Highly recommend this place. Came here to have some pants hemmed and they were done very well and very quick. Glad I found them, will definitely back read more

Good for alterations to clothing, but they send dry cleaning out and that takes about a week to get returned. Hard to find an on premises dry cleaners in Florida. read more

OVER THE MOON! Last minute panic! I needed the dress a week early and THAT NIGHT. No problem, as Scott was cutting and sewing and basting and hemming until 6:30 at night. I picked up the dress at 8:30 along and dropped off a big thank you along with a side of Brooklyn Bagels and a Schmear. I LOVE WELLINGTON! Cheers to the Tailor Scott for saving the day and always making me look good. read more

Tailors Touch is like a breath of fresh air in the service industry where you are made to feel special as soon as you walk in the door. I have had several alterations on dresses and evening gowns, and Scott and his team have been kind, considerate and beyond helpful. Finding a company that truly cares for the customer is a true find. I am beyond grateful for their service and assistance and give them my highest recommendation. Thank You Tailor's Touch! read more

Very pricey (I paid $36+ to bring up the hem) and my white pants were returned to me with blue pen marks all over. Very disappointed! read more

Scott is a true master of his profession! I recently had him alter a suit and a couple of dress shirts, and the results were absolutely perfect. His attention to detail, precision in measurements, and expert craftsmanship made everything fit like it was custom-made just for me. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. I've never had tailoring this impeccable--highly skilled and professional through and through. I noticed one negative review from a woman that seemed overly harsh and unfounded. It honestly sounds like sour grapes from someone who's been vaccinated and maybe a bit irritable lately. Don't let that deter you--Scott's work speaks for itself, and he's the best tailor I've ever worked with. Highly recommend! read more

Absolutely incredible service!! They were extremely attentive and very fast! The prices are fair and the staff is friendly. def coming back for any hemming that is needed. read more

Thank you Scott and Co!! Highly recommend for alterations. Walked into Tailor's Touch at end of day (and end of week) and was met with polite and professional individuals!! Only needed a seam reinforced on a skort, expected to leave the item, unexpectedly was repaired on the spot. Old school thoughtfulness when people actually care about people. Much appreciated!! read more

Scott is Fantastic! Brought all of my military uniforms to him to add my promotion patches! He really took care of me and all of the work turned out fantastic! Fantastic Job! Highly Recommend! read more

I can't recommend Taylor's Touch highly enough! I brought in two pairs of jeans on a Wednesday afternoon, and they had them ready the very next day. When I came to pick them up on Friday, Scott (the owner and a proud Marine Corps veteran) personally made a few final touches in under an hour that made the fit absolutely perfect. The attention to detail, quick turnaround, and genuine pride in his work were second to none. They've made a lifelong customer out of me. I'll be bringing everything here from now on! Jeans, shirts, dress slacks, sport coats, and even my service dress uniform. If you're looking for outstanding tailoring, alterations, or dry cleaning, Taylor's Touch is the place to go. Thank you so much, Taylor's Touch! - Drew read more

If you don't have your ticket plan on waiting a very long time so they can search the entire establishment. Absurd. Get a pos system.

Scott is extremely rude and condescending. I asked him one question and he went insane on me. He has a terrible attitude and is nasty to his customers. I thought his attack on me was personal, then I read the other reviews where he was awful to them too. Avoid this place! read more

These guys are the best!! Stopped in with a quick fix project and completed it on the spot and have loved their alterations in the past. Can't recommend them enough! read more

This place has real professionals. We have had a good experience here. Have used the dry cleaning service and also had a purse repaired.

Dropped off my Uniform to get a fix on my patches that I had brought to another place that failed to do it correctly despite saying they could. So I took it here to get it fixed when I dropped it off here was told it I would get a text and to keep my ticket for pick up. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly the uniform was done and the amount of attention to detail it received. I would gladly continue taking my business to Tailor's touch they are a very good sewing and alterations business. read more

okay so I brought in a lot of things to the tune of 500$ Picked it all up and all good. I then brought in a blazer that needed a button sewn on .If I had the right colored thread I would have done it myself. So for a button the woman said 24.00 $ NO JOKE. I left .Went back when the owner was there. This is where it got loco.He starts telling me a bunch of b.s. Does it for free , gives me 10.00 (Have no idea why) then tells me to find another place. There are no shortages of alteration places so I shall.Completly LOCO! Just keeping it real.I never leave reviews but after this we'll....... read more

I had some horse riding style pants that were made by another company. Due to the manufacturing process, a portion of the sticking came out. I called, asked what could be done, and when it could be done. Although I was past the 4pm deadline for same day service, I was explained by a guy at the business to come over right now and he will see about taking care of it. I showed up a few minutes later. He looked at it, explained the issue, as well as the complications of where the restitching needed to be done. After a few moments, he came up with another idea and was not nearly as intensive as the first idea. Needless to say, he restitched it while I waited (Maybe at the most 4 minutes this included turning on his machine) and absolutely refused to charge me for the work that he did, even though I tried to pay. To be clear, I have never been in this business before or even met the guy(Presumed owner). I appreciate the work he did and his willingness to drop what he was doing, come up with a less labor intensive way to solve the issue. I would say, I appreciate him not charging me, but hey that was just the icing on the cake by him not doing that although I was willing to pay. read more

I came here based off of Yelp reviews. In Florida I was informed that all dry cleaners make you pay up front. This is something I'm not used to from living previously in another state. I don't normally set clean or buy things needing dry cleaning but my husband has some silk Tommy Bahama short sleeved button shirts and they were $6.00 which I thought was high but i haven't been to a dry cleaner in a long time. I got my shirts back and they were clean. I just was shocked at paying up front as well as the price for a mans shirt. read more

