Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clothes are always clean and well pressed. They have a great seamstress.

Update to My Previous Review This is an update to my original review. Adding insult to injury, the owner's public response confirmed exactly why I chose not to return. Rather than acknowledging that customers can have legitimate concerns, his response was dismissive, defensive, and, in my opinion, unnecessarily demeaning. To address one point specifically: the owner states they "certainly cannot shrink a shirt because we do not put shirts in a dryer." That completely misses what I described. My shirts came back uneven after cleaning and pressing, with one side noticeably shorter than the other. Garments can become distorted during the dry-cleaning and finishing process through heat, chemicals, pressing, or handling--not just by being put in a dryer. The issue wasn't simply "shrinkage"; it was that the shirts no longer fit or hung correctly after being serviced. Instead of considering that something may have gone wrong, the owner chose to suggest that I was mistaken or confusing his business with another cleaner. That response speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. No business is perfect. Mistakes happen. What separates great businesses from average ones is how they respond when a customer raises a concern. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to investigate would have gone much further than attempting to discredit my experience. With so many excellent dry cleaners in the area, customer service matters as much as the quality of the cleaning. Based on both my experience and the owner's response, I cannot recommend this business. read more

Steer clear of this place. Not only is the cleaning below average but the employees, especially the owner, treat their customers, at least this one, very poorly. Strongly suggest to find another dry cleaner where they understand how to talk to and treat their customers. read more

Owner apologized for mix-up and discounted my fee. I appreciated the response and will use them again

Last minute tailoring needed to shorten a gown. I requested on yelp and Westside Cleaners responded. The dress was tailored perfectly and quickly. Very fair price for the fast service I needed. read more

Westside Cleaners - Dress needed to be shortened and was completed quickly and perfectly. - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Jupiter, Florida

Clothes don't look crisp as if they were dry-cleaned; only the top button was done. We've been customers here for 11 years, and the quality has not been the same. I was even asked to pay for items that weren't ready to be picked up. read more

I've been using them for years and they have always done a great job. Love the text communication and friendly service.

The new ownership is doing a great job. Great customer service and I love the pick up at home option. I would definitely recommend!

Great place! Was visiting from out of town and needed some dress clothes cleaned and pressed for an event. They did a great job and turned it around quickly. I will definitely use them again if the need arises! read more

Quoted a price through Yelp, and it was exactly as promised. Very nice seamstress there and skirts look great. The front counter guy was nice and pleasant. Definitely recommend! read more

Found this place by accident because my regular cleaner had closed early. This is the best cleaner I have ever used. Staff was super friendly, and the quality of my clothes was superior. My white linen dress looks better than the day I bought it. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Maria and the owner, Tim. Maria did an exceptional job getting everything looking like new, and Tim was friendly, funny, and very helpful throughout the process. Everything was ready on time, and the whole experience was seamless. Highly recommend. read more

10/8/2025: The new owner has reached out to me asking if I have been back since they have assumed ownership. I was back, and in fact had just picked up 2 pair of dress shorts to be alerted. They came out great, and the next time that I require dry cleaning services, I will be returning to Westside Cleaners again! read more

Everyone on staff is very polite and the store seems very well organized. Clothes come back on time and beautifully taken care of. Highly recommend! read more

The new ownership has righted the ship. Pick ups and drop offs are on schedule, shirts are crisp and clean, cuffs are folded and most importantly they actually belong to me! read more

EXTREMELY poor customer service ! Poor quality of services ... other options in Jupiter area for garments cleaning will provide a much better outcome ! read more

After 10 years of amazing service, apparently the business has sold and the new owners are clueless (and that's being kind). This is my second trip here to get my clothes dropped off 12 days ago. Completely understaffed and overwhelmed. Lady in line behind me has the same issue. This is no longer the Westside Cleaners that had Jamie and the rest of their amazing team. read more

This used to be a great company but they have gone downhill with the new owner. They are ruining my clothes. They are not at all careful and really don't care. read more

Terrible experiences. I found this place after my normal dry cleaners closed down. Way more expensive at westside cleaners but I don't mind paying extra for quality. In terms of dry cleaning I have no complaints, nothing amazing but they do the job. The treatment of customers is the problem. There is a woman who works there with a thick accent that multiple times I've seen her to be incredibly rude and condescending to her coworkers and customers alike. She is actually mentioned in multiple reviews. Well a few months back they apparently did not give me all my clothes when I picked them up but did not let me know that. I get a large amount of clothes dry cleaned at once so being short a few shirts would not jump out at me. So I get a call from the heavy accent woman telling me I have dry cleaning to pick up and I was a little confused that they were telling me 3 months later. I said no problem, I'll pick them up as soon as I can. She responded in such a nasty voice saying I need to pick them up immediately because they have a 30 day hold policy. I could not believe that I was being talked to that way, especially after they never informed me that I was missing shirts but now I'm being threatened with this policy. I told her that was incredibly unacceptable and unprofessional to talk to me that way and she hung up on me. I called back and another person picked up and was incredibly apologetic. According to her they were supposed to text me but for whatever reason it did not happen. Not telling me I was missing shirts until months later did not bother me, stuff happens and I have more than enough shirts, but the nastiness and threats they came from that woman was incredible. I will never go back, that woman does not know how to treat customers and based on the other reviews I cannot believe she remains employed there. read more

