This post office is large and clean and fairly organized. There are markers on the floor so you can socially distance while waiting in line. Everyone was wearing masks and there are plastic dividers between you and the workers. One of the best things about this branch, is that they are open inside on Saturdays until 2 pm. It's nice to have "full service" on the weekends. We'd been going through stacks of old photos trying to get a bit more organized and to get rid of dupes, etc. We decided to mail the ones we didn't want to various friends and relatives who might want to see in print their childhood memories etc. So we'd made up a number of packets to mail out to them. I didn't get her name (there were only 2 gals working at the time we stopped by today), but whoever waited on us was a sweetheart. I looked at our receipt, but it doesn't give a name -- just a number. Patient and helpful, she figured out the best way to send everything at the most economical price. We paid (they accept credit cards) and left happily with our tracking receipts. Even when they're not open fully, they have an easy to use self service machine, good pickup times, and offer a safe environment. read more

I lost my media mail package and the tracking number as well. I am at my wits end as USPS has an antiquated system where they cannot look up a package with address etc. I called the post office on Jog road and had the pleasure of speaking to Mark. Whether you need something mailed out or you need to take care of postal matters, the office lives up to its name. The branch is located off of Jog Road near Lake Worth Road and it's generally busy. The staff keeps the line moving pretty quickly while being friendly and courteous as well. You have the option of using the automated machines to avoid the line. It's user friendly and I find that I'm usually out of there before the people are being called by the ones that are working behind the counter. That is if the machines aren't being used by others though. Generally, there's no wait and it does most services rather than go to the counter and waiting in a line. The branch is clean and you can use the automated service 24/7 if you can't get there when it's open during business hours. The parking lot is a little smaller than some of the other offices I've been to, so the traffic can be a bit of a wait if it's full of cars. read more

On a recent Monday morning around 10, I came in to the post office to mail a package. About a dozen people were in line being served by TWO clerks. The employees were doing a good job but completely overwhelmed by the number of customers in the line. After a few minutes, two more windows were opened but one of the previously opened windows was then closed. The clerk who waited on me was efficient and polite and got me on my way quickly once I finally made it to the front of the line. The line behind me was longer than when I first arrived. Besides having slow service, the facility is run down and dirty looking. I'll try to avoid this branch in the future. read more

In May I sold my house in Florida. On that day I wen to the post office on Jog Rd and filled out a change of address for my home in Hackensack, NJ. Since then four companies have mailed packages to my former home that is in a locked community and the Postal Delivery Person should have DAMN WELL known that the name on the package did not match the NEW mailbox information!!!!!! The U.S. Post Office should pay me for the lost item! read more

The worst PO in the country. When you call no one answers the phone - EVER. Scheduled a pick up yesterday and no one picked it up. This has happened to me before. I received my confirmation email that they were going to pick it up, but obviously that doesn't mean anything. I paid for two day shipping ($14.40 for 4 lbs. of caramel candy) for that's when customer is expecting it. But it's never guaranteed its ever going to get there in two days. And now that it's going to potentially go out on a Thursday, I'm pretty sure it won't get there in time. So my two day priority mail shipping will now be five days. I once sent a passport with appropriate postage because I have a postage scale, and my friend never received it. She mailed hers from Virginia and I received mine, but out of Florida you're lucky that the mail gets anywhere. The only reason that we had one another's passport is that the incompetent TSA person in Miami at the airport handed back the wrong passports to each of us. Many times I get my neighbors mail and she gets mine. I've even had a neighbor three blocks away from us get my husband's mail order prescriptions. Thank God she was a doctor. I love my regular mailman. I'm sure he has to be on vacation this week because he always picks up my packages. I'm confined to my office all day so I can hear the mail truck. When my regular mailman is off, the mail delivery is very late around 5 o'clock. read more

Technically this is zero that's ZERO stars. They screwed up my delivery on items I had ordered by sending them to the wrong address,completely overlooking the change of address I put in so this wouldn't happen. They've admitted fault on their part repeatedly but refuse to held accountable for their incompetence. read more

This branch is usually on their A game and better compared to other branches as far as friendliness and being properly staffed go. All of the front desk staff are competent and been there for awhile. Couple tips: 1) the traffic light to get out of the place can be crazy long, especially in off hours - best to right turn on red. (if turning left there is also a big bump/dip in road) 2) Lobby is open 24 hours a day and you can buy postage from automated machines with a credit card. 3) There are two stacked drops - the top slit is for letters and the bottom drawer is for packages - if you put your letter in the drawer it will probably get crushed 4) there is a blue roundabout mail bin drop outside - don't use that - it frequently goes out of service and I was told it gets vandalized 5) likely you will get asked in line if you need help with "x" - I don't recommend doing that unless you have a customer service complaint for which you need speak with manager or want to be taught how to use the automated machines. 6) They are OPEN on SATURDAY mornings contrary to the listings! read more

Mail is consistently misdelivered and the response you get is half-assed not our fault. You call the office no one picks up after ringing ringing and ringing. It is never their fault, it is never the carriers fault, it must be you! read more

Had a gigantic glass bowl shipped to Idaho, we couldn't emphasize more that it was glass, it was packed with bubble wrap all over, and had fragile written all around the box. It got there in shambles. Holes in the box, like it was tossed around like a football. I filed a claim and it's been nothing but a nightmare. I wouldn't put up such a fight but we're talking $1,000 here. Apparently the claim got denied because the package is in Idaho and I'm in Florida. The designated form that the staff in Idaho was suppose to fill out was never completed on time. Am I even suppose to assume responsibility for their staff doing their jobs? This company is the worst. Website doesn't work, links are broken, phone numbers are all disconnected I imagine because of the amount of angry people calling daily. Nobody responds via twitter, long wait times of hours. Everything here is calculated to discourage you from collect any money from these people. read more

I visited this office this week and was pleasantly surprised of the greeting, friendliness and the fact that they were so willing to help. I used to use this office quite frequently for about 13 years and stopped because CS was lacking the last few years and continued to decline. Not ALL staff was on point. I had to stop and speak to a Supervisor (WM) and congratulate him and the staff as I noticed it improved a lot since my last visits. read more
