The ladies they sent couldn't speak any English so I had to turn them away. Disappointing!

Extremely desapointed. My cleaning lady is on vacation and I decided to hire this company based on the reviews. The company told me that will bring the products and that I have to provide them only this paper towels and garbage bags. We are only 2 grown ups, no pets, and very clean. They came yesterday morning and the 2 ladies were nice and clean and left and everything looked good. This morning I walked bare foot (like every morning) from the closet to the shower. When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened. read more

Although our appointment to have my dad's house cleaned has not happened yet, I really enjoyed the time Daniella (spelling) took with me to understand what I was looking for, answering all my questions. More to come as our first cleaning is scheduled for January 8th! read more

I have used Orchid 3 or 4 times to clean my house. Every time they exceed my expectations. The house is always left immaculate. They arrive on time and they are finished in the time they allot. Alexandra and Mailyn were the ladies that cleaned my house last week and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Orchid for reliable detailed home cleaning. read more

I do not recommend it if you are looking for a deep cleaning. The ladies showed up and were not prepared to deep clean; just regular standard cleaning we were told would be a deep cleaning. We are used to paying for cleaners every other month so I was aware of the standard cleaning they were doing. After they left, I ended up having to wipe the blinds down, clean the exterior of the cabinets and wipe inside the drawers, wipe down walls, wipe down the fridge again as stuck gunk was still on the drawers, and get the hair off baseboards as all they did was run a mop over base boards; they did not scrub or clean the baseboards at all. I also had to sweep/mop the rooms they did not even touch. I also requested the garage swept and mopped and confirmed the day before and when we discussed what they would be doing I was told they do not do that and then the operations manager told me they did not have the right equipment to do so. Waste of money for a "deep cleaning". read more

The best. First time using service and loved our 2 ladies, Sonia and Lizet. Very professional and so nice. read more

Orchid Cleaning Services - Living room - Home Cleaning Near Me

This was my first-time using Orchard Cleaning. My appointment was today at 9 AM and the two maids arrived 25 minutes late. They never called me to advise me they were running late. The issue I had is NEITHER maid spoke English nor were they in any type of uniform that is on the company website. I paid $62 per hour. I was trying to tell the maids on what areas to focus on in my unit. They did a great job cleaning the refrigerator and stove but spent too much time on them. I have had other cleaners clean my 2-bedroom condo and the average time is 90 minutes. At the 2 hour and 30-minute time point, I called the office and said I was only paying for 3 hours. I needed the maids to finish up mopping the floor and finish the job. They apparently felt it would take 4 hours which is excessive for a small condo which was clean and just needed a touch-up. I would have expected as a brand-new client, that this service would want me as a repeat customer and send over at least one maid that understood English. You are also responsible for providing the trash bags as well as paper towels. For $62.00 per hour, this should be included. read more

Yani and Karen did a fantastic job cleaning my townhouse. I will definitely hire them again

We had to do everything long distance for a one-time move-out clean and they kept me informed every step of the way with emails, texts and photographs. I really appreciated that. Our realtor went in and took a long around and was favorably impressed by the cleanliness and overall job. The estimate they provided was accurate, and no surprises there. I would use Orchid Cleaning Services again... very pleased. read more

I have had Orchid come out 3-4 times to do deep cleaning of my house (every couple of months or so). They always do a fantastic job. Ari and Desiree cleaned my house today and, with great attention to detail, made it sparkle. Highly recommended. read more

I requested a quote for cleaning services from a number of companies on Yelp. This company was quick with their quote and available almost immediately. We had two cleaning professionals for two hours and they did an amazing job. We will definitely be using their services again on the future if not on a regular basis. read more

I used Orchid Cleaning Services for the first time today and had a very good experience. It was easy to schedule the appointment and the two women showed up right on time. They listened to my instructions and went above and beyond to clean the requested rooms. I will definitely use the service again. read more

Absolutely wonderful. Excellent cleaning, warm kind crew. Very easy to make appointment and great price. Highly recommended A+.

