I am so disappointed in Eva and time2 clean up. They had quoted me a price for cleaning a condo my tenant had left very very dirty. When their crew got there I was informed it was much dirtier than expected and I required a very deep cleaning which needed to be done by ​their specialized deep cleaning crew. They gave me a new quote and we agreed to do the job at that price at a certain time and day. When I mentioned a few of the items that I wanted to be sure were cleaned, all of a sudden I was told that their deep cleaning service crew was not available and I would have to find someplace else to clean it for me. This left me with very little time to find someone else to do a job that we had agreed to do on a specific day at a specific time for a specific price. Luckily, I was able to find impeccable touch cleaners to do the job on very short notice for the same price right away. They literally saved the day for me. I live 2 and 1/2 hours away from the property and I would have had to make another trip after the way Eva and time2 clean Left me hanging. Impeccable touch showed up on time, cleaned the place beyond my expectations And did it for me at the same price quoted by Eva at time2clean. I would warn you and highly recommend you don't do business with this company as they could not live up to their word. But I would highly recommend impeccable touch cleaners. They are as professional, capable and qualified a cleaning company as there could be. I don't have a personal beef with time2clean, other than this very disappointing experience. And I do have documentation to back up everything I say. Despite the response, I want to make it clear once again that after they initially determined they needed the specialized cleaning crew to get the place right, we agreed to a time, price and date for the special cleaning at the new quoted price. Prior to that Eva had to check with the specialized cleaning crew and then got back to me and confirmed that time price and date. It was after that as I was waiting for them to come clean the place that I was told that the crew was not available and I had to look elsewhere for service. So you judge for yourself. Would you want to have an appointment at a specific time and day set and then canceled on short notice once they had confirmed to you that everybody was ready to go? I hired this company to clean my home last Saturday. Based on our communications I advised that my home was freshly painted. So I didn't need the walls, blinds outlets cleaned. I needed the entire master bedroom cleaned, all bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, tv and sunrooms swept and mopped. Clean the kitchen cabinets doors and outside of the refrigerator In the other bedrooms(3) I only needed them swept , dusted and the beds made. What was done: master bedroom including the bathroom partially done; living room, kitchen tv room swept and mopped. This is it!!!! When I asked the workers, they said that they were never told by their supervisor that they had to do what I explained. I showed them the text between us and they got upset because they again said they were never told. when I reached out to the person who I was texting with they said that if the workers stayed to complete the job, they will charge me $245 instead of the $210 that we agreed on. Although the cleaning was not completed I still paid the workers since it clearly was not their fault. The following day I reached out to the supervisor and I told her/ him that I would like half of my money refunded which was $100 because the work was not done and it was only fair to me (even though they said that they were sorry for the inconvenience) My money was never refunded to me... they refused. I am so grateful for Eva offering her services to me in such short notice. The cleaning crew did an amazing job getting the house back looking brand new; better than it looked when we first moved in! They worked fast and efficiently. The team arrived more than 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled time, which I did appreciate. They also took before pictures of different areas of the house that had damages prior to the start of their cleaning. That's the best thing they could have done because it was the proof I needed to determine if a wall was damaged before they had arrived or during the cleaning. If it wasn't for how thoroughly they assessed the house, I would not have gotten to the bottom of what really happened, which turned out not being their fault. In addition to their thorough cleaning throughout the house, Time2CleanUp provided Steam Carpet Cleaning and Pressure Washing without me having to search for hours to find another business to provide those services. Had the opportunity to use Time2CleanUp for the first time today. Moving into a new place and while it looked pretty clean, I knew for sure there would be a lot of dirt in the "hidden" places. You know what I'm talking about... oven door, behind the oven, sliding door tracks, in the deepest corners of drawers, etc. I requested a quote from Eva (the owner). She responded very quickly to all my questions. She wasn't the lowest priced quote I got, but the list of items included in her "move in" package was quite comprehensive and fairly-priced. I scheduled the cleaning for 8am today and Eva showed up herself with one of her crew, Gloria. The whole job was supposed to take 3 hours but given all they did, and how thorough they were, it took them 4 hours; in spite of that, she honored her quote.
