Cotton Shirts and laundered slacks came out crisp and well pressed. However dry cleaned shirts (synthetics, metal buttons.) seemed less well pressed than I am used to. 9 laundered shirts, 1 khaki, 7 dry cleaned shirts totaled $90. Would have been about the same at previous cleaner; and about $5 more for home pick-up and delivery.

I wish I could recommend and share positive experience ! it has taken me a long time to finally get…read moreover my terrible feelings and share the horrific experience Dr. Goldfarb put me through. mI was quoted a price for replacing a bridge and adding one implant, each visit I was told something else-- I am very experienced- I have several implants and bridges which were done in Illinois- never had any problem. Dr. Goldfarb did an implant for an area where i had no tooth for YEARS - and obviously needed bone graft- and I saw he was not planning on doing so- I questioned and was very surprised but he insisted there was no need! well he is the expert! needless to say I ended up with horrific infection, high fever, antibiotics for two weeks! and..it had to be removed!! of course I was not happy this office collected over $6,000.- (six thousands dollars) and did nothing!! when I tried to question and proved him wrong time and again- HE BLOCKED ME! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DR!! granted I was not suspicious, but I should have been more careful!! watch out!!

The attendant argued with me as if I had worn it and because I didn't bring it right back in or call about it right away. It had been hanging in my closet with the dry cleaning tags still affixed to a front button hole - yet he kept saying "I don't know" "I don't know" as if I had worn it and he didn't believe that I hadn't and wondered why I didn't inspect the items before hanging in my closet (should that have to be done if they're a reputable dry cleaner?) or bring them back right away. I explained that this blouse was in a bag with a bunch of others and they all went straight into my closet until I was ready to wear it. He argued with me for 10 minutes while looking at my account and indicating that I wasn't a frequent enough customer, wouldn't tell me if he was the owner or not, and wouldn't give me his name. Absolutely horrible customer service.

A friend recommended JJ Alterations in the Boynton Beach Mall. I went in by JCPenney and found the business. Six women were busy sewing & some were waiting. Although the waist size itself was reduced, the way it was done was simply by folding and sewing the waistband, which created a noticeable bump right on my hip bone and made the jeans uncomfortable to wear. Because of this, I had to bring the jeans back to be redone. When I returned, the lady at the counter insisted that I had not paid for the service, even though I had already paid $59.12 for the jeans alterations. I had to search through my credit card charges to prove that the payment had already been made. Unfortunately, the top also had to be redone because the straps were not adjusted properly the first time. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns were not really listened to. What was most upsetting was being spoken to very aggressively and even yelled at in front of my child while trying to resolve the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of the work and the way the situation was handled left me very disappointed.
