This tiny little girl that works here keeps it like an oven in here no air circulation no fans I've asked her 5 times to turn the fans on for circulation and she ignores me . I'm sure she's always cold being so small but it's not about the employees it's about the customer. Also they should not have plants if they can't take care of them. Dead plants for decor.Also fake tacky faux plants... Ugly . I cleaned the windows and I was pd by ck. I received the $30. The amount on the ck. I guess there was a problem where I cashed it. By the time I was made aware of it the prob was solved. I discussed the problem with the owner. Thinking it was resolved. I went in again as I always do and was confronted by a rude employee who accused me of changing the check. It was not my mistake. The ck cashing store tried to call and rectify it however the girl wouldn't talk. Shes not even manager. Never saw her before in t he 6yrs Im on the plaza. This is defamation of character since she is saying inaccurate and inappropriate information. This girl should be fired. Im a hard working, honest person. This laundromat is conveniently located in a plaza with many shops and places for a bite. Publix is directly next door so the ability to kill 2 birds with one stone exists. The facility is clean and the woman working there today was so helpful and friendly. There is a change machine so there is no shortage of quarters. Additionally, products such as fabric softener and soap is available for sale. Last, there is free WiFi and seating. The washing machines were clean and easy to use. The dryer situation was my only annoyance because literally 12/24 dryers were inoperable and in need of repair. read more

I have been searching for a new drop off place si kiss my old laundromat got sold, and the service went down to really bad and the folding was horrible and everything was disorganized mess, sloppy hanging clothes literally fell of as you in bagged !!!I dropped off my laundry here to try it out and it was literally like 80 pounds of laundry. I brought in my own soap and softener because I have skin problems and they used my product without any questions when I picked up my laundry everything was crisp clean ,folded, organized, and even my hanging clothes were all nicely hung. they also didn't overpack to close so when you pick up the bag is so heavy it rips but they had actually five separate small bags there it usually manageable. I am very impressed. I just dropped off my clothes again and I will use them from now on, even if it is a little off my beaten path it's worth it and their prices are also very good. read more

They offer both a laundry drop off service and do it yourself. Friendly staff, large commercial machines allowed me to do what would have been 2 loads in one load. This was my first time visiting this business. I dropped off 8 larger items that wouldn't fit in my washing machine at home. I picked everything up the next day and when I got home I realized my large Bathroom rug wasn't in the bags. I went back and they told me they would look for it so I waited a few days then returned. When I returned the staff denied ever having the rug and refused to admit they either lost or misplaced it. They have no protocol on how they handle missing items besides just denial they ever had them in the first place. read more

Needed 6 shirts dry-cleaned dropped them of Wednesday and they said they would be ready by Monday at 5pm . I went on Tuesday at 5pm and they couldn't locate my shirts. One shirt I needed for a function that night . The girl who barely spoke English got on phone and after a couple secs put me on phone with an English speaking person who said they weren't ready yet . She wouldn't tell me where they were nor why they are late? She blamed someone else . Said come back tomorrow, , two whole days later then it was suppose to be done. ( I had to go buy another similar shirt for the night ) When I did pick them up Thursday , they wouldn't even discount the bill . I'm done with them after using them for 5 years ! read more

