The only reason I'm giving this establishment such a low rating is because the manager that works there is so incredibly rude , nasty and unhelpful. As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel. read more

Got to tell you. Two weeks ago went to pick up my laundry everything was on hangers. 15 to be exact. Today I went to pick up my laundry after dropping off 15 hangers I get five pieces on a hanger told short white lady I brought you 15 hangers her answer we only hang up shirts, and I would prefer if you did not bring your clothes here, on Veterans Day they only have a job because of the freedom they have shame on you $41 today, $45 last time. but my clothes were on hangers last time. It's just this lazy short fat lady she has done this to me before. Awful we just wasted $ $19 and nothing is clean stained and doesn't smell even washed. The lady there told my husband to only add less than half a cup of detergent for very big loads because it will ruin there machines if there are suds. A day wasted and the clothes even smell funny. My family and I been going to BJ's for the past decade now. It's small but not tight, if that makes sense. From the owners Liz and her husband (I never got his name and only seen him twice lol) and the employees, they're all very generous, friendly and caring. Mind you, there's 3 laundromats that's 2-5 minutes away from my house but I RATHER / PREFER go to BJ's that's 5-10 minutes away because of the HOSPITALITY!!!! They make It feel like home! The only way I see myself not going to BJ's anymore is if I ever leave Florida. Besides that, this is my Laundromat and I love it here!!!!!!!! Especially, my mother! Again, a DECADE! Clean and efficient! Of course you want to do laundry in your own home, but that is not always possible. Buying a new home, our dryer was not what we were hoping. Popped on to good old yelp to find this gem! Machines are in great condition, wash and dry well, plenty available. Staff was incredibly nice and owners seem to know how to run a good business. Great location where you can go have a Starbucks, grab a beer, or get a quick round of Bowling in while you wait for your laundry! Highly recommend as you can't go wrong stepping in here. P.S. I hope it doesn't get infected but I want to add how helpful the lady was and how was she rushed to provide me aid by bringing me medical first aid kit. Stephanie is the name of lady who had helped me administer the first aid properly. This wasn't a clean incident from bloodshed drippings across my hand arm and what was on the ground as a result from the accident the she quickly cleaned up properly and sanitized the floor as well! i don't use laundromats often because i have a washer and dryer at home. but i needed laundromat services since my home washer and dryer were under maintenance . i chose to come to bj's coin laundry since i was in the area doing errands nearby, and i was very delighted by my experience here. the woman delicately folding clothes inside assisted me with all my questions on how to operate the washers. she was so sweet! the machines were efficient and well taken care of, along with the atmosphere being quiet and clean. on a side note the ac was jumpin in here! thank gosh too because it was extremely hot outside today. overall im thankful for the ease of doing my laundry here. i will definitely come back when i can! read more

It's a nice, clean, and quiet little laundromat that I'll probably visit again despite my experience with the attendant tonight. I needed to wash a light comforter and saw that they closed at 9pm. I got a little turned around but made it here a few minutes before 8pm. As I was walking into the laundromat I looked at the sign and saw that last wash was 8pm for maxi loaders and top loaders. After doing investigating I saw that my comforter only needed a top loader and decided to go ahead and wash. As I was entering the coins into the machine at 8:10, the attendant, who probably hadn't noticed me come in because she was cleaning up for closing, said to me "I hope those aren't clothes. Last wash was supposed to be at 7:30". I let her know that it was only a comforter to which she replied "I hope you're okay with it only drying for 15 minutes". I understand that she may have had a long day but to greet a paying customer like they are an inconvenience because she may have to stay a few minutes after was rude. read more

So living in Florida one can never be too sure what the weather will bring. That being said I do not own a dryer but I do have a washer. Washing mashing doesn't spin so I can wash light stuff ring it out manually and then dry it but towels just take way too long.. so I used every towel in my house, 11 lbs worth and finally had to go to the laundromat. JB's is pretty close to my house. Haven't been to a laundromat in 30 yrs and pretty much it is what I remember it to be. Attendant gal was awesome offered to do it for me at 1.95 a pound but I just cant see dropping $20 on doing towels. Only had $5 so she was kind enough to give me free Tide. During the 30 min wash I went to see a job came back with more quarters for the dryer loaded that up and went to look at another job. Came back all done out the door wham bam thank you ma'am. Place was clean machines seemed new, had a TV, chairs, I can see myself settling in with a cup of Dunks and a book next time. read more

When I unexpectedly needed to go to a laundromat, I wanted one close to my apartment and clean. The reviews for this place were spot on!! The place was clean and neat. There is an attendant who was very nice and eager to assist me. The washers were super fast and there was plenty of dryers. Machines were working and the price was well marked.
