i brought 5 pairs of brand new coated jeans(with no damage), also known as waxed jeans, to passion cleaners, the owner reassured me he is familiar with the fabric, and when i picked up my clothes i found them all completely ruined. my pants were dirtier than when i brought them in. the coating on my pants was turned rough and dull. i peeled foreign objects like adhesive beeds off of my pants. out of hope for a solution i left one pair of pants to be fixed and recleaned by them and i come back to find coating was completely worn off, huge stains, rugged and uneven fabric. the owner then admitted he doesnt even know what coated pants are. this dry cleaners will say anything to take your money with no regards to cleanliness or care for your most valued wardrobes. would leave 0 stars if i could. read more

Dropped off a poly- filled queen size cover/ quilt for bed, they called and said it was ready and they had it for a long time. We Forgot. My Wife asked what she owed them.. person said, 50 dollars.. the item cost 24 dollars. They keep calling to come pick it up. They can keep it. maybe the owner can use it at his house. Total rip, with their prices. They are used to the winter Equestrian crowd that has unlimited plastic and never cares about money. I laugh every time they call. Get a price before and mark it on your ticket. Worse there than Star Liquors. read more

I called in advance and was told they could have my black suit ready for a funeral. They cleaned my jacket and lost my pants. They argued with me and told me they had a gray jacket they owed me, and I was mistaken, and never gave them any pants. We'll look what I picked up post funeral later, my pants. RIP OFF!!! I dropped two t-shirts ti get the sleeve taken in. Ray (who attended me) didn't give me a price and said, "don't worry, we'll take care of you". Wel, they sure did- the screwed me by charging me $25 per shirt. I spoke to the owner, Sony, who is just as useless and rude on top of that, and he said owe well. That's how much it is. So...to be fair, they do good work and the employees are awesome, however, be wary of the owner if things go wrong. I showed up today to drop off a pile of clothes and to pick up some garments. One was a repair - Passion Cleaners themselves and stapled a laundry ticket through the fabric of an expensive shirt - put two holes right through the neck - a $200 shirt with two staple holes in the neck. They said they would fix it but then they said couldn't fix it. So just now I asked the owner what he thought a fair approach would be to compensate for the shirt. I said "spilt the difference in store credit"? He said "how much"? I replied, "$100?". He took out his wallet gave me $100 (less $18 for the cleaning I was picking up) and told me to take the cleaning and the pile of clothes and get lost. He told me he didn't need my business. Meanwhile, I've been coming here for years and I spend $2000 per year. Assuming I live another 30 years, he walked away from $60,000 because he put two holes in my shirt. Terrible business decision against a once-loyal customer. read more

I brought something here to be altered and asked before I left if it would be ready by Thursday. The man told me Thursday after 5 pm so I went ahead and let them do the job. When I arrived at 6pm my dress was not on site. They told me they "ran into some problems" and would not have my dress until between 10-12 TOMORROW. Wouldn't be a huge deal however I'm going out of town Friday morning and got this dress specifically altered for an event Saturday. I won't be returning to this cleaners/alterations once I get my dress back. All they had to do was call me and give me a heads up. That would have at least saved me a 20 minute drive. They're open early, which was awesome this morning when I wanted to pick up my clothing items early before going out to breakfast! They also do comforter laundering for $40 which is much cheaper than anywhere I've ever been quoted elsewhere. The gentleman at the counter informed me that comforters are normally cleaned over the weekend, so if you drop it off on Thursday & Friday you'll get it back on Monday. Friendly service. I paid $36 to dry clean 2 men's dress shirts, 1 dress, and 2 white blouses that had stains. Everything is done In-House & done well. I'm very happy with my experience here and will definitely be returning. read more

Since we moved to the Wellington area 2 years ago, we have continued to drive to our old dry cleaner in Royal Palm just as a force of habit. Decided to try out Passion Cleaners and dropped off 2 mens' shirts and a full uniform (shirt and pants) so 3 shirts and 1 pair of pants in total. I was told I would pay when I picked the items up and the prices were higher than I was used to paying in Royal Palm....no biggie, just a difference I noticed. I returned to pick up my items a few days later and paid for the items. Upon walking to the car I realized that I had 3 shirts and no pants on the hanger. There was an empty pants hanger but the pants were missing. I went back in and the attendant said they must have fallen off. She proceeded to search the floors and corners until finally my husband's uniform pants were found in a dusty corner of the store. She asked if I wanted to take them as they were or would I like them to be rewashed. I opted to have them rewashed obviously since they were wrinkled and dusty. The attendant made a note in the system that the pants were already paid for and needed to be rewashed due to them falling off the hanger onto the floor. I returned a few days later and picked up the pants. Although I wasn't asked to pay for the second washing, I was surprised that there was never an offer for reimbursement of the price I originally paid or even any type of credit given for my next visit. I feel that would have been an obvious gesture given the fact that this was my first visit to your establishment? Unfortunately due to this not-so-positive first impression, we will continue driving to Royal Palm for our weekly dry cleaning. Won't be back. read more

To be honest I've been having issues with this Dry Cleaner for the last year now and today was the final straw. I brought 2 new Tommy Bahama short sleeve shirts in and a new Tommoy Bahama dress in. All 3 items where worn once and being cleaned for the first time. When I dropped them off I specifically said I don't want these items to shimk during the cleaning process. I picked them up today I was charged $32.00 for the 3 items which is a ridiculous amount of money. When I got home and tried them on they all didnt fit us anymore $440.00 in new clothing. If you feel that Passion Cleaners does a good job and are reasonably priced you have know idea what your talking about. Wait until Monday morning when I walk in there and ask them for $440.00 for my clothing and $32.00 for the cleaning that I paid for. Just wait. read more