We have been working with Orchid for maybe a year at this point. What we love about them is that they are prompt, and always call even if they are going to be 5 minutes behind schedule. They clean quickly and efficiently with a smile. They are polite, punctual, friendly and thorough. What a nice change from many other cleaning services we have tried. Highly recommended! read more

We paid them to clean above our cabinets. When we checked them a week later this is what we found. I called Juan and he kept denying that anything could be left dirty. He said that because it was 3 weeks ago they wouldn't come fix it. Even though it wasn't 3 weeks ago. Yes I should have checked their work right away but things happen and it slipped my mind. When on the phone with Juan he was constantly talking over me, very aggressive tone. I hung up as I do not allow people to speak to me in this way. This got him upset and he texted me saying it was rude I hung up. Well maybe if you aren't rude on the phone people won't hang up on you! I gave him multiple chances to apologize and to fix what they had done wrong. He refused; he has a nasty attitude and seems to believe his business is perfect. I'd also like to note that if all of this hadn't happened their service was still only mediocre at best. Slow cleaning and the bathrooms were not what I would call clean. I still tipped the poor ladies, I doubt Juan treats or pays them well. read more

The two very young girls that were sent to clean my apartment did more straightening up than cleaning. My apartment is already super clean, I was looking for cleaners to do stuff I couldn't do: clean exterior of kitchen cabinets that I couldn't reach, move the coffee table and couch and clean floor under them. I can run my vacuum over exposed areas; which is all they did. After they left I scrubbed my shower tile to clean the few grout stains I had. And there was dirt all over the floor so I swept the kitchen. They didn't even sweep, they just mopped. Also none of the corners in any room had been touched; like I said they didn't do anything thoroughly. Also the owner asked me if I wanted the porch swept, I said yes and it was not done. The girls timed it perfectly so they did minimal work for two hours. Be aware they do not move anything! You will still have all those dust bunnies and such under all your stuff. And they don't clean anything they can't reach. So only half of my cabinets were cleaned. Not worth the $ for sure. read more

I needed post renovation cleaning. It was the week after New Years and we really needed a quick response. Juan called me back almost before I put the phone down. During our initial conversation Juan explained what to expect and do to the construction dust the results would not be perfect. His team arrived early and did an outstanding job. The went through our place in a methodical manner. They actually felt bad they couldn't be perfect. I said they exceeded our expectations. My wife, who complains about sand on the beach, was very happy with the results too. Would definitely recommend them to everyone read more

We were moving into our new home and needed a cleaning service to make the previous home squeaky-clean. We called Juan at Orchid Cleaning Services and scheduled the appointment. We wanted them to focus on the bathrooms and kitchen, so Juan estimated 2 hours of cleaning, but said that we could re-evaluate after the two hours and have them stay longer if necessary. They showed up on time and did an amazing job. Ultimately, it ended up being a 2.5 hour job, and they were able to clean the entire house (approximately 1800 square feet). Juan explained to me that they always work in crews of two, because it is far more efficient. Their rate is extremely competitive and their professionalism exceeded my expectations. We only used them for a move-out cleaning, but they do regular house cleaning as well. If and when I decide to hire a regular cleaning service for our new home, I will definitely call Orchid Cleaning Services. read more

Juan and his team are fabulous. Very easy to work with. As opposed to many other cleaning services, Juan communicates in a very reliable and professional manner. He relays info to his team and they do everything they are requested to do. He can set up a schedule that is adhered to and assign you a team. One of the best qualities of Orchid is that they take credit cards! I am on file which makes it soooo much easier than having to deal with paying cash to the cleaners every time. This allows me to not have to be home when they leave! Polite, thorough, on time and efficient are just some of the words to describe the Orchid team! read more

Orchid Cleaning Services is prompt, efficient and polite. I had Sinthia and Dora clean my house. They were very thorough.

