The many washers and dryers were all clean and in good working order when I visited in early November 2023. My clothes washed and dried well without having to run extra cycles because of poorly performing dryers. That was a major plus and savings. This place loses a star because there were no laundry detergent or dryer sheets for purchase on property. Since I was traveling, I did not have my own. Fortunately there was an open Walgreens about 10 minutes away (I was doing pre-dawn laundry). I cannot speak to any customer service issues. I was the only one there at that early hour. Overall, I would recommend this laundry. Just be sure to bring your own supplies.

The machines can also be paid for using an app you download with a credit card for convenience. I think it was around $4 for a medium washer (cold regular) and $1.50 for dryer (medium heat 30 min). The place is fairly clean, there are bathrooms, vending machines, wifi, neighboring wifi, tv's, music, comfortable seats, water fountains, lots of folding tables, laundry carts, and even a couple coin game machines. The place was not crowded when I went and then are even 24hrs apparently over the weekend. Hardest part is downloading the app. The shopping center it is located in is not congested and also has a Dunkin donuts and Publix.

First it looks like it's been newly remodeled with an large open floor with lots of machines. It has nice wood floors and is very clean. Second it wasn't crowded when I got here so the availability of machines was also nothing to worry about. They have three sizes of washers. I chose the middle one which is $5 a wash so kind of expensive but I'll pay it for how mice this place is. This wash last 28 minutes. As for the dryers they are huge and are $.25/7min if dry time. Looks like there is only one size to fit everything in. They have three vending machines and you can purchase supplies if needed. As for change machine they have 2 and one bill changer which I needed so that was really nice. I believe they can also do laundry for you as a drop off option which is nice if you have the availability. Overall I really liked this place and would definitely come back here again in the future.

As others have said, parking is a bit of an issue. There are a few spaces right in front of the…read morelaundromat, and two spaces specifically for pickup and dropoff. The other spaces are in front of other offices in the little strip. I wasn't there more than an hour, so no one said anything to me when I parked in front of the insurance agent's place. If I'd been there longer, maybe it would have been a problem. There are a lot of washers and dryers, and about six folding tables. The washers range from $5/load to $6.50. The $5 washers are only for "light loads," which they specify as no towels, jeans or heavy fabrics. The machines all require quarters, and there is an attendant who can provide change. Dryers are 25 cents for 3 minutes - pretty steep, if you ask me. Luckily, I was only there for the washers as mine needs repairs. I dried my stuff briefly but then took it home to finish drying. The laundromat is pretty clean. Would be nice if there were cloths or paper towels to use to wipe off the tables where you fold clothes. Seats are not very comfortable but I spent most of my waiting time in the car on a phone call. If I had to stay in the laundromat the whole time, the cheap seating might have been more of a problem.

Incompetent Business Owner: Brought my king size comforter…read morefor Wash & Fold Service and the blue/grey lines on it turned pink. After a month of waiting for the owner who is "out of town" every week to get back to me, I was compensated $50 which just barely covers the refund of a disastrous wash, let alone any compensation for an unusable pink-lined comforter. After reaching out to the owner multiple times asking for greater compensation for a ruined $200 comforter, he is now just ignoring me. Ignoring customers in which your business ruined their items and refuse to properly compensate is extremely unprofessional and not how you build a customer base. Just another (less than) part-time business owner looking to make some side money and doesn't care about actually creating a decently-run business.
