I had a bad experience with National Carpet Cleaning during a recent tile and grout cleaning…read moreservice. Their large machine left a long, dark mark across my tile floor, right in the middle of my hallway (see photo). They attempted to remove it manually and were unable to do so. I was then told to purchase Soft Scrub and try cleaning it myself. I tried Soft Scrub three separate times, and tried Bar Keepers Friend also, with no success. The mark is clearly stuck in the tile and looks awful. I was given a $350 refund, which I accepted under the assumption that I would be able to remove the damage myself -- but that has not been the case. This damage was caused during their service, and it should not be my responsibility to fix it. Finally, they came a few days after I posted this review to try to remove it again. As they couldn't, they offered to do the Upholstery Cleaning of 2 stool chairs as a compensation. At least, they showed me they care for their clients.
