    No A/C! 85 degrees outside.

No A/C. It is 85 degrees outside. Feels hotter inside than out. It's inhumane to have workers and customers like sardines in a place with no air circulation. Hot, muggy and it stinks!

Bless the US Post Office. The prices are much more affordable compared to FedEx or USPS. I had to return a package that was legitimately about 0.4-0.6 oz (rings) that didn't provide free return shipping, so I was trying to find the most cost efficient store to send back my items. I went to FedEx and the ground shipping for that little and light box was $9.99!!! Crazy, I understand the timing due to the holidays, but that is still a little ridiculous. I told them no need to rush the shipment, etc. Overall, I would get it if it was heavier, but my purse was heavier than that box! Therefore, I called USPS and their pricing was ~$11/12 dollars. I was shocked. My last hope and stop was here, USPO, and thank God for it. I saved $5 for shipping, because my cost here for the same 2-3 day shipping (local by the way) was $4.39. LIKE COME ON! WHAT A BLESSING. I definitely recommend coming here for shipping needs due to the prices. I also went at a good and not busy time! Thanks USPO!

Oh Bridget, why are you still employed here?

I actually enjoyed my interactions with the staff here except for a female employee named Bridget. She's so miserable and rude and I can't believe they trusted her to serve customers. As a front desk staff, you are a representative of the company and your negative attitude reflect the image of the branch and USPS as a whole. I witnessed Bridget to be rude and condescending when speaking to customers in my many times visiting the branch. Fast forward to this day, I brought NINE small packages that had prepaid labels on them already but I wanted them to be scanned to show it was accepted by the Post Office. Bridget made a comment loudly to the customer behind me but with me standing right in front her that I could have used the machine outside to scan these packages. I mean, you get paid by the hour and it should be irrelevant whether you're there to scan my packages or sell book of stamps to another. Considering there was only two customers total including me, that comment was not needed. Especially when my transaction took two minutes to complete. And she was rushing to get rid of me that she didn't even circle the survey info on the receipt as she's supposed to. With the rising number of unemployment out there, I'm sure someone else would gladly take her job. And do better at it too.

This post office is pretty old and dirty looking. I have definitely been to better USPS locations. Inside is quite small. They have the 2 main rooms and a small room for passports I think. They sell greeting cards and gift cards and obviously packing supplies. The service is never amazing. The line no matter what time is terribly long and slow moving. Sometimes there are 3 ladies working, sometimes 2, but most of the time 1. Gotta give them props for working here and dealing with customers all day long, but I wish there was always 3 people working.

Most of the workers are miserable and rude. I wish this was not the closest one to me.

The best part was that we could get an appointment online and just let them know when we got there so wait time was significantly less this way.

I ordered Halloween costumes from Amazon and for some strange reason our mail came, but the costumes did not. After many calls, I was told that they were being held here. Today was a very different story. I went in to buy a mailer envelope and mail a very small item And it became a very big deal. I was being helped by a man named Sib. I don't think it was his first day but it sure seemed like it. First, he asked me what my ZIP Code was, but it's sitting there on the return address. Then he asked me what the ZIP Code was that it's going to because he couldn't read it. I told him what it was and he still got it wrong. When I got the bill, it sounded like too much money so I looked at it and sure enough there was a four dollar charge that he said he didn't know how it got there. So then he tried to give me a refund for it, but didn't know how to do that. And he tried to re-ring the entire thing up and he didn't know how to do that. He called for his colleague, Hella. She was very little help and then left him alone to finish it. Needless to say I was not a happy camper. This was supposed to take all of 6 to 7 minutes. Admittedly, I was getting frustrated and it was apparent. However, then, Hella decided to join in the fun and she ranted and raved for I don't know how long but she wouldn't stop and she said he won't help you and I won't help you either. So I asked for a manager he came out and she wouldn't even do what he was telling her to do. So rather than fight with her, he just went back to the other guy and he did it while the manager stood there to finish the job. The manager was rolling his eyes at her and had zero control of her behavior. My item is mailed and I will find another post office for the next time. This was truly a negative experience. I do thank the manager for helping and I am sorry that he has to work with such incompetence.

I've dealt with three individuals who work here. One of them is exceptional. Unfortunately, he doesn't make up for the other two. They're abrupt, rude, disinterested, and just want you out of their purview ASAP. If I start naming them or describing them, I'm sure the next inference will be that I am racist or whatever. So we'll just avoid that altogether. I don't care what someone looks like nor do I care with their genetic lineage is. I judge on performance. If there are cameras at this location, I would recommend having a look at some of the client / staff interactions... If I was a supervisor, and if I cared. Which of course really--no one does. Except maybe for the dude who does work here and takes his job seriously. If I had a big business and could hire him, I would grab him for pretty much any position because I trust him. He's smart, efficient, polite and helpful. The only thing that the usual USPS staff care about, is a formal complaint being lodged because that goes on their record and could cause them headaches. Other than that, it's one giant joke. Our tax dollars pay for their lousy service and they make us eat it, as they metaphorically spit in our face while we get served. No pun intended.
