As a 2 year old customer I apparently do no get any attention. Loyal customers get dumped by Nice and Clean. I have been waiting to be added to the next availability for cleaning for over a month now. Text messages or the calls do not get answered on time. I am being told "Hello, at the moment we are fully booked, so we're still trying to fit you on the schedule". Or "Hello, right now we have a couple openings are for middle November and we have your name on the waiting list of anything becomes available before that". I am so very disappointed! I used Nice n Clean in Oct 2019 to help clean my mom's 2-bedroom condo (1,135 sf) which was in really, really bad shape because her husband had lived there by himself for about a year and a half and never cleaned it and wouldn't allow anyone to come in and clean it. So when he left, I decided to put the condo up for sale but I knew I had to do a major cleaning before listing it. I called several cleaning services. Some of them wouldn't even come out to look at the apartment, they would just give me a quote over the phone. I did not trust them to give me a quote without first looking at the place. When I called Nice n Clean, Leo came to the property to look at it, we did a walk-through and I told him what I needed done and he wrote it down. He then sent me a quote for $400. On the day Leo came over to clean, he arrived with 2 female workers to help him and it took them approx 7-8 hours to finish (seriously, that's how bad it was). When they were done, they called me over to see the place and it was SPOTLESS. I was so happy. Leo and his crew were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them. read more

The cleaning was done by two women. They did a very thorough cleaning but took exceptionally long time. The woman who booked with me was not upfront about what I would be charged per hour, per woman. Both ladies were on their phones frequently, I think they were talking to the owner/ manager. I assume to get instructions in their language. I think they were Ukrainian. I asked the women to stop cleaning because they had been there 2 hrs plus 10 minutes when I asked them to stop. I was charged 2.45 x 2 women x $69.60 per hour, plus GST. My total came to $358.09 and they only cleaned 2 rooms.. my bathroom and my kitchen. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment condo. I feel like they took advantage of a senior citizen. read more

Been a customer for 6 years, never once disappointed. They come with a team of 2 to 4 people and knock out my 1600 sq ft condo 2 bed, 2 bath in no time. They always ask if there is anything out of the usual routine that needs attention. We put together the cleaning routine the first time and Ive never once had to remind them nor did they ever not attend to something on it. The team is professional and trustworthy and as an added bonus they text me when in route and when finished so I can work around them if I choose not to remain on site. They were over 1.5 hours late although they did communicate that they were delayed and in traffic. They did a good job but they did miss entire areas. Window sill in bedroom not dusted bathroom room baseboard not cleaned outside of one commode not cleaned coffee table legs not dusted. They areas they did clean were done well. They did a good job. I was quoted $120 to $160 for a two bedroom condo. When they finished they tried to charge me $240 and then wanted a tip on top of that!! That's for a two bedroom condo, about 1450 sq/ft. Too rich for my blood. I now have a wonderful pair of ladies that come every two weeks and do an excellent job for $100. read more

Great cleaning service! I have some mobility issues keeping me from cleaning my home as I would like to so I finally decided to have someone help me and boy am I glad I chose them. I contacted them Monday and had a Wednesday appointment no problem and when I walked in my front door it was spotlessly clean especially my shower, it was sparkling clean. I don't want to use my kitchen because it looks so good. This cleaning service I have used for about 6 months. They have great cleaners but customer service is the worst that I experience. They often try to upcharge you by saying the cleaners need more time. The most recent time is when I had an appointment set for 1 pm on Saturday. This was a move out cleaning and I was meeting the new owners and wanted a cleaning before transferring ownership. The cleaners arrived at 12 pm. not sure why, and when I was not there, because our appointment was scheduled for 1 pm, left at 12:45. When I called to see if they were en route. The owner told me that because he called me at 12, one hour before our appointment. That he sent the cleaners to do another job. I was very disappointed in his service and his handling of not cleaning our home. I also was shocked that he offers no remedy! He did not say he would take ownership of the mistake and bring the cleaners back, or at the very minimum offer our family a free cleaning. If you need to find a cleaning company, keep looking. Leo was extremely thorough, asking me what I wanted cleaned and telling me in great detail what they would do automatically as part of their service. After telling them I have to leave at 5 reason why the appointment was set to 2:30 the lady contacted her boss outside and left the scene with no information of what would happen then I receive a text minutes later stating we'd have to reschedule.
