Exactly what I expect. Friendly staff. Pickup and delivery, and they text me when they will be nearby for the next pickup. I have tried many but have stuck with Tide for several years. read more

Handing this cleaner Location ( 390 S State Rd 7 Wellington, FL  33414) my Balenciaga haute couture shirt was like sending a masterpiece into the hands of amateurs. It returned to me ruined -- and the only thing more shocking than the damage was the breathtaking lack of professionalism. No responsibility, no solution, not even the courtesy of sincerity. A true luxury garment deserves care and respect; here, it received neither. Instead, I was met with indifference, as though a five-figure shirt were no more valuable than an old dish rag. That level of negligence and arrogance is unacceptable. Consider this not just a warning, but a public service announcement: entrust them with your clothes at your own risk. read more

I have contacted The CFO Mr Kassolis for several times already via email and telephone calls but despite several attempts I didn't not receive any reply. Unfortunately this wasn't the first time it happened at the very same location. Dear Amanda , thank you for your response but please note that I mentioned clearly that the item was a " Balenciaga "shirt. read more

Yolanda and her team provided great service. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a good dry cleaner.

For me the best. The posted prices are what you pay. No upgraded "needed" cleaning. No "added" services. And they do it fast. For me, finally found what I want. read more

Really efficient business, got back a bridesmaids dress in less than 24 hours pressed and cleaned. Their work really saved me as the wedding venue i went to had no way to press clothes plus I traveled (in garment bag in suitcase) from MIA to Portland and it had minimal creasing. Really great , would recommend. read more

This business is very client driven, efficient and they do the job well. I have dry cleaned clothes and also laundered clothes when my washer broke. They pick up and deliver as well for a low fee. Love their drive through drop off!! read more

I've been coming here the better part of four years. My big gripe initially was that no matter my shirt, I was getting charged a different price every time. I left a review, saying that, they reached out agreed to fix it and no problems. Lately, the same issue has been going on again. I even went in to pick up my order as the line was long, I asked them about this and they said that that's just how it is. So I guess that's just how it is, I'm done and I'm going somewhere else. It's too bad because it's a nice location, easy drive-through service, and most of their employees are friendly. for the record, I get the same eight shirts dry cleaned that I use for my work. Those are the only shirts that I have been taking there. read more

Tide Cleaners is unreliable. My client uses them, and I've had to deal with constant issues -- lost items, missed deliveries, and poor communication. Most recently, they confirmed a delivery for August 5th, then didn't show. read more

Please do not use this dry cleaner! They picked up 5 pieces of designer clothing and never returned them! Because I trusted them I did not get a receipt when they picked up. They are not taking responsibility for the missing clothing because of that. Shame on them!!! read more

On time service. Quality work, took good care of our garments. Offers pick up and delivery on their app, sends text messages if you have items for pickup and clean. read more

Currently this location has lost a bunch of our clothing and bedding. I'm curious to see see how they will handle this, and how they will reimburse for our lost items. If they take care of this promptly and professionally, I will come back and repost with a better score. read more

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I had a terrible experience with Tide Cleaners. My clothes were returned with stains and wrinkles that weren't there before. Yolanda and Lizbeth were the rudest people there. Extremely insolent people. I expected better quality and professionalism. I will not be returning. read more

Very bad experience. I needed my work clothes washed and folded quickly for a trip due to our washer not being delivered on time at home. Dropped off on Saturday and tried to pick up on Sunday. No one was there and was told that wash and fold is sent off on Monday and to pick up after 5. What? I needed them for my trip on Sunday. Wife tried to pick up the clothes on Tuesday, but again no one was on premise. I flew back on Friday and went in at 1pm. Again no one on premise. I called the local number and was told a person was to be there from 1-6. I went back at 2:30 and was able to claim. I also had an online coupon for $5 off and it wasn't added to my checkout. I also tried to close my account, but the app states I need to pick up my clothes. Really bad experience and won't be going there again. Service states 24/7 service, but that's only for the self serve kiosk. Very misleading. Paid 30 for 1 load of laundry. read more

I drop my suit off to this store the next I came to pick it up thinking I wouldn't have to check their work, but when I got home it wasn't even cleaned. I decided to give them a second chance and drop off custom shirts and khakis. I come back the next day. I wait for over an hour at the store for them to find my clothes and they still weren't able to find them I had an event to go to at 6pm, I miss the event and they did find my clothes after I waited at the store for an hour and twenty minutes. Don't use this place, very disorganized not worth the stress. Use the dry cleaners up the street much better read more

Attention Christy: Pls get back to me ASAP The Wellington location LOST my wash and fold laundry and could care less when addressed in person at the store! They looked at us like we were invisible. I need to make a claim and get reimbursed for the lost clothes!!!!! Thank you' read more

Get on their email list and get discounts of 10% to 30%. Nice staff. I recommend! Dry cleaning is professional and laundry service superb.

