I had been using this particular dry cleaner for years after the original owner sold it has not been the same I recently dropped off my husband's clothing which consisted of seven pairs of shorts 10 shirts and seven slacks all were returned wrinkled and not hung up properly, I am extremely disappointed and if you walk in, it smells like fried food . TL;DR Expect your stuff to get ruined. Go to Sable French Cleaners or Cricket Cleaners I have been to many many cleaners before from Downtown Miami to Boca to this place and I've never seen a company be so unorganized and inconsistent. I usually have a few really nice Italian suits and some nice shirts done and I've never had this much trouble. You don't dry clean those often to preserve the fabric. I tried getting a couple shirts done to try it out. The first time, the shirts were ready in time. Came back the next day. There were still stains on the shirt. Came back the next day, a NEW stain on the shirt. Totally messed up the shirt. And not only that! My sister had some of her blouses for work and she had the same issue! They didn't press the shirt right and they messed up with adding new chemical stains! He refused to give me a refund also. This wasn't the first time I had to come back for a bad cleaning on shirt here either but I finally got fed up and asked for a refund. The owner was intolerable. Rafael Lisprilla is his name. He knew every time there was an issue and he couldn't get his staff to do it right. They do it all in house and it's usually a good thing but I've seen the staff and they really don't take care of your stuff when they think no one is looking. Don't believe just me, there were A LOT of other people who came in EVERY time I was there and they were just there to complain. 3 words. Same. Day. Service. I needed my dress shirts and blazers pressed and ironed and when I went in, they accepted my request and did it in 15 minutes. Awful ruined brand new Michael Kors blouse I only wore once. I would not recommend . It was mixed up with dark clothing and now instead of pure white it looks like dirty grey. I have been a regular at Fountain Cleaners and the last 3 times that I have been there, they messed up my dry cleaning. First, they promised me overnight and it took 2 days, Second, they put a brown stain on my collar. Third, they did not have my order completed (6 shirts and 3 pants) in 3 days so I had to wait 2 extra days for them to complete my order. I never asked for a discount for the first or second order, but on the third I asked and the associate called the owner (Rafael Lasprilla) and he stated: not this time. In addition, I have asked for extra starch on every order and sometimes I receive it. I am completely unsatisfied with Fountain Cleaners. Please do not use!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I work for the Government and I run a Private Security Company, so I have to wear a uniform. I have been using Fountain Cleaners, on and off, since 2010. Three out of the last four times I used their services, my order has been wrong. First, they promised me overnight service but it took two days. Second, I picked up my uniform shirt and it had a brown stain on the sleeve. Finally, I dropped off uniform shirts and pants and they did not complete the order in the three days promised, they needed two additional days. In addition, I always ask for extra starch and I receive it half of the time. I never asked for a discount before but this time I asked the young lady at the counter if I would get a one since it was the third time.
