It says "see attendant for receipt". I finally figure out that one of the women folding clothes was the attendant and asked her. She spoke zero English so her young daughter tried to translate. No luck on how to get a receipt however. Then I look for the WiFi sign with a password. NOTHING. So I ask the daughter of the attendant and she says "yes there's WiFi but she doesn't know the password". Strike two. Giving up and just wanting to sit to wait, I look around for a chair. Nowhere to sit and wait! So now I'm standing here uncomfortably watching my clothes spin as I can't get on WiFi to do my work on my laptop. I stopped in the day before I checked out of the hotel and dropped off my laundry around 9AM. The very sweet young woman checked me in and told me my clothes would be ready around 2PM. I received a text message right before Noon alerting me that my laundry was ready for pickup. I don't like strong detergents with my laundry, and the smell was not overwhelming. The overall experience was great. If I'm ever in need of laundry service again while in WPB, I'll go back to Blue Bubble.

The many washers and dryers were all clean and in good working order when I visited in early November 2023. My clothes washed and dried well without having to run extra cycles because of poorly performing dryers. That was a major plus and savings. This place loses a star because there were no laundry detergent or dryer sheets for purchase on property. Since I was traveling, I did not have my own. Fortunately there was an open Walgreens about 10 minutes away (I was doing pre-dawn laundry). I cannot speak to any customer service issues. I was the only one there at that early hour.
