Today I came in to actually mail a Christmas gift. I've been coming here for Amazon returns, this is the first time I'm mailing from here in years. Besides mailing they have many mailboxes for rent , packing materials & printing services. After standing online, I was told that I could not mail the package in a Styrofoam envelope that I would have to purchase a box. I just wasted 30 minutes standing online and looking for parking. read more

This store never has a line and they are quick and efficient ! It's a small store but they have everything. They're also not picky about how a box is packed and will put on extra tape if needed, no charge. My go to UPS store. read more

Go here during the business hours and they have a sign "gone packing back in 15 minutes" I've been waiting for 20. Unacceptable to have no one manning the store during business hours read more

I went in to the ups on woolbright Boyton beach and I clicked the wrong button so Sam helped me with all 10 returns. Sam was so pleasant and helpful and can't even believe how happy I was. Sam keep up the amazing work. read more

Stevens and the other employees do an amazing job to help you with anything you need. I have been going to this location for many years and never had a complaint. FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND read more

Went to drop a prepaid package off today. I let them know I didn't need a receipt and left it by the counter as I've done in other stores many times. This time I was told by the woman that I couldn't do that and would have to wait in line. Small rules for small people. I ship dozens of packages each week and will be sure to not use this location to do so in the future. I recommend you do the same. read more

The absolute worst customer service at this particular store!! The manager Steven is the rudest person I ever met. When Corporate did a 3 way call with me on the phone, he was so rude to corporate as well. I cant believe UPS lets this person be the face of UPS. Stay away from this store, there are plenty of UPS stores in the area. I would also consider sending packages thru USPS or Fed EX! UPS service at this store is disgraceful. I have to rate it a one to get this review posted, but they dont even deserve a one. Stay away!! read more

Everyone who works in that UPS store is excellent. Very helpful and patient. Everybody works together nicely, no drama to witness. I'm glad I decided to get a mailbox there. read more

Unfortunately I dropped my tax return off to be mailed to IRS at this store #4493. It cost $26.12 so I could track it. I went back last week to the same store and was told the tracking number on the receipt they gave me was not a valid UPS number-I should go to the post office. I went to the post office and was told it was not their number. When I returned to the UPS store they said there was nothing they could do because they couldn't track it. I put a stop on their payment with Mastercard and will pursue a civil case if IRS penalizes me due to a late tax return. There was no attempt to find a solution. Now I see why there are so many poor ratings. read more

So I have a prepaid label on a small package to send. Go into the store and there were 5 people in line. I just need to drop package and leave. Employee behind the counter said I would have to get in line. I asked "no drop off box"? Nope I have to get in line. No thanks, I'm not standing there for 10 to 30 minutes for a 5 second exchange. UPS, this is 2025, come on! read more

My experience at this particular UPS store was exceptional. Patrina was the notary I needed; but she was helpful above and beyond anything. What a prize employee and a GREAT ATTITUDE. Thanks to her I was able to accomplish everything I needed to take care of. Hope read more

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and patient. I'm there often and there job isn't easy dealing with these people

I only been in this store a few times. However the staff is friendly and very helpful

Rude and not helpful. Asked for assistance and nobody offered but pretending not to hear.

To the owner of this location - you should really look over the comments here and think about who you choose to employ before your employees really sink this business for you. We caught Stevens walking out at 6:34pm, asked him to notarize something and he told us its closed. That's all fine except for the terrible nasty attitude he had, and his condescending manner. Totally rude guy no class at all. I suggest you stop hiring bums because this guy acted like a bum off the corner with his mannerism and behavior. read more

Unkind, rushed and very rude. I waited a long time in line and was absolutely treated as if I was not a customer. They should keep that in mind when they talk to people. read more

I only went to drop off a package that already had a label.. so wasnt much interaction needed, but Matthew is rude. Very unfriendly, no smile, dry, no customer service at all. So if u can tell you that from this little interaction that is a shame. Both employees look like they were mad to be at work.'.' read more

useless employees. came in with package labeled and ready for drop off. I confirmed i didn't need a receipt but they still wanted me to wait in line to hand them a package. I've had better service at the Post Office. Ineptitude at its finest. read more

This was the worst customer service experience I have had, ever. The owner needs to fire Stevens and bring someone in who does not smirk at you when they are telling you something they know you don't want to hear. I have never been more embarrassed than when this man picked up my belongings, walked out of the store and places them on the ground, because that is where customers have to pack their own items. He was so smug, telling me I can't pack a box with items for a CHARITY in the store. There is a special place in hell for people who delight in being evil to employees of a non profit. He is clearly miserable in his job and gets immense pleasure out of being rude, snarky, and humiliating people in front of others. read more

A newly hired female employee just shouted at me to GET BACK HERE after I dropped a return to Amazon labeled and ready small envelope on the counter. There were 14 people in line to do business there. One employee, her. She shouted at me. RUDE. Never again. read more

Thats how it was sent to me by UPS. I showed this picture. And they wanted to make money on me so they said UPS won't take it. Basically calling me a liar. Then wanted to charge me 30 bucks. For box and taping it up. Scam artist. Hey read more

The UPS Store - Here how it was sent to me. No problem for ups. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Boynton Beach, Florida

If I could give them lower than one star I would. This place steals your money. I paid $350 to ship a package that never got to the place. The package was worth over $1200. So now I'm out over $1500 and they refuse to take any ownership- refuse to refund my shipping costs, refuse to even talk to me. So now I'm forced to talk to the BBB, lawyers, and anyone else who will listen. Whatever you do, do not send your packages through this store. read more

First I'd like to say that this is a very good store, the service is fast and UPS is a very dependable company and that deserves at least 3 stars. But I became aware of a potential problem which I'll warn you about. I packed my own box at home. I weighed it on my bathroom scale (which is digital) and measured the dimensions with a tape measure. Then I put all the information in the freight calculator on UPS.com including the addresses. UPS calculated $18.58 which was their lowest rate for UPS Ground. Print out this calculation generated by the UPS webpage and bring the print-out to the store with your package when you drop it off. You don't actually need the print-out to ship a package but you'll have it if there's any dispute over the freight charge. When you go to the UPS store make sure that they don't add $3 for a home pick-up or anything else. If you have to you can show the counter attendant the print-out from UPS.com - because that shows the correct freight charge (within a dollar difference) - and let the store attendant explain any difference in freight cost. Apparently a customer saves $3.00 by bringing their package to a UPS store which is already on the driver's route, so it's not an extra stop for the driver for a home pick-up. When you think about it, how could any customer coming to a UPS store be a home pick-up? That just doesn't make any sense! It feels very disconcerting when a counter attendant makes an "error" which results in an overcharge. Bring your UPS.com print-out with you so that you can point out their "error" and argue intelligently about the overcharge before any money changes hands and before the shipment information is recorded into the UPS computer. UPS can be around the same cost as the post office if you use them correctly as I have described. Good luck! read more

I had never been to this location before but was in need of a printing service. Stevens was the absolute best help I could have ever asked for. Even though I had no clue how to print out my jpeg file correctly, he patiently gave me clear instructions as to how to do it. He also took over when it was clear I had no understanding of how to send the attachment! The store is clean and welcoming, the service is quick and the gentlemen I saw working there were knowledgeable and polite. I will be using this store again and I would recommend their printing services to anyone. A+++ read more

Rude service. Wouldn't even try to help get my return to amazon. Then wanted about $4 for me to email it to them to Print. No thanks. Take my biz elsewhere. I would've done it if the guy was a tad nicer. Not rocket science. Update : went to another pak and ship. Charged me $1 to print a label and my package is on its way. Things that make you go hmm. read more