The owner is very rude & condescending. The seamstress and the young lady that works at the desk are very polite & helpful but the owner ? Absolutely not. So many people recommend this place so I decided to give it a go. My dress needed a couple of things done. the first thing it was a one shoulder gown and was a little bit big on top. The seamstress told me she would tighten it, but in the end, she made it too tight on the one side that my zipper was shifted over to one side. The zipper in the back was not centered because the way she pulled it only on one side. Then I requested my side slit bring it up about 4" & was never done (I paid for this service $28) then I needed the length taken up. My dress had this 4 inch batting in it to make the bottom stiff and stay straight. I did not want to spend $50 more (as my bill was already up to $180) and she did not recommend I really needed it anyway that the dress will stay straight, but if I known that the hem was gonna be stitched so lightly that literally I could pull one string, and the whole thing would come apart. sure enough it got caught in my shoe, and as I walked, the whole hem fell apart that fabric where the hem was cut just pulled apart. Thank god I know a little bit about sewing & I had to stitch my hem up so it wouldn't keep snagging. All this happen as I was walking into the reception. So embarrassing that this happen at my brothers wedding. I will not use or recommend this place again. read more

Tailor's Touch - The hem on by dress ripped and got caught on my shoe that it pulled the whole hem. So embarrassing - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Wellington, Florida

Absolutely terrible experience. The man (owner?) that was pinning the alterations I asked for argued about everything I wanted done. Said it was unnecessary and it looked fine. It did not look fine. He finally agreed to honor some of my requests but flatly refused to do what I felt was the most important thing. Said it would look fine after it was pressed. Picked it up and it was awful. Pressing did not help at all. Took it to another seamstress and she saw the problem the minute I put it on. Agreed it looked sloppy because it was too big, then fixed it. Awful experience. I would NEVER go back to Tailor's touch. read more

The staff here are awesome and friendly. I had to dry clean a tuxedo and a blazer for an upcoming event. They also hemmed my tuxedo pants and did an awesome job. All of my clothes were ready within a couple of days of me bringing them in. Tailor's touch is definitely reliable if you're in a time crunch. I had my brother go here to do the same and he had a similar experience. read more

STAY AWAY!!! This guy ruined two of my $100 dress shirts, one with an iron burn and the other with ink, then claimed he didn't do it. He sends everything offsite, so he has no idea what happens to your clothes after they leave his store. He is a Grade-A jerk who refuses to stand behind his service. You'll notice the poor kids who work there are miserable and have fear in their eyes from this horribly unhappy man. I looked past the fact that he's overpriced and generally rude, thinking the service would make up for it. Expensive mistake on my part. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more

Amazing!!! I brought my wedding dress in to get shortened and my straps to be adjusted and they did an amazing job! My Wedding Dress was a little more complicated since it had a lot of layers and beading along with lace but the team at Tailors Touch knew exactly how to work with my dress. I couldn't be happier with the end results. My dress looks perfect!! The turn around time on my dress was amazing as well. They ended up getting it done a week before it was scheduled to get picked up. I definitely recommend them for any of your custom alteration needs. Their customer service was so good and even when I felt nervous about alterations the team was kind and ensured me that it would be exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to wear my dress on my big day! I will update a picture after my wedding. read more

After shrinking a sport coat beyond recognition, by washing it instead of dry cleaning it, Scott Ford, the Owner of this disorganized dry cleaner admitted he had ruined it. Not only was the shrinkage catastrophic but the wool was ruined. Ford's playbook, after admitting the negligence of his offsite facility, is a well practiced deny, deceive, and devalue the claim as he invents a deceitful version of the truth. Ford's version of accountability for destroying a 100% wool sport coat, originally valued at $560, was to pay $100 after a comically inept attempt to "fix" the irreversible damage. If you're considering taking clothes to this amateurish business make sure they aren't worth more than $100 because this Tailor's Completely Out Of Touch with reality. read more

I found the man, to be very condescending, who I can only assume to be the owner the way he took over from the girl working the front desk -- when I came to inquire about an item I needed to be fixed. I'm sure he intended to be positive yet the bad enegry and almost as if I was bothering him is the impression he gave off. Sadly, this is not someone I would like to do business with. read more

I came in to tailor's touch to get my leather jacket's chain re sewn onto the sleeves (it's a decorative part of the jacket and needed to be in the same pattern as before). I tried my best to hand see it myself but it was taking me hours. So I brought it in and explained the situation, and the owner Scott told me it could be done but it had to be hand sewn as I had thought. To do this he said he charges by the hour because of how time consuming and arduous the job was. He said he could complete it in 1.5 hours and that it would be $125; a price in my opinion that is definitely reasonable for hand sewing, especially for complicated pieces. He said it should be ready in under a week, and to my surprise it was ready in just 5 days. I picked it up late because I was busy and Scott took the time to explain to me the work that was done, and even gave me a tip on the thread that was used by the manufacturer. He even sewed back on the plastic gems that were loose free of charge! Thank you Scott and your team for fixing one of my favorite jackets! Will definitely be coming back for all of my tailoring needs. read more

In the past this place has done good work, but I called recently to be sure they were still doing alterations and what their hours are since the pandemic. The man (the owner?) who answered was impatient, rude, and condescending. After some prodding and an actual argument (seriously!) he finally answered my questions. I've been bringing my dry cleaning here for a few years and the service has consistently been good. The staff is always very friendly and engaging. The quality of the work is v good... do they sometimes miss a spot? Sure - it happens with every dry cleaners sometimes. But u bring the garment back and they'll try again. This business is the real deal: it's not just a transfer station for pickup and drop off... lots of good work takes place here.
