I have been coming to In & Out Alterations for 5 years now and the service is excellent every time. I go to In & Out for alterations and every time that I go, the alteration ladies always welcome me with a nice smile and the alterations only take a few minutes and I am out the door. The place is clean and there are two dressing rooms for alterations. The cost is very reasonable as well and they do send their customers a text message when the clothes are ready for pickup. Jackie, the owner is very hands on and she is there everyday. She is very nice and easy to talk to and always makes me feel like she appreciates my business. These ladies are lifesavers! I brought my wedding dress to them on a Thursday and it was complete of alterations (beaded straps needed to be shortened, length with a scalloped lace shortened and a bustle) and ready for pick up by Wednesday! They worked together to pin my dress, which made me feel so comfortable that I was getting so much care and attention. On Tuesday they called me in to try on the dress again to make sure it was being done to my liking and they continued working on it and had it to me the next day. They could have worked quickly and sloppy since I didn't give them much time but they gave my wedding dress the utmost care. I felt so beautiful and my dress fit me like a glove! read more

I called this amazing location on a Saturday morning and they answered the phone promptly. I was in a situation where my formal dress had arrived the night before and needed major alterations before I could wear it that night. The dress was VERY detailed with a lot of hanging sequins, so I was afraid they would laugh at me and tell me no, But .... They had me come in immediately, worked on it ALL day long, stayed after hours to finish and finished it just in time for my event at Mar a Lago! I had a custom curtain which needed to be shortened. When I called to confirm they could do that alteration they were very pleasant on the phone. When I arrived they were very professional, a woman looked at the curtain and agreed to call me with a price before doing any alteration. As promised, they called me back with a lower cost than I had expected so I committed to the work. They never asked for a deposit which was also refreshing as I have an out of state area code. I took my daughter's bridesmaid gown to be altered. It needed a bit of work since she's the smallest one in the bridal party. The dress came out beautifully! You would never know anything was done to it. The seams are beautiful! I also took some lined pants in to be shortened and they came out beautifully as well. They were able to fix my girls dresses to fit them perfectly! (Including making the dress two sizes smaller!) And added straps to make them more little girl appropriate.
