Class maids has not disappointed as they have gone above my expectations in keeping my mothers house clean. My mom loves to clean but is not able to do the job she once could. We hired classmaids for a deep cleaning of an airbnb. We called on a Monday and were able to schedule for the next day. The floors in this house were leaving our feet black just walking around barefoot all day. The two women from classmaids did a FANTASTIC job cleaning - they mopped our floors three times until they were finally clean. So this review is a few weeks overdue but it has been on my mind to get done because my experience with Classmaids was just excellent from front to end. Firstly - my internet crapped out while I was online trying to book an initial service. I called and was able to speak with Viktoria right away and while I was just calling to ask a question I mentioned my hiccup with scheduling and she took my information over the phone and sorted it out for me before we hung up. All I had to do was login when I was able to add in the payment method. This was a one-off, the website booking and app service is really neat and easy to use. I have a small one bedroom apartment and I think some previous services I've used kind of lost the plot on details because on surface my place seems like a quick job. NOT JACKIE THOUGH - Jackie was on time, really easy to have in my home, comfortable wearing a mask while she worked (as did I, you mask for me, I mask for you. let's just do it people), and she missed NOTHING. I love that Classmaids has a checklist they're working off of, at the end of the service Jackie handed it over for me to review and there were things I never would have thought of including. Checklist or not, Jackie was THOROUGH. I honestly feel I received excellent value for the price. I would happily have them back again because seeing as this place is the only place I go nowadays it is really nice to not cringe every time I spot my baseboards. If you're considering the cost I'll leave you with this; while Jackie was in my home we just alternated rooms while she worked and I folded my laundry. By the time she left at 11:00 AM everything that I mentally procrastinate and agonize over on the weekends was just, Done. And what a freaking relief. Yes there is a cost for skilled labor but with Classmaids you're really getting professional assistance AND you're getting your own time back. Just do it; do it quarterly or biweekly or monthly or as a one off just before you take all your PTO so you don't spend your home time cleaning but just do this for yourself. Seriously. I am always leery about choosing something off the web/app for things like cleaning, but boy am I glad I did choose Classmaids. Terra came for a first deep clean and the place literally sparkled when she left, along with the wonderful smell of peppermint from one of the cleaning supplies. My Dad's baseboards are now clean, the shelves are not dusty and she even made the bed! There were many comments about the price, and I would say that I know what my time is worth and that was worth every penny paid to not have to clean myself. Had a great experience with Victoria and her partner (sorry I forget his name) for a cleaning. I haven't found anything that was missed at all and she really helped me try to figure out cleaning some difficult areas like my stove which I thought I had ruined. And stains other places. Very thorough, very warm, friendly and accommodating. May be a little pricey but I'd rather do cleanings less often with great service and results than pay less. I hired Classmaids to do a deep clean at my Dad's house. They were on time and very professional. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned everything, even vacuumed under the bed!! This cleaning service exceeds our expectations again and again. Chelsea is always prompt, friendly and very thorough. She is very careful around our expensive dinnerware, is able to thoroughly clean the disaster area that is the typical interior of our microwave, and leaves our wood floors and upholstery looking like new. She also goes well beyond the minimum requirements, such as by cleaning and arranging my man cave, which normally looks like the aftermath of a tornado. This outstanding work is well worth the price. I have Class Maids coming over every two weeks to clean the whole house and it sparkles when they leave. They are always on time and are very friendly. Much appreciate their efforts to collect all the toddler toys from behind the couch. Highly recommend them. The organization is also very good. You can call or change bookings easily online. I enjoyed my experience working for Classmaids. It's a great way to make some extra cash with a busy schedule. Working with a team of caring and motivated individuals made it an enjoyable experience.
