I love that they offer both same day and next day pick-up options (prices vary). I do believe the cost matches the value of the service. Pricing aligns with the competition in the area. So far I have been satisfied with the quality of their work and their pleasant customer service. ** On my first visit I won a Duffy's promotional card for free wings just for being a drop-off first time customer!

As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

I don't like traveling with dirty clothes and needed to head to another work site when I left WPB. Asked a gentleman at the front desk about a laundry and he recommended two places; I stumbled upon Blue Bubble while going for lunch. I stopped in the day before I checked out of the hotel and dropped off my laundry around 9AM. The very sweet young woman checked me in and told me my clothes would be ready around 2PM. I received a text message right before Noon alerting me that my laundry was ready for pickup. I don't like strong detergents with my laundry, and the smell was not overwhelming. The overall experience was great. If I'm ever in need of laundry service again while in WPB, I'll go back to Blue Bubble.

Incompetent Business Owner: Brought my king size comforter…read morefor Wash & Fold Service and the blue/grey lines on it turned pink. After a month of waiting for the owner who is "out of town" every week to get back to me, I was compensated $50 which just barely covers the refund of a disastrous wash, let alone any compensation for an unusable pink-lined comforter. After reaching out to the owner multiple times asking for greater compensation for a ruined $200 comforter, he is now just ignoring me. Ignoring customers in which your business ruined their items and refuse to properly compensate is extremely unprofessional and not how you build a customer base. Just another (less than) part-time business owner looking to make some side money and doesn't care about actually creating a decently-run business.

I needed to get a tablecloth dry cleaned but wasn't sure where to go, so I put my Yelp research…read moreskills to work and found Flash Cleaners nearby. Their Yelp page links to their website, where I discovered a $5 off coupon for signing up for their rewards program. I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!
