Update to My Previous Review…read more This is an update to my original review. Adding insult to injury, the owner's public response confirmed exactly why I chose not to return. Rather than acknowledging that customers can have legitimate concerns, his response was dismissive, defensive, and, in my opinion, unnecessarily demeaning. To address one point specifically: the owner states they "certainly cannot shrink a shirt because we do not put shirts in a dryer." That completely misses what I described. My shirts came back uneven after cleaning and pressing, with one side noticeably shorter than the other. Garments can become distorted during the dry-cleaning and finishing process through heat, chemicals, pressing, or handling--not just by being put in a dryer. The issue wasn't simply "shrinkage"; it was that the shirts no longer fit or hung correctly after being serviced. Instead of considering that something may have gone wrong, the owner chose to suggest that I was mistaken or confusing his business with another cleaner. That response speaks volumes about how customer concerns are handled. No business is perfect. Mistakes happen. What separates great businesses from average ones is how they respond when a customer raises a concern. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to investigate would have gone much further than attempting to discredit my experience. With so many excellent dry cleaners in the area, customer service matters as much as the quality of the cleaning. Based on both my experience and the owner's response, I cannot recommend this business.

Run... don't walk... AWAY from this Laundromat…read more To the owner, Mr. Michael Attias: I have been a loyal customer for years. I use your priciest machines to wash my comforters and patio furniture covers, about $200 a month, or $2,500 a year. I've had many pleasant conversations with you over the years, and you've always kept the place clean and well stocked. That makes what happened tonight, Monday, October 26th, all the more disgraceful. Your posted hours say open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. I walked in at 7:58 PM after my $2,500 LG washer died mid-cycle at home. I told your attendant I just needed to wash my clothes and would be gone by 8:30. Instead of helping a paying customer, she ordered me to pull my clothes out, stopped my load mid-cycle, called the police on me for doing laundry, and had me banned for 18 months. To add insult to injury, powering down the machines took 10 minutes. In that time, my loads would have finished, and I could have gone on my merry way. Let that sink in. A customer of many years, who has handed you thousands of dollars, was treated like a criminal over a load of laundry, at a business that claims to be open for another hour. It got worse. Your attendant's phone call brought not one but two police officers to your Laundromat. My clothes were soaking wet and far too heavy for me to carry, so one officer had to lift the bag into a push cart and then load it into my car. I told him my tax dollars were hard at work, and I think he smirked. He told me to go to another Laundromat, so I did. I finished my load at the one down the road, where the attendant was sweet as pie. The whole ordeal was exhausting and just plain stupid. This was not an isolated incident. Last month I waited 30 minutes for this same employee to empty a large dryer, and she couldn't be bothered to unload any of the three machines. When I finally pulled one customer's clothes out myself so I could use the machine, she screamed at me for five straight minutes. After tonight, I read through the other negative reviews, and what happened to me is clearly happening to customer after customer. There is constant confusion over the 7:30 PM last wash versus the 9 PM closing time, and your signage only adds to it. Reviewers describe rude staff who make them feel uncomfortable, and they get turned away. I was especially horrified by the review from a mother with a baby who was turned away from a wash-only cycle at the same time of night as me. It makes me lose my faith in humanity. No one has ever heard of a 7:30 PM last wash policy. If your business closes at 9 PM, the last wash should be at 8:30 PM. This is specific to those of us, like myself, who need a wash-only cycle because we have a working dryer at home. In your reply, you said I moved clothes because the machine was turned off. It was not turned off when I put my laundry in. Your god-awful employee turned it off on me while my clothes were inside. My friends enjoyed hearing the story, and they've promised to take their big items elsewhere too. So tonight cost you more than just me. Your other staff members have been kind and professional, which makes this even less excusable. This one employee is rude and on a power trip, and she is driving away your best customers while you pay the price. Your 18-month ban costs you roughly $3,600 in sales from me alone, and I'll gladly take my comforters and patio furniture covers to a competitor who values my business. I won't set foot in your store again unless this employee is gone. Any owner who cares about his business should be asking why she's still there. A very unhappy former customer
