completely ruined my blanket. would absolutely never bring anything you care about here, they have no idea what they're doing. brought a faux fur blanket there from anthropology that specifically says dry clean only and provides instructions. my dog had gotten a little blood from surgery on it, so it also needed spot treatment. I trusted them and instead of just saying they didn't know how to properly clean it, they took my money and completely destroyed the blanket. the whole blanket is matted and crusty. picked it up about 2 weeks ago, and i still daily pick through it trying to get the matting out and comb through crusty spots, but it's still not the same. I'm extremely upset and I would never ever recommend this place to absolutely anybody. If anything I actively tell people not to go here. read more

Horrible. I was a customer there for many many years and then they lost 2 of my suits and a couple of pants. They partially refunded me some money (not enough) as a CREDIT ONLY and when I went back to use my credit, I was going over the charges of my dry cleaning, and I realized they were over charging me on certain items because I was using my credit. I initially called for my husband's suit to have alterations but there was an issue. Unfortunately, my husband was not available to come in to try on the suit so she may make proper measurements. I spoke with a young lady whom was extremely nice, had great customer service and recommended that my husband come in. So I opted to just to do alterations to my dress the following day. It was just a little long , not much to take off. I failed on my end to ask about price BEFORE the lady measured how much to take off. I asked her after and found out it was $70!! I said I'm already here, she measured me so I might as well go through with it. At the end of the day she completed it in a few days and she was extremely nice. I checked out with a gentleman whom was extremely nice and gave me a coupon for first time customers. If you're planning on coming here for alterations because they advertise it, don't. I had the worst experience here with the rudest seamstress. My review is not based on their cleaning services but with their alterations seamstress Myriam - only. Walking in, they asked me if I was here for alterations and asked me to go change in a tiny fitting room. I did so and came out prepared with the proper shoes on. Then this elder woman comes towards me. I greeted her and she ignored me. She asked if these are the shoes I'm wearing. I said yes. She asked if I'm just getting it lengthened, I said yes hem shorter. She got on her hands and knees, on the floor, to pin just one section of my dress - where one foot was. Asked me to look in the mirror while a fan was blowing on me. I told her it's too long. She got an attitude. Even though she just told me she can make it shorter or longer after I look in the mirror. She goes and repins it. I look in the mirror trying to take a few steps in it. All the while the fan is still blowing directly on me. I told her it's too long because I'm still stepping on it. She gets mad and rudely tells me it's because she didn't pin everything. OK so I replied back how am I suppose to tell you then? I'm stepping on it and this fan is blowing on me. She unprofessionally talks down to me and tells me once the fabric is cut she can't add it back. Like that isn't common sense. And she tells me that this is on the verge of being too short. Since I don't disrespect my elders, I just replied fine and went into the changing room to take it off, clearly annoyed. I come out and she walked off! They had to ask her to come back to quote me. She replied "I thought you weren't happy with the length." I said just tell me a price. She rudely said $70 just so she could overcharge me. I think not.
