I set the cleaner up along with the special brush and when they were cleaning, I realized they switched brushes! WHY???!!! Then, as they were going through the house, one of the girls was hitting walls, furniture with the end of her equipment. My husband had to ask her to be careful. I went into the bedroom to make sure they did the baseboards. And, then had to ask one of them to redo them. Even window sills weren't done. They left after 2 1/2 hours- paid for 3. I could not bear to have them in my home any longer. Told them the job was ok. It was if I couldn't see. After they left I realized no effort was made to clean the top of any mirror-I have a step stool. Even the mirrored closet doors had dust toward the top, no step stool needed there. An all around BAD experience. Do not use this company, save your money, do it yourself. That's what I had to do. Sad to waste all that money.

Well, He calls me back from a different number and says "since your life is so horrible why don't you just kill me. Just come back to the building and kill me." And of course at that point I hung up. I am not sure how someone like this owns a business. If you call their number, the sales, customer service, and accounting option all go to his cell.
