Terrible communication. Slow responses. No update on status of vehicle sale. The lack of support…read moresale started in September 2025 and is still continuing as the New Year 2026 rolls in. After loan approval, it took 14 days to schedule the notary public signing. Several days for them to receive back the paperwork. Then another 14 days to schedule delivery of the vehicle. Another 7-8 days for it to arrive. Once arrived a third party company, Executive Tag & Title Svcs., that holds the title for the finance company, sent a message saying they would take care of getting the vehicle registered. I was not informed by the dealership of this process. I called Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company, to ask a question on the same day that they reached out. Their representative did not reply for another three weeks. On November 3rd the Oregon temporary tags expired, so I was able to get a 30 day moving permit from the Nevada DMV. That temp permit expired on December 3rd. Then after submitting the requested documents, they submitted my document packet to the Nevada DMV. It has taken another 8 weeks for the DMV to issue registration and license plates on December 30, 2025. But Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company had the registration package sent to the dealership in Oregon "at the request of the dealership". So as of today the vehicle still does not have license plates. In the meantime the vehicle was issued a citation of $75 for not having up to date registration by local authorities. Because the vehicle is titled under my company name, I had to get commercial insurance before applying for registration, which costs more than $400 per month. So the vehicle has been sitting idle in front of my house for the last two months, while I'm out of $800 in insurance costs, and two monthly loan payments amounting to nearly $2k. I can not recommend this company.

There is a small raised concrete wall along the walkway that my kids found fun to walk on top of. I was a bit unnerved by the metal detector and conveyor belt. I didn't see any signage saying what to do besides to wait at a certain point, so when I was asked to remove my cell phone and keys from within my giant purse, I felt frustrated to have to dig these out with my kids already passed through to the other side. But, hey this forced me to reorganize my purse afterwards LOL. This courthouse is beautiful inside, architecturally, and quiet, clean, pleasant. Once past the police part, the rest was quite calm. Apparently they hold your appointment for up to an hour, but I doubt I will ever remember that the next time I ever need to do this again! The waiting room was fairly empty, although we had taken the first available appointment booked weeks beforehand. I didn't realize they also take passport pictures here, but I'm glad I brought my own, which weren't even cut yet. Note to self: bringing scissors to cut your passport photos with might seem logical, but apparently scissors are not allowed to be brought inside county courthouses. However, despite this mishap, I was glad to already have pictures with me, as this meant when they called our number we were able to go directly to the real office to do all the signing and paying right away, instead of waiting in a line to get pictures taken, where all the other passport people went except for us. The person who came to get all the passport folks from the main reception area seemed very confused- talking over us, trying to move us to the 'get pictures' room, and not being informative at all. But eventually she got us to the right place, though this seemed strange when all the other parts of the experience was extremely orderly and well-explained. The main receptionist was very kind and helpful. The person who processed our papers was great - and the process went faster than I had ever imagined it could. To the security person who removed my scissors from my passport folder as if it was a crime scene specimen, I hope this brought a chuckle to your day in the end. You're welcome.

Second of all this has to be the worst housing authority I've come across- so bad that I ended up forfeiting my voucher!!! Riesa A Lowery the portability specialist as she calls herself is a cruel unfair heartless woman who could care less about anyone who isn't of her RACE! Now normally I wouldn't say such a thing but what she did to me needs to be known. She waited 48 days from when my packet was received to issue me an appointment and that was only after I had a social worker step in. She fails to answer calls or emails for weeks on end. When I got there it was a side show circus of the low of the low. We were all dragged into a classroom after being given recert packets that normally you get in the mail before the day of appointment- rushed to fill them out in front of about 13 families and were to pass our social security cards and licenses around a room full of people. We were then called one by one to the back of the room where everyone else could hear our business and was yelling and running in and out the door like this was a social club . All other families except mine were African American - I'm Caucasian my husband hispanic we had our child with us who had to see this nonsense- I was the first one in and the last one out. Many people didn't bring their required paperwork I however did- those who didn't caused some disruption causing everyone else to sit and listen to the screaming for 3.5 hours!!! By the time they got to me it was 4:28 and Riesa said she doesn't get paid a min past 4:30 so she told me to sign papers without reading them! As to say I received them!! and agreed to terms I never heard of before which is BS! Then for me questioning her as to how this isn't fair that I traveled so far and wasn't even really seen she gives me a $1000 voucher for a 2br when I'm supposed to get $1200 as per the website. Everyone else got the website amount but me. Then I asked if she was gonna reissue my voucher being I only had 12 days to find a place now and she said no. Mind u she was the one who wasted my voucher time by not telling me how much my voucher was before arrival and wasting 48 of my 60 days! She was very rude and disrespectful to me. In floridas market right now there is nothing for $1000! Unless u move to the "first 48" and plan to be robbed and killed. I told her I felt I was being treated unfairly and she didn't care she told me if I don't like it why don't I just give up my voucher and then I could do or go wherever I want. That's real professional! She told me that any packet I turned in to move she would deny if it was one dollar over $1000. She left me unable to find a place before returning 10 days later to my home state. She first approved all my income and papers and then turned around for me asking for her supervisors number and said now she wanted 6 months of bank and paypal statements which were hard to get without a computer and printer out of state! I had brought the requested 3 months with me. Needless to say even working with 3 real estate agents I found nothing! My voucher has run out now and still not one phone call or email from her! The place is dirty the staff are a bunch of inconsiderate people the supervisor could care less took 4 days for him to call me back! I reported this woman and this agency to HUD for investigation as to housing discrimination . I looked up ms Lowerys Facebook after my realtor brought it to my attention she's one racist lonely woman who has the nerve to look down on people who need help when she has an $8000 goal on a go fund me page for a trip to Orlando lol!!! I'm now on my own and idk what I'm gonna do. But I'm gonna fight till she no longer has a job! So much for trying to have a better life and build self sufficiency . I wasn't about to end up somewhere worse than where I came from when there are so many complexes in nice places that would have took my voucher IF she gave the right amount!
