After a month of waiting for the owner who is "out of town" every week to get back to me, I was compensated $50 which just barely covers the refund of a disastrous wash, let alone any compensation for an unusable pink-lined comforter. After reaching out to the owner multiple times asking for greater compensation for a ruined $200 comforter, he is now just ignoring me. Ignoring customers in which your business ruined their items and refuse to properly compensate is extremely unprofessional and not how you build a customer base. Just another (less than) part-time business owner looking to make some side money and doesn't care about actually creating a decently-run business.

The machines can also be paid for using an app you download with a credit card for convenience. I think it was around $4 for a medium washer (cold regular) and $1.50 for dryer (medium heat 30 min). The place is fairly clean, there are bathrooms, vending machines, wifi, neighboring wifi, tv's, music, comfortable seats, water fountains, lots of folding tables, laundry carts, and even a couple coin game machines. The place was not crowded when I went and then are even 24hrs apparently over the weekend. Hardest part is downloading the app. The shopping center it is located in is not congested and also has a Dunkin donuts and Publix.
