First off if I can give 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can't very unprofessional and then have the nerve to have "u break we fix" on window no you break he breaks MORE he fixed my brothers phone well so call fixed because when my brother got his phone back he stated only one charger will work... how is the phone fixed if an apple charger is not compatible... then stated he didn't have the part and had to order it. Never called and said the part came in so my brother went 90 days later according to "lee" idc if it was 190 days later you didn't fix it correctly the first time so you should've reached out which he didn't. Another 5 star service experience. My iPad Pro wouldn't charge. I was sure it was the port but Mr Lee said it was a chip needing replacement. I have my iPad back in just a few days and I'm very satisfied. I recommend that you call first to insure Mr Lee is in the store. He stole my phone and treated my like crap. It has been years now and he still haven't given me back my phone. He lies a lot:

This store should be called "Lee's Lying Non-repair". This man was supposed to fix my mom's phone but instead "misplaced" it. He gave her ridiculous excuses for two weeks before I had to go to the shop to find out why he hasn't returned the phone. First, he gave us back the wrong phone, which we told him it wasn't my mom phone. Then I asked him to be honest and tell us whether he misplaced the phone. He still lies about the status of the phone. He told us that his "technician" knows which phone was my mom but we would have two days for the tech to come back to work. I told him that it was unacceptable and just to give us the value of the phone in cash. He lied about having a tech and then didn't want to give us the money for the phone. I had to call the police to report the theft. The police came and had to talk with him. He then tried to blame us for the phone being broke. I said sir, "isn't a broke phone the point of your business?!?!" He is a terrible business owner, a terrible liar, and doesn't give good customer service. He's so terrible he contradicts his own business plan by blaming the customer for the broke phone. I would avoid him at all cost. He isn't worth the headache and doesn't deserve your money. This man is bad business my husband took my son phone to get fix it was a crack screen we come back the next day the phone screen was hanging the screen wasn't even on all the way and now the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi wasn't working on the phone we bring him back the phone he had the phone for 3 weeks the first few days he didn't even call to give a update or anything we had to keep calling him to get a update and that's even if he answer the phone so now we make appointment to get the phone back he is not there the number on the door he don't answer so I'm calling him my husband calling him and about 4 hours later he text me and tell he his daughter is having prom and he not in the shop today and within a minute later he text me husband and tell him he in the hospital with his wife she in labor we got the phone another week later go to his shop pick up the phone and he wants more money after he done had the phone for a month now a few days later the phone won't even charge all together we paid this man 260 for a phone that is still not fix and worst off than what it was now we been calling him and he won't even answer the phone please don't waste your time or money on this man cause he is bad for business and it's sad that I have to give him a 1 star cause he not even worth that 1 star read more

I've been going to Lee for the last six or so years, always on point, laid-back guy, not uptight at all and most importantly very knowledgeable and all smart phones. He wants gave me back my money because he simply could not fix my iPhone fives C that I had at the time.So that being said he's an honest dude because I'm sure most of you out there know that most places would keep your money give you back your broken bone pretended to be fixed and you're just screwed. BEWARE!! I called to see what time the store was open until and Mr. Lee told me 5:00pm, so I go over around 1:30 and the door is locked so I called him and he said "he was out running errands to pick up more parts." So I came back and I brought an iPhone X Plus with a cracked screen and dropped it off to get fixed. I didn't hear from him at 5:00pm when "they closed" but yet he called me at 8:05pm to tell me the phone was ready. It cost $350, oh yeah and he texted me saying it was CASH ONLY!!!! The phone screen was popping out by the simple touch of your finger to it and there was glue all over. So the next day I bring it somewhere else to get fixed and was only charged $20 and told that the old guy didn't remove the adhesive tape that was already in there from the original time I bought the phone and how poor of a job Mr. Lee did. I feel like Ive been robbed.I went to Lee based on a referral to get my cell phone repaired. A couple of days later I received my phone and I was excited because I finally could get the info off my phone I needed. After a week, I started to experience the same problem where I was unable to see anything on the phone. I called and I told him the problem with my phone and brought it back to him. He told me that it was going to be an easy fix and that the LCD needed ti be replaced. I told him that I am not paying any more money because I already paid him $130 to repair my phone and now it is broken again. He told me that I would have my phone in a couple of days., which was not true. Long story short , Lee has had my phone for over a month and has not repaired my phone and refuses to give me my money back. I have made numerous attempts to communicate with him about this matter. I am fed up and can't believe how he conducts business. I went to pick up my phone today and he gave me my phone more damaged than it was before. The phone is now not only still broken with the same problem but now my phone isn't even charging anymore or tuning on. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism, he has lied and made so many excuses about fixing my phone or returning me my money . Horrible horrible horrible..... Started by calling Mr. Lee and asked him how much he would charge me to fix my wife's iPhone XR and my iPhone X. He told me he would charge me $100 each phone so $200 to fix both phones. My wife iPhoneXR was badly cracked on the back of the phone. Nothing was wrong with the front of the phone. My iPhone X was cracked on front and back. So I brought my phones to Mr.Lee. He said give him an hour. I went back to get my phones. When I retrieved my phones Mr.Lee handed them to me with the backs of both phones still broke and he replaced both fronts of the phones. My wife phone did not need to be fixed in the front. After he told me to fix the backs of the phones it would be another $200. So I did it cause I need my wife and my phone to be fixed. Once he fixed the backs of the phones he called me to pick them up. I picked up the phones and left. When I went to shoot a fishing video for my YouTube channel the next day my camera was broke due to Mr. Lee. I brought my phone back so he could fix the camera. Mr.Lee replaces the camera now my flash light does not work on my phone. There is no way I am bringing my phone back there to Mr.Lee. I basically have to go get a new phone now from what he did to my phone. read more

NEVER. AGAIN. he "repaired" my iphone 6s plus, and handed it to me in his store. when i turned it on little green and blue markings were in the actual screen system. glad i noticed it right away otherwise he would've charged me another 120$ to fix. he said to come in the next day which my sister and i did and we gave him my phone. after about an hour and a half we went back to his shop and he said give him another hour but my sister had work at 4 and it was around 2:30pm. at my house i called him at 3:30 and said if it was finished because my sister had work in 30 minutes and we were going in vacation tomorrow. he yelled at me saying "you're rude, you don't know how to talk to nobody" and said i wasn't giving him time to fix it and that he would call us when he was done. didn't get my phone until the next day... when my sister came to pick up my phone he was complaining that her and i were yelling at him through the phone. right when i got it back i noticed my home button was very loose, and there's a white mark in the screen system on the top of my phone, plus my phone glitches up A LOT now than it did before. it took lee 3 days to repair my phone and it's worse then when i gave it to him. extremely disappointed. read more

have to I will remember one again. Bottom line js, okay so this was my second visit to leave I visited them last month to replace a very small hairline crack on my LG g3 he is professional and does good work but he does go through a third party to get the screen so do not expect your phone in one day most of the times I was there took about 48 hours the first time actually took 48 hours and the second time took more like 72 hours I had to go back and forth a few times and work on his schedule sometimes he takes lunches for a few hours so make sure you call first before you go in there because a lot of times you're going to end up having to wait cuz he's the only one there and for my second screen that I had to get they didn't want to replace it because they said there was water damage and it was dropped which I didn't drop or have near water could have been perspiration but I'm still not sure and that one took about 72 hours and I still have to pay for half of it there's really no warranties but he did say before I left if I had any problems with it to bring it back I hope I never have to but if I do I will review again. read more
