Sad to say this place has really changed. Use to like them but there is no service now or people skills. The gal working here could care less. And after ruining my item, they wouldn't even give me the cost of "cleaning" (it wasn't) back -- let alone the actual cost of it. I had a matching item cleaned here about a year ago and it came out perfectly. It's still in the plastic. I couldn't even get a hanger or plastic wrap this time for my ruined item. Bottom line -- they've lost a long time customer. And anyone else that follows me should be wary to leave their clothes/items here. Who knows what would happen to them? read more

They lost one of my shirts and the manager never responded to my inquiries. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Disgusted. read more

I just read horrible reviews. I have been taking my shirts there for 2 years. My opinion, they are not so bad. They did place a couple of little stains on 2 of my 13 shirts I took. They do have this young girl with a bad attitude every time you go there. The other girls are okay. Is hard finding good help nowadays. May be next review I will give them another star. read more

At drop-off, the counter person was not customer friendly at all. Pick up counter person was very pleasant. Items not well pressed, crooked crease in pants. Two stars for the nice person at pick up. read more

My family has been coming here since we moved to lake worth in 2019. But I have no clue with this new lady who's there and is always rude and has a stand off attitude. The first time I came and she was there, I thought maybe she had a bad day but it's been several times where I come and she always has that attitude. It makes it very unpleasant to come in and know she's there and has an attitude that makes you not want to come by. There's another lady who's there and she's nice and the nice older lady who repairs clothes is sweet but this blonde lady who works at the register is something else. Clothes gets washed and it's good. read more

They are the worst dry cleaners in the area. They also own Hunter Dry Cleaners &Tailer do not send any to be cleaned their customer service is not good at all. Also the manager there should not be a manager of any store she has no skill in customer service or people skills. read more

This place is terrible, the worst cleaners I have ever encountered. I brought in 8 shirts to launder. They are not new and have been laundered many times, I am used to paying around two dollars per shirt. When the lady rung it up, she said it will be 21.50 for 8 shirts. I said I do not understand the pricing, your posted price is 1.89 per shirt. She mumbled something I could not understand. After a couple of pardon me's on my end, she says something about 3 of the shirts needing additional ironing so they will be 4.49 each. That was total BS, all the shirts were standard dress shirts, all the same. They were just trying to rip me off. I cancelled the order for 3 and just had 5 done. They were super rude when I came back to pick up. Do not waste your time or money at this place, it is horrible. read more

Worst experience ever! STAY AWAY!! Both the alterations department and the dry cleaners are horrible! I dropped off 2 items to get alterations (really simple stuff) and she gave me a pick up date of two weeks. I went in two days after the day I was supposed to pick up the items and she wasn't done with them!! Two and a half weeks for a t-shirt and a dog backseat cover. Unbelievable. I've gotten dresses altered in days and this takes two an a half weeks? HORRIBLE PLACE. Also the bald guy who is in charge of the dry cleaners department has a horrible attitude and treats clients like they are worth less. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER! read more

If you want dry cleaning and laundered clothing at the least expensive price, I would definitely recommend Cost Less. Well worth it.

I love Jeff. He is great. The dry cleaner is good. Its difficult to go to a drycleaner period.

This is the WORSE PLACE EVER!!!! I took two suits and two shirts to be dry cleaned. They told me to come back Tuesday. I went back and only the suits were ready. I was told I should have come after 5pm. But no one told me that the day I dropped them off. So I came back the next day and a woman was there complain that they ruined her dress. She wound up just leaving them the dress. I was finally able to get my fiancé white shirts. It was for our wedding. The day before our wedding I was getting his suit ready and to our surprise the sleeve was burnt!!!! We were furious! But a bigger surprise was waiting the next day when he went to get dressed and the shirts DIDNT FIT!!!!! He looked at the size and the shirts WERE NOT HIS!!! He had to go buy another shirt.....hours before our wedding! They gave us the wrong shirts!!!!! These people don't know what they're doing over there! INCOMPETENCE!!!!!! read more