Google maps sent me to the opposite end of the shopping plaza, but I called and the representative gave me exact detailed location and I found it quickly. Self-service drop off dry cleaner. You walk in and use a screen to enter your data and how many pieces you are dropping off. The inky downfall was they had no more bags available so I had to leave the bag I brought my coats in. Overall quality was great for the price and the turnaround time was two days at the most. Definitely recommend. read more

It turns out that there was a simple mistake made with my laundry order. Someone else's 24 lbs of washed & folded laundry was inadvertently added into my order. Yolanda the manager figured it out after I'd questioned the charges. She had a driver pickup the laundry that wasn't mine, and she found my missing bed sheets and she hand delivered them to me this morning. Yolanda was polite, sincere and apologetic for the mixup and slight delay. All in all now realizing it was simply misplaced laundry, I'm pleased with the outcome and with Yolanda taking responsibility to make things right. Good Job! I revise my first impression and I'll be using Tide Cleaners again for my heavy cleaning needs. Thank You Yolanda. read more

I normally don't leave reviews but unfortunately I have to do it for this place. I'm a first time customer and brought in a couple of linen shirts to be cleaned for my husband. But when I received them back, one of them came back damaged.. grey color, brand is Tommy Bahama. I asked the girl up front to speak to the manager but she wasn't even there. The girl wrote down the name for me, Yolanda. I was told that i should be getting a call back soon. It's been over a week and a half and have yet to receive any form of contact from this lady or management in general. They have absolute horrible service and are very unprofessional. I will never come back here period. read more

Great price and smooth process from start to finish. I've been putting off getting my suit jacked dry cleaned because I always thought it would be a hassle but Tide Cleaners proved me wrong. They have same-day dry cleaning if you drop-off before 9am. In my case, I dropped off around 2pm and was able to pick up by noon the next day. Also, first timers get 50% off so my suit jacket only cost $4.58. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Would recommend! read more

Horrible customer service. The team is so unorganized and unprofessional. I used the pick up and drop off service. My clothing will come back different times. When I went to pick up in store they did not know what was picked up at my home meaning they couldn't find my items. The team lost my Louis Vuitton coat. When I noticed my coat was missing I notified them I never received it by delivery service which I waited three weeks to see if it would come the following week. I called and went in to let them know. I brought the ticket in store, they checked in the system to see if it was checked out as in delivered and the system showed them it was still there in store. The owner called me after this and said the system showed it was checked out which was a lie. He suggested maybe my nanny knew where it was or I misplaced it. Management was supposed to call me back never did. After this I went to the store multiple times to speak to management she was never there I called multiple times to speak to her and get an update, the team would tell me she's not in at the moment. I was ignored for months. I also called the owner back he told me he was getting on a flight he will call me back and he never reached out. The most unprofessional dry cleaners I have dealt with. The amount of business I given this store a week and I couldn't even receive a call back. Not to mention my coat was never retrieved. I trusted this place with my luxury pieces. Very disheartening and still until this day I'm super upset. I should be reimbursed for my lost item. Its ridiculous!!!!!!!!' read more

They advertise free pickup and delivery. Got my receipt and $3.00 delivery charge. Called them and they said their boss told them to start charging. Deceptive practices. Beware of what else they are doing. Just received my order. They split the tickets up on one order and added a delivery charge to each ticket. Beware!! Beware!! Beware!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The app takes your money without even using the service. They tell you that you are on route for pick up and then they never pick up, so expect your clothes to get damaged from sitting outside all day. The employees tell you they want you to reply yes to the text, when the text states specifically to NOT reply unless you want to cancel. Absolutely ridiculously terrible business. The manager will never answer the phone and non of the employees know anything about there services. I've never seen such horrendous service. It's a shame they are still open for business. read more

I've been going to this Tide location since they opened, and I have to move on. It's not the kind of place where you can drop something off and expect it to be done right when you pick it up. I mostly just get shirts laundered and pressed, which I feel should be straight forward, but I have issues 90% of the time. It would be better if they simply failed to press the shirts, instead I'm getting them back with nasty creases and sloppy bulges of stretched fabric. I have heard that you can give them the shirt back and they'll fix it, but it doesn't make sense to make 2 trips when it should only take one. read more

If I could give no stars I would. My wife and I left my suit to get cleaned at 7am and were told it would be ready for pick up by 5pm but they close at 7pm. I arrive around 6pm to pick up my suit and everyone looks so confused. It turns out that the morning shift just left my suit at the bottom of the bin and was never washed or even thought about the entire day! My wife and I had a flight out of the country for a wedding the following day, so we were forced to buy a new suit and move on. Completely unreliable dry cleaner, and didn't even offer any kind of solution. Avoid this place if possible. read more

