Since new manager is never there the staff do "their own thing" & are rude & outrageously discriminatory & prejudice against serving people with physical disabilities and refuse to make accomodations for their needs and refuse to serve them. I observed them doing this to an elderly woman last week, tried to intervene but they told her to just leave because they weren't going to help her. This used to be the best ups ever and the owners and managers I knew before this group of riotous rebels were 5 star. What a loss for Boynton so I hope whoever owns this place gets rid of their lazy, rude staff!! read more

I love reusing old cardboard boxes to mail things in. Who wants to purchase a brand new cardboard box when there are a thousand used ones everywhere? I learned something new though; apparently one cardboard box type that you can't use to send things in is: liquor boxes. Hmmm.... am I the only person who has tried to mail baby clothes in a whiskey box?! I tried out this Boynton Beach UPS store because I had to run another errand in Boynton Beach, so I didn't use the UPS stores I am used to (Lake Worth or Palm Springs). With only 1 strip of parking spaces facing the storefronts, I thought parking would be an issue, but I found a spot directly across from UPS right away, to my suprise (there is 1 very-short-term parking spot directly in front of the store if needed). The store looks like most other UPS stores, but nice and bright due to storefront windows. The nice employee laughed WITH me explaining my dilemma, and assured me that my items could be shoved into a large packing bag instead of a new box (the bag would be cheaper to purchase than a box). Despite my skepticism, I took his advice, and everything fit inside the packing bag! Thank you to this kind person who didn't make me feel ridiculous for bringing in a whiskey container ha ha. And for recycling that box for me ;) I would return here in a heartbeat! And they are open later hours on Saturdays than some other locations: woo-hoo! read more

Pleasant staff. Lots of parking outside. Two clerks working and another circling in the back, which is a plus. Most UPS stores only have 1 at the counter and as a result there are long lines. I had some Amazon returns which had to be scanned and some packages to mail via UPS Ground. I walked in and there were 5 people ahead of me, but despite the long line, they moved things along pretty quickly. Good UPS location. Would definitely recommend. read more

Since working from home, I've had to run to The UPS Store a lot this year to ship items for my job. I always choose this location and plan to continue that! I like how there's 3 parking spots designated for UPS with 15 minute parking. It's conveniently located right in front the store. I'm always greeted with a friendly hello. One man that works there (sadly I don't know his name) is usually working when I go and he's always so positive, friendly, and approachable - which has a HUGE impact on making customers feel good and want to return. So for him I am thankful. I took one star off because I have been making all of my Amazon returns here because Amazon states no box or package needed. I have returned lots and loved not needing a box or label. But I just tried to return an item and a different man working there insisted I needed a box. I don't know when that changed - I even called Amazon and they said UPS should provide the packaging. I'm not confident doing my Amazon returns here any longer but I'll still use them for work needs. read more

This store is the worst! This is the second time I went to use them! The first time the store was empty and the gentlemen saw me struggling with my package and opening the door and I asked for help he told me he was busy! I felt it was better for me to leave! The second time I called and asked if they could come out and help get a Amazon return, he said yes and I called when I got there and he came out but said I have to come in to complete transaction I told him I was handicapped could he please take my phone and complete it he said NO if you can't come in I can't help you. I proceeded to call the UPS store at 303 E Woolbright and they said come over. I called when I arrived they sent a gentlemen out he took package and my telephone with the code, came right back with my receipt and phone no problem They were so nice to do business with. The WORST ever experience I have had shipping anywhere in the USA. They say they pack and ship expertly this is just not true. My items were damaged in transit due to their lack of expertise. Mike the store manage was disengaged, and washed his hands off problem. He showed at no point any professionalism that in my eyes made him worthy of the manager title. I have had to call my CC company to recoup the shipping costs. With no hesitation I can say my damaged shipment caused directly by the stores inability to pack my items correctly. I'd like to start off by saying I'd give these wonderful people a 10000/10 if it were possible. There has been never a time that I could consider as a major turning point for me in my life than today, as today marked the very first day that I, a 22 year old patient, started biologics. Due to an appointment I had in the afternoon, I was initially unable to receive and sign for my medicine that was being sent to me and in a panic I couldn't even begin to think about what I should do. That being said I made my way to the closest UPS store (store 2807) and was immediately greeted by the manager David whom, after I explained my situation to, did everything he could to get me my medicine. Words can't even begin to explain how grateful I am to David and UPS for helping me start my journey on biologics to live a healthier life. 10/10 can recommend these guys and gals anytime of day. I was very dissatisfied with the customer service or lack of, that I received this morning at about 10am. I was dropping off a prepaid piece of luggage for my aunt who travels to and from FL each month. Due to her physical disability she ships her luggage regularly using the same prepaid method and same UPS Store in her hometown. For some reason your store was unable to accept it, claiming that the tracking number was already in the system and that it couldn't be scanned. I suggested perhaps that's because it is already paid and needs to be dropped for shipping. One girl asked the other for help both telling me nothing can be done except to go back to the store that created it, mind you that is in NY and I pointed that out. I asked one of the girls if they could just try to work with me and I was told I could go find another store and was dismissed while one of them walked away to the back, leaving me asking the other for a solution. I am in a state of shock at how dismissive this person was and the lack of even trying to help a consumer. Is this what it's all come to? . A total lack of care, concern, help from businesses these days. I would expect better. What happened to the old days of I see there is an issue. Let me call them and see what they did. BUt no, instead I was practically asked to leave. I contacted my aunt and agreed we'd just pay for a new label and deal with the issue another way since she needed this to be shipped back, it was her clothing after all. It's a fact that good help is hard to find but rude help is simply wrong. I hope to receive better service in the future. read more

