You can return Amazon packages here, drop off packages with prepaid FedEx labels, or purchase a shipping label if you need to send something out. They also offer self-service printing, which I've used several times. It's very easy to upload your documents through their email system, receive a retrieval code, and print your items at the self-service machines. You can choose between color or black and white depending on what you need. Staff has always been helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. They even have a large-format printer capable of producing posters, blueprints, and architectural or construction documents, which is especially helpful for specialized projects. There are also computers, document scanners, and fax machines available for customer use, along with document shredding services. They offer free Wi-Fi and passport photo services as well.

They were so kind and so caring that when I picked them up later that day, David refused payment. What kindness, compassion, in the face of my grief.

This is the closest store to me, and it has served me well since I've relocated to Florida. Pricing is sometimes higher than you find at other places, but they will match the price of the large legitimate retailers, as well as AZ. What makes this particular location so great is their manager, Kodac... he is knowledgeable about all their products and procedures... and such a nice guy as well. So glad he always seems to be here. Hate this ups store…read more First off the store is a mess. It's small and cramped and there are packages stacked all over the place on the floor and counters and against the walls. Another issue is that this location doesn't have the self service drop off box. They have the slowest workers ever so it's annoying having to wait in line for 30 minutes just to drop off a package that takes 2 seconds. The one worker was done helping someone and with a line of 5 people just started talking to the coworker who was helping someone else instead of attending to the line of waiting people. Don't recommend this location.

I needed some mass cards for my fathers viewing and I decided to call debbie at FWP. I am so glad I…read moredid! I never thought of going to a printer before for mass cards BUT after receiving the cards the QUALITY and perfectness of these mass cards are undeniably fantastic and pristine! I went in to the shop and sat with debbie and told her exactly what I wanted (the bible quote) and the photo of my father and the cards I got were absolutely the finest quality of cards (better than any funeral home could offer). See, when you are grieving and are at the mercy of the funeral parlor you get what they have at some crazy inflated price rather than going on your own to a printer like I di and having them made yourself at one third the cost. Not that I was penny pinching, I wasnt. Take it from me you are able to go to any company for mass cards...I suggest using FWP(Florida Wholesale printers) if you need ANYTHING printed! I was treated very well by debbie and got the most perfect mass cards for my fathers viewing! Thanks Debbie and FWP for doing an excellent job!

Yet again Deborah delivered a wonderful surprise when she contacted me a day earlier to confirm that my project was ready for collection! So, if you're looking for professional, quality print material at a reasonable price, I highly recommend Florida Wholesale Printing!
