The appointment was reconfirmed by the owner on Thursday, 2 days prior to the cleaning scheduled for Saturday. I was specifically asked to ensure that no other workers were in the house while their team was cleaning, and we rearranged our schedule and coordinated everything accordingly as best as we could. At 5 PM on Friday--the evening before the scheduled cleaning--the owner called to cancel, saying there was an unspecified issue with her team. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I had been texting with the owner at 3 PM that same afternoon discussing which part of the house the cleaners would start with. At no point did she mention that there was an issue or even suggest that the appointment might be cancelled. I was told they could not accommodate us this Sunday or Monday either, despite the fact that we are moving in Tuesday. Her suggestion was essentially that she would "do her best" to send options if she came across any-- she didn't have another company she could personally recommend. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. What I find unacceptable is the lack of notice, lack of contingency planning, and lack of genuine concern for the significant inconvenience caused to the customer. Canceling a confirmed move-in cleaning less than 24 hours beforehand leaves a customer scrambling at the worst possible time. If you are relying on a company for a time-sensitive cleaning, this one will not deliver.

He got straight to work, and it was no small feat, but he worked so thoroughly and diligently. We are two long-haired adults with a small fuzzy dog, so you can imagine the mess we make... By the time he was done we were nearly in tears. This house has NEVER been so clean. We gave it a white-glove check after he left, which was AMAZING. But the most surprising thing is that now, 2 weeks later, we're STILL coming across little details that we missed but he hadn't. I think he touched every open space in this whole house--and he didn't just wipe the surfaces, he polished them. Somehow, the house is even staying clean--what sorcery is this? Renato and team arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and went to work. Every nook and cranny addressed, every baseboard and window sill wiped clean, even the Oven exhaust vents were taken down and expertly cleaned like new. Who does that? Renato does!