Absolutely best laundry service in Palm Beach! I've been coming here for almost a year now and have never had any complaints. Extremely clean and very helpful staff. When I learned how affordable it was for the drop and fold service I was astounded! Not to mention that all of the profits go to benefit the sweetest little boy that I've gotten the pleasure to meet on occasion while at the laundry mat. He stands at the counter and asks you how your day is and it brings the biggest smile to my face just to see him in there running the show. I've used numerous services in the past in the downtown area and have never been happier. There's not a doubt in my mind that everyone can benefit from the services offered, they easily give me back a dozen hours of my life per month, nothing is more valuable then your time! Horrible, rude, and shady. Last week, I dropped off a dress at a dry cleaners. They told me it would be ready by 5pm on Saturday. I wasn't able to go over the weekend, so I went to pick it up on Monday, 2 days after the pick up date. There were two women working - one on a cell phone the entire time and one who appeared to be a teenager. The teenager looked around and informed me the dress was not ready. When I told her it was supposed to be ready Saturday, she told me the dress wasn't there and the woman forgot to pick it up. The woman on the cell phone left the store, got in a car, and drove away. When I asked the teen where it was, she said it was "somewhere else, just a few minutes away." That seems odd to me that my dress wasn't there. Where was it? And how does the dry cleaner "forget" to pick up the dry cleaning for two days? So I sat down and waited. A few minutes later, the teen approaches me and tells me that my dress is not ready and it will be ready tomorrow (Tuesday and now THREE days after the initial pick up day). When I asked where it was, she would not tell me and just said the machines broke and it would be ready tomorrow. I told her I didn't want it cleaned anymore and I would just take it back, still dirty. She looked surprised and said, "You want it back????" When I told her that yes, it was my dress and I would like it back, she got wide-eyed and walked away. A few minutes later, the woman returned but remained outside in her car. The teen ran outside to talk to her and then came back in to me while the woman was still in her car. The teen informed me that I could not have it back and that "they wouldn't give it to her". I was very confused. Why couldn't I have my dress back, even if still dirty? I repeatedly asked where it was, but she would not give me an answer and just continued to tell me it would be ready tomorrow. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said that the woman was the manager and would come inside in a little while. I continued to wait and finally, the woman came in - still on her cell phone - and told me that it will be ready tomorrow. When I told her that it was supposed to be ready TWO DAYS ago and asked where it was, she refused to tell me and said, "I can give it to you tomorrow." I asked her if I could have the name and phone number of the location it was being held hostage and she went behind the counter and acted like she was fishing around then said, "No...no I can't tell you that." I said, "Why not? Where is it? You can't give me the name of the place my dress is?" She began to laugh a little bit and said, "Tomorrow, it will be ready tomorrow." I asked again where it was and why she couldn't give me the name of the place. She just kept shaking her head and refusing to give any information. I asked her what her boss's name was and she said, "Mark but he's in Orlando." I asked her name and she said, "Gladys." I returned today to pick up the dress - THREE DAYS LATE at this point. "Gladys" was there again, did not acknowledge me and simply handed me the dress. When I told her that I was not paying for this ($13 by the way, for a simple basic non-fancy dress), she attempted to snatch it back from me. I stated that it was supposed to be ready SATURDAY. She said I will have to talk to the owner and I told her I most definitely will, and I left the store with my dress. So "Mark", if that is your real name! You should be aware that there is some shadiness going on at your facility. What would have happened if I had come in to pick it up on Saturday? Why did you take my phone number if you weren't going to contact me about the "machines being broken"? How did your employees not even know that the machines were broken until I came looking for my dress? Why was my dress taken to another location? Why did they refuse to give me the dress back, even if it was still dirty? Why did they refuse to give me the name of the location my dress was? Why was I still expected to pay when it was 3 days late? I swear I felt like I was in a Seinfeld episode where the dry cleaners is wearing Jerry's clothes.... read more

Could not be happier. We were on vacation and needed to do laundry so we came here because it is close to the water. We put our laundry in the wash and told the owner we were going fishing. He told me to give him the coins for the dryer and that he would switch it over for us! Awesome! When we got back he had folded the laundry for us and bagged it for free. Top notch service here! Rub a dub use to be amazing until the owners were changed. Half of the machines don't work meaning I have to wait until there are available and my clothes keep getting ripped by the dryers. 40$ worth of pants and t shirts and are getting ruined. They haven't even tried fixing the dryers. I'm leaving this laundry mat & I don't recommend it no more. read more

I found the same thing, several dryers broken, the one I used the attendant had to punch the start button several times harder than I would have to start it. never never never go here-!!!!! they just burnt and ruined my blanket that i use for my bed-- i used a dryer on medium for 50 minutes and my plush blanket is ruined--- no signs warning this although the lady told me after the fact to not put it on for longer thsn 30 min--- so no one said anything and no signs though they are aware of this. im getting reimbursed for this though i cant buy this blanket again. this place is a joke- never go here !!!!!! update- i spent all night looking for a replacement online, my bedspread is now sandpaper-- literally sandpaper--- they ruined my bed and my most favorite place of comfort in my home---theyre going to pay for this- this place is run by thieves liars and swindlers- they rip off their employees as well--- its a slum lord situation. read more

I've always done my own laundry until my washer recently broke. I couldn't believe how clean, professional and affordable this place was. I dropped off my laundry in the morning and within 3 hrs. it was washed, dried, folded and packaged. My washer works fine now, but I will NEVER do my own laundry again!!