There's can reason it costs less....except for sewing extremely expensive. Seamstress messed up had to go back and the second time was even worse. No offer of refund or any money back just a messed up gown. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars, but 1 will do. I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned. They told us to pick it up one week later. When we went to pick it up, we brought it home and noticed there were black marks at the bottom of it. It also did not smell as if it were washed and it was very wrinkly, and seemed to be in the exact condition we had brought it to the cleaners in. It was still in the packaging from the cleaners, so there was no way we rubbed it against anything, nor were these spots on it when we brought it there. We called them and explained to them how we were not pleased with the service. Over the phone, they told us they did not press comforters, but if we brought it back they would rewash and press the comforter for us. We brought it back within the next hour, and the staff working there told us no, they were not going to press it for us. They would rewash it, but not press it. We did not get the name of who we spoke to on the phone, but within one hour, whoever we talked to forgot all about our whole conversation? And none of the staff claimed to be who spoke to us. Not to mention that one of the employees were talking badly about us as we were walking out! How unprofessional. So, we left the item to at least be rewashed. Today we went to pick it up and the SAME stains were still there!!! We were furious. One of the workers kindly tried to help and told us she would try it one more time. The manager came up to the counter and told us no, they already did it twice, they will not do it again. They offered no refund to us and we left with our dirty comforter. Rudest customer service ever. Never coming back to this place. read more

Used them to clean my husbands tuxedo in early May. As he needed it for our daughter's Quinceañera. When I went to pick it up they couldn't find it anywhere. After some time an employee finds a tuxedo jacket in the back with no ticket and asked if it's mine. Which it was but it was paired with a skirt that was not mine and the tuxedo pants were Missing! I left and expressed how much these pants were needed as my daughter's event was a week away. 5 min later they call me back that they found the pants I went in grabbed them and left. Back home we realized those were not the pants. I notified them and Basically they never found the pants my event past and still no pants. I asked to speak to the owner which I was never able to speak to. A month later, One of the employees set up an appointment with the owner and myself. But the owner canceled on me 1hour before we had to meet. Instead he has his employee call me and ask me to show what the Tux cost. I sent over an estimate of $700 of what that type of tuxedo would cost these days. This estimate came from the same maker that made my husband tuxedo. When we purchased it we payed $550-$600 for it. It is now July and I sent them an email that we need to resolve this immediately as this back and forth and not hearing from them for days is so draining. I have to be constantly calling them. Or I won't hear from them. After my said email, the employees notified me that his boss will only give me $100 check and $50 store credit. WHAT! Who wants store credit I'm never using their services again. Today they called back, that the boss understands we don't want store credit. So he'll give me $125 cash if I go right now. Lol what a joke. I'm tired of the back and forth! He's not even thinking that I should be reimbursed for the cleaning cost that i paid up front. I'll now have to buy a new tuxedo as the jacket is nothing with out the pants. I'd say don't bring your valuable clothing here! I accidentally stopped here thinking it was where my mother took my fathers suits. What a big mistake!! read more

I brought my coat in for a pocket repair and when I went to pick it up it had horrible press marks of all the buttons , hems and pockets steamed into the fabric. When I showed them the problem they blamed it on the coat. We just spent over $70.00 for our order and this coat was ruined. It had been worn on 2 trips in the past year for a total of 15 days. I was treated rudely by who I am guessing is the owner or manager. The woman at the counter was very polite and said that it would steam out and offered to have it repressed to pick up a few days later. When I went in on the Wednesday to pick it up I was very upset to find that it was now even worse. Another owner manager was there this time and again offered to have it repressed and that he would take care of it himself the next morning for me to pick up that evening. I went to pick it up and although some of the stains were better, it still was not in wearable condition. I was again treated rudely by the man who was there the first time.. so much so that not only did he blame stains on the fact that the coat had buttons, he called me "lady" (really?) and then just walked away while I was showing him the care instructions leaving me and my coat just hanging. They do not follow care instructions and clearly do not know what they are doing. They call themselves cost less cleaners.. that may be true for the way they do business but you will be calling it cost more cleaners when they ruin all your clothes and you have to buy new ones like I did. ...Buyer Beware ( I only gave them 1 star because google wouldn't let me give zero) read more