Congress Avenue in Boynton Beach, Fl. Arriving there just before closing time, we were warmly greeted by Toya. I am giving this location a zero rating! Only did I have to use one star to post but they're a negative one star in my opinion. I paid a small fortune to 2-day deliver a special bday package for my niece and nephew and was assured repeatedly that it would arrive Saturday. Saturday came and went, no package delivered. When I call tracking they tell me first 1) it's scheduled for delivery Saturday (mind you it's not 10pm Saturday and that's clearly wrong) then 2) your package is still in Richmond VA, then 3) your package is scanned in Chantilly, VA, then finally 4) looks like your package never left Jacksonville FL, and finally 5) until your package arrives there's nothing we can do. You need to contact the franchise store Monday. So not only did my niece not get her package (today was her 13th bday) but UPS cannot get their bs straight to tell me where my package even is!!! I wouldn't use this store again if they shipped everything for free!!! Let's see how they handle my outrage first thing tomorrow morning. And quite honestly there's nothing they're going to do that will satisfy me at this point since her bday will already be over. Never again West Boynton Beach Blvd UPS! And I will tell EVERYONE I meet how much you suck. Thanks for nothing. So latest update: I did receive a very nice apology call from the West Boynton UPS store in order to process a full refund on my package delivery. I know there's nothing more they could do. Sadly the disappointment of my niece not receiving her bday gift on time has no price tag. And to top it off, the tracking center rep I spoke with Saturday night filed a complaint with corporate as I requested but flagged the wrong franchise store even though she looked up the info on her computer while trying to locate my package repeatedly and I gave her the exact address and location of the West Boynton Beach blvd and Jog Rd. So maybe the issues I have with the location actually stem from their corporate systems... which only does more to reinforce that I'll be switching to another shipping service from now on. read more

Let's be honest the UPS store isn't a place you have to hang out, but you do have to interact somewhat with the staff there. For some reason this location has a very strange, tall guy who is at the front, and he seriously DOES NOT BLINK, which makes it really uncomfortable and creepy while approaching him with package in hand. Besides this unfortunate point, the store provides great service and the other staff are great too. Handy location too in the stripmall with publix, CVS, BoA and Regions. read more

Young girl working in Saturday morning, March 18th, was rude and disrespectful. Even when directly questioned if she heard me she chose to ignore me. She wasn't with another customer. But she did have time to reprimand me for touching bubble paper. Not popping it, just touching. The manager was professional when we worked with him but for some reason felt the need to follow us to the door. Wow! Ashley and Toya and David were as helpful as could be! I came in one thing to fax and with a bunch of unboxed stuff, all different sizes to ship . While I was there, the place got super busy. The three workers who were there were patient, careful, attentive, and kind to those who needed extra help with tech issues in general. From a young boy who came in to ship something to an elderly woman who came in to copy something, the staff was gracious and helpful and super efficient!
