The machines can also be paid for using an app you download with a credit card for convenience. I think it was around $4 for a medium washer (cold regular) and $1.50 for dryer (medium heat 30 min). The place is fairly clean, there are bathrooms, vending machines, wifi, neighboring wifi, tv's, music, comfortable seats, water fountains, lots of folding tables, laundry carts, and even a couple coin game machines. The place was not crowded when I went and then are even 24hrs apparently over the weekend. Hardest part is downloading the app. The shopping center it is located in is not congested and also has a Dunkin donuts and Publix.

Although the waist size itself was reduced, the way it was done was simply by folding and sewing the waistband, which created a noticeable bump right on my hip bone and made the jeans uncomfortable to wear. Because of this, I had to bring the jeans back to be redone. When I returned, the lady at the counter insisted that I had not paid for the service, even though I had already paid $59.12 for the jeans alterations. I had to search through my credit card charges to prove that the payment had already been made. Unfortunately, the top also had to be redone because the straps were not adjusted properly the first time. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns were not really listened to. What was most upsetting was being spoken to very aggressively and even yelled at in front of my child while trying to resolve the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of the work and the way the situation was handled left me very disappointed.
