I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. She was going out of town Wednesday, and the dress was promised Monday. When she went to pick it up, the lady at the desk told her to come back tomorrow. When I went back to get it the next day, they still didn't have it. I explained that we needed it that day since she was catching a flight the following morning. The lady kept calling their sister store, which is on Jog and Lake Worth, and was unapologetic. I asked if there would be some sort of discount since my daughter was going to have to go pick it up, and she said to call back the next day to ask the manager and see if we could have a discount for the next time we needed their services. I told her there would not be a next time because I was very disappointed and embarrassed that I had made this referral. In the end, and $35 later, she got her gown and the stains were removed.
