a network reset, waited the 2 hours and had to call again. I was told my case needed to be escalated and that a tech would be contacting me. 12/29, still had no service (only whatsapp and emails) I head back to the Metro store. Now he tells me it's my phone, and claims many customers having the same issues, claimed that Samsung ended support for the J7 without notice and that I needed to buy a new phone. I'd already told him it was a bad time financially to be forced to buy a new phone. I looked at the Samsung's on display, A13 5 G was I believe $269.00, I knew I was entitled to an upgrade, he said I can set you up with the A13 phone for about $250, having no phone I agreed. He goes in the back and brings out the phone, A13 on the box. He then said he would "throw in" a phone case, glass protector and a charger. Out of a need for a phone I moved forward with the purchase. After talking to a neighbor who had the same phone, I find out after the fact he sold me the older model A13, which should have been $140.00. When I pulled the receipt out of the bag I was shocked to see that $139.99 was the price for the phone, and he had charged me for all those items he was going to "throw in" (case $26.75, charger $32.10, glass protector $26.75) plus $21.42 for a feature change? Grossly up charging each item. I was upset especially after Metro Corporate advised me there was no issue with Samsung and the J7. I went back to the Metro store, told him I was clearly unhappy, especially with the fact that the phone was only 32g. I was confused with the storage; the A13 on display showed 64g, the one he set up had only 32g, clearly storage would still be an issue. He then tells me he sold me the A13 Lite, NOT the one on display. I then questioned all those items he was going to "throw in" , he said he made a bundle deal. A "bundle deal" was never discussed, not once. I asked to return at least the charger, and case, he refused telling me it was part of a "package deal" and "we don't do refunds" Note, each item was charged separately on the receipt. The receipt states returns within 14 days, with packaging, be warned, he opens everything and throws away the packaging! Tell me that wasn't deliberate!? If you don't want to be lied to and taken advantage of then avoid this store, go to Metro Corporate Stores NOT an Authorized dealer like this one.