I wrote a review previously that was not flattering. Upon arrival they had valid excuse for what happened. I went back and updated their review. Well, I dropped off clothes on Thursday and was told they would be ready on Monday. I said that would be fine as I have a fight Tuesday morning. I came back on Monday around 4:30 PM to find the clothes are not ready and was told they were suppose to be ready on Tuesday. Three ladies working by themselves and not capable from the appearance. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes while they advanced the conveyor one item at a time. They finally said the dry cleaning was ready but not the laundered shirts. I gave you a second d chance and got burned. No shirts for business trip - heading to mall to her shirts. read more

Nice work!!! They really do quality work with my clothes. They take extra care to ensure the buttons do not get crushed! read more

Since the new owners, whoever they are, took over, this dry cleaners has the worst service!! I changed my phone number in their system months ago and when my dress was ready they called the old number. They didn't get an answer, so they decided to "donate my expensive dress" because I didn't pick it up within 30 days!! Personally, I think they helped themselves to it!! I will never use them again!! No stars are what I rate them!! They made me add a star to the review in order to post this, but in my opinion they get none!! read more

Ive recently moved back to Jupiter and searched high and low for an excellent dry cleaner and after many disappointing experiences landed with Westside Cleaners. First experience the Owner was engaging and professional. Corrine and Jamie make picking up and dropping off a pleasure. The work was done promptly and all dry cleaning and clothing crisp and clean ! Might look into their pick up and delivery service! read more

Jamie C is so sweet. We came for alterations and loved the vibe and quality we decided to give all our large comforters a try. It's close to the house and I have a lot more things to get altered so we found our new spot. Thanks, Jamie for the hospitality ! read more

I have been going to Westside for many years and they do a great job. Recently I took in a very nice silk blouse that I spilled coffee on and I could not get it out. The owner took a look and spent a little time cleaning the spot and it was gone! He knew exactly what needed to be done. I was so impressed - I was afraid my blouse was ruined but it wasn't. Kudos to the owners and employees for provide excellent service. read more

I recently tried Westside Cleaners because they're more convenient than my normal cleaners. One time was enough for me. Was greeted by a miserable woman, who obviously hates life. I told her I was a new customer and she rolled her eyes because she had to enter my name into the system. Then she told me it would $21 for six shirts! That's absurd considering I only pay $14 at my normal cleaner. Against my better judgment I still left them with my six shirts. Returning for pick up, once again the same miserable woman was working the front door. She was having a vulgar conversation with the woman in the back and seemed upset that I walked in to pick up my clothes. And upon inspection of my shirts I noticed that half of them still had wrinkles in them and Iron creases all over them. I still paid because I knew I would never be returning. NEVER GO TO WESTSIDE CLEANERS! Terrible service, terrible quality and terrible prices. read more

Westside Cleaners always does a great job on my clothes. The prices are fair, the service is prompt, and the employees are courteous. My only wish was that they had a drive-thru, but their location prohibits that. I've had a number of different kinds of clothes taken care of here and the results are always the same, excellent. read more

I went to maybe 7 different dry cleaners before I finally found Westside! The ladies here are amazing! Jamie is the best:) I love that they work with you in case of emergency! I needed a shirt next day because I totally forgot to drop it off...and they accommodated me with no problem and no extra charge!! I haven't forgotten since:) Love this place and it's close to home! Thanks Westside Cleaners!!! read more

I would give it zero starts if I could. This used to be the best drycleaner with friendly employees and excellent drycleaning services, until they were sold. This place is completely unorganized, low quality cleaning and rude employees since it is under new ownership. My first drop off after a change of hands, my white pants weren't clean. They re-cleaned them but now they have a gray tinge to them. My fourth drop off was just a single pair of black womens pants. My husband picked them up for me. But they gave him blue pants with a different brand. They were pants they forgot to give me on the 3rd drop off, plus they gave him 3 others from the 2nd drop-off. They then proceeded to charge him $99 for 4 pairs of pants. I took the four pairs of pants back and explained they charged him $99 (they charge $9.70 to clean a pair of pants) and didn't give him the black pair of pants. They told me there's nothing they can do, and tried to claim the blue pants they gave him were the pair on the ticket that said black pants. They also told me to contact my credit card company about the $99 charge because they can't fix that either. But my husband paid cash, not a credit card. So we are now out about $60 in overcharges plus a pair of black pants. I will never use Westside Cleaners again! read more

I brought my clothes in and was quoted $50.93 for a polo shirt, long sleeve shirt, blazer and 3 dresses. When I picked everything up I was told the charge was $83.56 and that someone made a mistake when they input the order and gave me my pickup slip. When I explained that I would have never left the clothes to begin with if I knew how expensive they were, the girl behind the counter could have cared less and said, "yes, we are expensive". I will never be back. BE CAREFUL!! Update from my first review. Ownership reached out and was apologetic for the misunderstanding which is commendable. We agreed to give them another chance and the wife was happy with the quality. read more
