After a month of waiting for the owner who is "out of town" every week to get back to me, I was compensated $50 which just barely covers the refund of a disastrous wash, let alone any compensation for an unusable pink-lined comforter. After reaching out to the owner multiple times asking for greater compensation for a ruined $200 comforter, he is now just ignoring me. Ignoring customers in which your business ruined their items and refuse to properly compensate is extremely unprofessional and not how you build a customer base. The many washers and dryers were all clean and in good working order when I visited in early November 2023. My clothes washed and dried well without having to run extra cycles because of poorly performing dryers. That was a major plus and savings. This place loses a star because there were no laundry detergent or dryer sheets for purchase on property. Since I was traveling, I did not have my own. Fortunately there was an open Walgreens about 10 minutes away (I was doing pre-dawn laundry). I cannot speak to any customer service issues. I was the only one there at that early hour. Overall, I would recommend this laundry. Just be sure to bring your own supplies.

The place is fairly clean, there are bathrooms, vending machines, wifi, neighboring wifi, tv's, music, comfortable seats, water fountains, lots of folding tables, laundry carts, and even a couple coin game machines. The place was not crowded when I went and then are even 24hrs apparently over the weekend. Hardest part is downloading the app. The shopping center it is located in is not congested and also has a Dunkin donuts and Publix.
