I brought in my own soap and softener because I have skin problems and they used my product without any questions when I picked up my laundry everything was crisp clean ,folded, organized, and even my hanging clothes were all nicely hung. they also didn't overpack to close so when you pick up the bag is so heavy it rips but they had actually five separate small bags there it usually manageable. I am very impressed. I just dropped off my clothes again and I will use them from now on, even if it is a little off my beaten path it's worth it and their prices are also very good.

This is my second time doing laundry here. The machines are nice and the attendant will show you…read morehow to work them if you ask. After the first time I was able to do the process by myself. The machines can also be paid for using an app you download with a credit card for convenience. I think it was around $4 for a medium washer (cold regular) and $1.50 for dryer (medium heat 30 min). The place is fairly clean, there are bathrooms, vending machines, wifi, neighboring wifi, tv's, music, comfortable seats, water fountains, lots of folding tables, laundry carts, and even a couple coin game machines. The place was not crowded when I went and then are even 24hrs apparently over the weekend. Hardest part is downloading the app. The shopping center it is located in is not congested and also has a Dunkin donuts and Publix.

As a patron I've always been kind and polite and I'm always met with nasty. Looks short remarks and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. What's unfortunate is that the establishment is actually very clean and very well maintained & spotless as well as maintained at a very comfortable temperature. However, due to this poor treatment I have received I cannot in good conscience recommend this place unless somebody wants to be treated on a Sunday while getting their laundry done in the event that they need any assistance whatsoever, and that assistance can be something as simple as asking for a tissue or paper towel.

Found Express Laundry on google. $9 uber each way - can't imagine a better use of my time. $2.75/load for small washers and $4.50/load for large. Dryers are $0.25/20 min and only available if you washed your clothes here. They have a few top loaders, too. They have 8 quarter slots, so I assume they're $2/load. Appears that they have a wash and fold service - lots of bagged clothes and bedding plus dry cleaning. This isn't a modern, pristine place with the latest in tech and gadgetry - buy or bring your own soap, add it yourself to the machine, hang out in one of the many seats available, chat with a local or work at a table and wait a relatively short period. It seems like everyone from the nice surrounding neighborhood uses this place. Annie was awesome - super-friendly and helpful. Always greeting regulars and engaging anyone who looked like they needed help. Very happy to have found this place.

First it looks like it's been newly remodeled with an large open floor with lots of machines. It has nice wood floors and is very clean. Second it wasn't crowded when I got here so the availability of machines was also nothing to worry about. They have three sizes of washers. I chose the middle one which is $5 a wash so kind of expensive but I'll pay it for how mice this place is. This wash last 28 minutes. As for the dryers they are huge and are $.25/7min if dry time. Looks like there is only one size to fit everything in. They have three vending machines and you can purchase supplies if needed. As for change machine they have 2 and one bill changer which I needed so that was really nice. I believe they can also do laundry for you as a drop off option which is nice if you have the availability. Overall I really liked this place and would definitely come back here again in the future.
