I took a dress and a jacket in for dry cleaning. I was shocked at the price but figured I was already there. Let me give them a try. Big mistake. My dress was not ready when I was told it would be. I was so disappointed. I had to go buy a new dress for my event. After many attempts I finally got my dress back. They had iron all the plates out. Totally ruining my dress.. The jacket smelled like it sat outside all day. I repeatedly requested to speak with the manager and I was told that he would give me a call. That never happened hence the review. Beyond disappointed. Dropped off clothes 2/1/24, was told they would be ready Wednesday, 2/7/24. I reiterated I was going away on Friday, 2/9 and needed everything 2/9. Was told not a problem "your ticket says 2/7 that's before 2/9 (mind you she was condescending when she said it ) Did not get a text message, saying it was ready for pick up on 2/7. Went Thursday 2/8, only 2 items were ready out disappointed of 8!! Receive text message at 2 PM fri 2/9 order was ready, UNFORTUNATELY 2 days late and we left for our 5 hour drive/weekend trip Friday am as planned. When I picked up my items today, I asked for a discount or credit for inconvenience. Was told she could not do that. I said "that's a shame since you promote $5 credit for a positive review yet you didn't have my order ready as promised, and you wouldn't provide at least a five dollar credit on an $88 order when you inconvenienced us" Poor business decision. I truly understand things happen, but I made it very clear when dropping off on 2/1 I needed it before Friday 2/9 and was told " your ticket says it will be ready 2/7" (rude) Not to compensate at all is poor customer service. I asked the woman for the owners name, and perhaps she could speak to the owner concerning why I was upset. She stated there were several owners and they would not be doing a discount or credit, that's their policy. Looks like I will be looking for a new dry cleaner! Their loss. By far the flakiest woman working there. I sent an oriental rug to be cleaned and it never returned. I did get in touch with her twice and she kept promising the next week. I am now into ANOTHER week. The man who was sent out to pick it up DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT. Now they have been promising to deliver AND it never comes. She is always going to call me back AND NEVER DOES. Do you think they lost my rug or delivered to the wrong place? You can never reach anyone to get an answer. Do NOT take ANYTHING of value there. I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by this business regarding the ruining of my new curtains & am disgusted that they have not issued an immediate refund. It is baffling that they did not have the courtesy to inform me of any issues with the first curtain panel and discuss the appropriate course of action. Instead, they ruin all 4 panels & will not refund me. Common business practice & customer service seems to be lacking severely here. The curtains went into their hands pure white, but came out with blue stains and unsightly streaks, rendering them unusable (see photos). I have made multiple visits to the store and incessant phone calls everyday over the past four weeks, yet I have not achieved any resolution. Despite their repeated assurances of a refund, supported by a "claim receipt" they provided, there has been no sign of the refund. A plant manager by the name of "Paige" does not return any of my phone calls or give any answers to the store's employees, whom I call everyday to ask for an update on my refund. This is unacceptable!! Why would they bother issuing me a claim receipt and make promises of a refund if they had no intention of fulfilling? This ordeal has been a complete waste of both my money and time. I strongly caution all potential customers to exercise caution. read more

Go Green Dry Cleaners in jupiter lost my sweater and have been dishonest about it for weeks. The manger has not return my calls. We had pick up service at our home. They told both my husband and i repeatedly that the sweater would be at the store the next day but each and every time we went there was no sweater. Today it happened again. After 3 weeks they finally found the pants that were also lost. This was my favorite sweater and a wardrobe staple. They have not offered any reimbursement and I am awaiting a call from the owner. La Mer is an excellent and professional dry cleaner in jupiter that also offers pick up and delivery - and they run an ethical business. I am so happy to find a GREEN cleaner for my comforter! I normally wash everything myself because of the harmful toxins left from regular dry cleaners - but now I know I can trust my clothes and linens will be free of toxic chemicals. Was at my buddy Plummah's wedding and he completely destroyed his tux. I mean stains that should've totaled this thing plus he blasted the seam doing a karate move. I thought this place would be amazing based on all the positive reviews on google, but my personal experience was the complete opposite. They had damaged three expensive shits, and every time they tried to fix them from the damages they caused, the shirts got progressively worse. I tried everything I could think of to get in touch with management to try and resolve the issue, and the employees kept saying the manager would call me back but never would. When someone finally called me back who was not the manager, they informed me I would need to pay $225, so they could send out the shirts to their HQ and verify that they caused the damage to 3 brand new shirts, which I thought was an outrageous policy which is completely different then what they tell you when you first go there so beware!! I would not trust them to do any dry cleaning on your expensive clothes!! read more
