The worst customer service I've been standing here for the last 16 minutes pressing this button over and over again because the employee claimed I had too much stuff in there so I removed more than half of my cloths and it's still doing the same thing she claims this is normal. I've never had to stand by a machine and press the button over and over in order to dry my clothes. Laundry spot please do better and instead of asking the technician on site currently fixing other machines to look at it she let him leave. I wish I was able to leave a video. read more

Ok...so this is my third time using them. The first two times I bought there detergent for the wash and food service. This last time .. I stopped and bought a brand new $10 bottle of tide and $5 bottle of fabric softener. I had maybe two loads of clothes.. I get the bottles back after the wash and food service.... There is 10% of the liquid left in both bottles... bottles that should last two months! I couldn't explain it to the attendant nlbebause she didn't speak any English ... wish isn't a problem ... until you have a problem. So unfortunately I won't be back ... $47 for two loads of clothes is fine ... but add $15 for detergent that I am guessing other people used... it's not worth it .. I will never go back. If the manager is reading this ...I want my $15 back for my products that you all let someone else use! read more

Going to the laundromat excites me about as much as going to the dentist. If I have to go the the laundromat, this is the place to go. There are always attendants on duty, the place is clean and well lit, and it has plenty of machines for washing and drying. I've visited several other laundries in the last week. (our washer died) The rest room was cleaner than most restaurant facilities. Drop off service with wash, dry, and fold is available. There are several change machines that will break 1,5, and 10 dollar bills into quarters necessary to use the washers and dryers. Can't wait until my new washer is delivered but at least Laundry Time makes the laundry chore a little more pleasant! read more

They're the worst in customer service. They have the worst maintenance on their machines. Then machines tear, rip, tar, destroy brand new items blankets pillows comforters shirts and pants. They say they're going to fix the problem and they never do they cannot be trusted. I don't think ham for them are legal to be here carrying the machines will take your money and your quarters and they're not accurate read more

I had to get my queen size quilt and twin size quilt cleaned. This laundromat surprised me. It offered drop off service , it was extremely clean and the lovely woman who works there did a beautiful job at a very reasonable price. She even had them done faster than promised. I like using this laundromat during the daytime on weekdays not a lot of people. The facility is clean and spacious with newer looking washer machines. Only complaint is the dryers are 0.25 cents per 9 min and it takes me almost a hr and a half to dry one load I have been to another that gives you more time for a quarter but since it's clean and quite I don't mind. I can study while I wait ..ohh yea lastly they have free WiFi! so bring your tablet , iPad, laptop etc read more

I wash clothes at home at least twice a week for my family. When I put my first load in everything seemed fine but when I was taking the clothes out there was detergent all over them, I tried to wash it all again but it kept giving me the same result. I ended up calling it but wasn't able to get anyone to take a look at it until 5 days later...this happened last week. Unfortunately, they had to order a part so I was told that I had to wait an additional 3 days for it to get fixed. At this point my very large hamper is full and I've started and I had to get a large laundry bag out of the closet to store the rest of the dirty clothes. So on Day 6 my husband and I got our very large laundry bag, I could have taken all of it but I haven't had the best experience with laundromats. I checked online and checked reviews and decided upon this one. It wasn't the closest but I definitely wouldn't mind driving 15 minutes from my house to wash my clothes here....especially since there is a really great taco place nearby with fresh handmade tortillas. The laundromat was clean and their was a nice attendant at the front. They had a lot of choices as far as detergent and softener goes, as well as laundry bags. This was a plus, I was expecting a vending machine with only one option. There was also plenty of washers and dryers available but we went straight to the ones up front. The ones up front are the biggest and can handle 6 regular loads, our was about 3 so we were able to do it in 1. It took only 30 minutes which was enough time to leave, go get our tacos, eat and drive back with minutes to spare. The washer did seem a bit pricey at $6 but like I said we got the big one there are smaller ones behind the front row. We also used the large dryer which probably took about 24 minutes, I think that one was $3 but again I had about 3 loads that I did in 1. Some bonuses are the benches they have around to sit and wait, the folding tables, plenty of carts and 2 different sizes, food, drink and ice cream vending machines and claw machines which I don't really know if it's a bonus. I did see that they do also do drop offs and can launder comforters and rugs for you as well. And just to be clear, the washer and dryer worked great! Now I know where to go next time I have an issue with my machine. read more

these people are a rip of I brought my comforter which is a full size I have been bring it there for the past 7 months never a problem this time the washer did not sting completely so I went to dry it and I put y money in the dryer she stated to me that I needed to remove it from the dryer with no refund I contact the owner got no where with them so beware . I will reporting this to the licensing department read more