I will never ever come here again! First they could not dry clean my blouses because there were tiny holes thread coming undone etc; and they don't want to be responsible if it tears - ok even though I said I would take the risk. Then they charged me $3 a pound for a horrible horrible (SPOTS) laundry load that came out to $27 dollars! Plus the girl was rude! but the guy was not, can't remember his name. This place sucks, don't bother. Came here because it was close to where I live, next time I'll go back to lake worth we're it's cheaper and way better! Oh and as you can see - wrinkles on some of my clothes! read more

These girls were awesome. It was my first time ever getting anything dry cleaned. Cecilia helped me create an account and put a card on file so I can drop off clothes anytime and pick them up whenever I need to **even after hours** The store smells amazing like clean laundry not like an old stuffy one from the 1980's. First time there you get 50% off your item. read more

So the people are generally friendly, they do a pretty good job cleaning, and they are fast. The big problem and reason I'll never go back is I brought 5 shirts to be dry cleaned. When I went to pick them up, they gave me four. And when I looked at the receipt that was stapled to the clothes, it also stated four items. But I thought I brought in five and when I looked at my original receipt from when I brought them in, it also stated that I did bring in five. So they told me that it must've been wrong on the initial receipt and I told him know that I did bring in five. So these people ended up losing one of my articles of clothing, and instead of trying to figure out what happened to that one article they tried to lie and say that I only brought in four shirts. They had to go back to their cameras and they did figure out that they were wrong and I did bring in five articles. Thankfully they were able to find the shirt. But it just goes to their lack of honesty, that when they have a miscount instead of trying to find the missing article they instead chose to lie and will change your receipt and say that you brought in less items and you actually did. read more

No complains, always good service, the girls up front are the sweetest. My clothes are always on time and pressed to perfection.

I recently used their pickup and delivery service. The pick up was excellent no issues in the community I reside in. The office manager even contacted me to approve the pickup from my unit. I called them the to confirm date of delivery so I can arrange my schedule and even verified to please drop off at my apt as ordered, since I work 12 hours on night shift. However, they dropped it off at the office. So I will give a 1 star for false advertising!!! I'm having now to get up extra early after work 3; 12 hour night shifts to pick it up before the office closes. The service rendered was for pickup and delivery to my unit but this service is not the fact. read more

Simply put, I brought my suit jacket to get dry cleaned and a few days later, when I picked it up, I noticed that there was some damage done to the front of the jacket. It looked like the jacket got caught on a hook or something because the fabric was pulled out. It was after I paid for it, but before I left the store I noticed it and told the front desk associate. The front desk young woman said that the manager will be in the next day and that I can speak with her about it. The next day I speak with the manager, Yolanda, and she told me over the phone that she would fix it and call me back. about 15 minutes later she called me back and said that she had fixed it pretty well and that I can come and pick it up. I went back to the store and it was fixed to a great degree, which was good, but not good enough because the blemish was still there and it was a newer jacket. I asked for a refund for the $10 which she gave me and I told her that I would never return. I did not ask for anything extraordinary and the fact is that all they do is dry clean clothes so if they can't dry clean clothes right the first time without damaging the items then that place needs to shut down as it is useless. I will be humble enough and say that I do appreciate Yolanda for not making excuses for the mistake and damage to my jacket but did try and fix it. But again if I have to be buying new jackets every time I dry clean them then they won't be getting my business anymore, and you shouldn't go there either. Is it so hard to have some type of quality control check instead of damaging an item and giving it to a customer? But then again, what can I expect when nobody wants to do their job and they're just plain lazy. read more

My first experience at any dry cleaners (besides helping my grandmother out at hers in PA when I was a child) and it was an extremely pleasant one! To be completely honest, the bright colors and brand did draw me in, but the people were incredibly kind and helpful. They told me my dress would be ready around 5 or 6pm the next day and handed me my receipt. I received an email confirmation at 10am the next morning stating my dress was ready to go! I went in to pick it up and this group of people were very kind as well. Because of the rain, they instructed me to pull my car to the drive through and they would put it in my car for me. They strung a few samples of tide products on the hanger, which was fine by me since they are the products I use religiously for my laundry anyway, and I was on my way! They have water bottles and little chocolate nuggets for the guests in (I guess you could call it) the lobby, which was a really nice touch as well. Getting past my rambling, I highly recommend this place. Fast and caring service. read more

Clean store, friendly service, good job, fast turnaround, convenient location. The cost though...this place is stupid expensive. I think we've been there a few times and each time we are shocked by the cost compared to other dry cleaner stores in the area. I would never recommend anybody, especially my first responders, to this company. Due to a storm coming, they closed early and did not give ANY notice to anybody. Our uniforms are in their store and unable to access them. Customer service lines disconnects, their voicemail is full and there is no way to contact anyone. I cannot return to work without them and everyone who has all of the rest of their uniforms cannot retrieve them until they decide to open again. read more
