Shirts came out PERFECT and they were extremely flexible with the pick up date. My second visit was to get an overcoat tailored as I visit the north quite often. Although the waist size itself was reduced, the way it was done was simply by folding and sewing the waistband, which created a noticeable bump right on my hip bone and made the jeans uncomfortable to wear. Because of this, I had to bring the jeans back to be redone. When I returned, the lady at the counter insisted that I had not paid for the service, even though I had already paid $59.12 for the jeans alterations. I had to search through my credit card charges to prove that the payment had already been made. Unfortunately, the top also had to be redone because the straps were not adjusted properly the first time. Throughout the process, I felt that my concerns were not really listened to. What was most upsetting was being spoken to very aggressively and even yelled at in front of my child while trying to resolve the situation. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the quality of the work and the way the situation was handled left me very disappointed.

I already have a recommendation for another dry cleaners in the same neighborhood.

Unfortunately, after a week, I was told the jacket was severely damaged from their efforts. These things happen, but I was extremely impressed with their customer service. They allowed us to choose between a generous credit for future cleaning services or the replacement cost of the jacket. We chose the latter, which they were willing to do, even though we didn't have the original sales receipt. We just did the best estimate we could for its price and they were okay with that. I'd happily recommend them and we'll be going back in the future.
