Lately I've been having so many issues here. The cards are not working, the machines are not working, people are going into your clothes and touching them. I drive 25 mins here every weekend to come here because it's comfortable and for the most part clean but these issues have been happening to frequently. Every time I come, I leave frustrated. You guys need an ATM if your machines are not going to work. I had to leave the premises to go get cash back- how inconvenient. Now looking for another establishment closer after all these years.

I still advise headphones for all occasions. Screens mounted to the wall normally streaming CNN. The washers and dryers were both reasonably priced. But again the dryers weren't the best - at least an hour of time before items are completely dry. One quarter for about 15 minutes. I wouldn't call the service friendly but it wasn't bad either. I'm still missing a few socks though.

I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!

Every shirt priced to dry clean, never to simply wash and press/fold for much lower price. Garments regularly returned with buttons missing: from women's blouses, men's shirts (cuff buttons gone, forearm buttons gone, button-down buttons gone, even "extra" buttons disappear). And if shirts ordered to be returned folded in a "box" come back on hangers -- expect an argument over a refund (even if the receipt says BOX in very large print). Be prepared to stand in line behind customers complaining about lost items. This place doesn't deserve a dime of your business.