Heard of this company from a local friend of mine and I typically don't look into cleaning services, but I needed their help and the came through in a BIG way. Talking to Juan to set up the appointment was both comforting and educational. He led me in the right direction & He sold to my needs and the best part was that the outcome definitely exceeded the expectations. When the cleaning team came to my apartment, they were on time and ready to go. I left Juan and the team instructions on what to do when they left and they politely obliged and I left for work. When I got home, I was blown away. Things were put in order, my tile floors were shiny and like new, even my fridge was organized and cleaned!! If I had to pick out any mistake, it would be that there was one small mess (my fault...darn chinese food) on my kitchen table that was not all the way cleaned, but despite that, I was so happy to come home to clean, organized and wonderful smelling home. Juan even called me the next day to see how everything was....talk about customer service and following up. I highly recommend that you utilize this company for your cleaning needs at home. Yes, it was a bit high in price, but you get what you pay for. I paid to have my apartment deep cleaned and what I got was something way beyond my expectations - even better than what my grandma does - and thats saying something!! Give them a chance, you will not be disappointed...I wanted that "Ahhh"mazing feeling when I got home and I certainly got it! read more

Complete waste of money & they were one hour late. I am a very tidy person. I have a 2b/2b condo. I paid Orchid to deep clean my apartment. I specified I wanted three rugs cleaned, the oven cleaned and the windows cleaned. What did I get? They sent two ladies for two hours. In that time they vacuumed the floors and used a swifter on my blinds and furniture. The bathrooms were untouched. The kitchen was untouched. They said they "didn't bring the right equipment" to clean my windows. So essentially two women dusted blinds and vacuumed tile floor for two hours at a rate of $62 per hour. AWFUL! read more

I hired Orchid Cleaning Services as part of a birthday package for my wife. Orchid Cleaning Services did a great job. I was impressed how friendly they are, how efficient they are, and how well they cleaned the house. They cleaned things we don't/haven't cleaned. Just moved into the house we recently purchased and had a lot of deep cleaning to do. I found Orchid when I was researching cleaning companies. I read their reviews on the various websites and decided to give them a try. I am glad I did. Claudia and Ari were great. They were on time which is a key indicator of success for me. And they finished on the hour and the estimate was spot on. They measured up to expectations on cleaning and organizing and did not break anything! (LOL this has been a problem throughout the years). This was our initial cleaning and we will definitely be using Orchid regularly. read more

Ari and Irma were wonderful! Excellent cleaning and look forward to seeing them again in 2 weeks.

This is an excellent cleaning service! My condo was an absolute mess, the power was off in it for the summer so if you can imagine there was lots of grossness and mold etc. They got in there and made it look new again! One of the lady's even came to me saying she found a single diamond earring, I don't know if it was real or not but the fact that she gave it to me let me know that they are not only excellent cleaners but trust worthy. I give them a hard 5 stars and will definitely be using them again! They are good and very hard workers! read more

The ladies are always kind and competent- a pleasure to work with. We have used Orchid for the last couple of years and plan to continue. My concierge recommend this company. My appointment was never confirmed with me firmly. They called one day before the service: I didn't speak to anyone that day to confirm since didn't see the phone call. Anyways cleaning ladies showed up next day calling me from the security gate. I had to come back and meet them 30 min later. I have 4 bedroom house (master currently closed for renovation) so 3 bedroom needs to be cleaned. I will say girls cleaned good but they took 6 hours to complete the job. They took 2,5 hours just to clean "clean" office I cleaned house few day before so it wasn't very dusty or dirty. They do charge by the hour and they took all the time they could. In the last hour i called Rafael and ask him to expidite the process. I won't be using this company anymore and will continue to look for better services. read more

Today we were truly blown away- Luisa and Martha went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We can't thank you guys enough for consistently great service. Juan is also a pleasure to work with and has always helped us whenever we've been in a pinch. Just a great company all around. read more

Maria Elena & Damaris were a good team. They did show up with mask on ready to go. As it was the first time here you have to get acclimated to a new customer and where they keep everything. Only 1 to 2 items that they did not get to do to time constrictions. I recommend them. read more

My renters moved out & left my beautiful home, with brand new appliances, with such filth I could not even use them. They said they hired a cleaning company but it didn't appear that way.
