Excellent service on time and and the cleaner Tasha was truly amazing. Very happy Yelp recommended them

Good customer service, small business that cares about doing a good job and providing quality service. Good customer retention efforts. Selene is an excellent QC manager who provides clear communication. They strive to provide attention to detail in cleaning and have a satisfaction guarantee. No one's perfect. read more

Have been using them for about a year now and they always do a great job. Always thorough and on time. Their prices are also competitive.

They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Somehow though, I had a gut feeling, a moment of intuition if you will, and I chose to book with them. Let me tell you that this was 100% the right thing to do. I booked a couple of days back for today. My assigned person was Selene and she was amazing. She came on time, supplies at hand and ready to work. I requested a deep cleaning of my condo, as well as oven cleaning. I figured this would be a test run for move-out cleaning, as tada, I'm moving next month, and well, given Selene's work, I've already looking into booking my move-out cleaning. She left everything spotless or as spotless as it can be. Some stuff, like one of my bathtubs, needs work beyond cleaning. Mainly a paint job, but that's a story for another day. Very pleased with the service I received and hoping they have my desired date for my move-out cleaning. I would be really disappointed if they don't. read more

Their response and language used further indicate the situation you may find yourself in. Lots of opportunities to improve but not accepting responsibility. The photos included in my initial review were taken after the maid followed a check list provided by the company. This time cleaning agents were used that we specifically asked them to not use. We had to stop her after an hour when we could smell the harsher chemicals she brought were being used. My throat and note were burning from the smells. This was after we asked her to not use the chemicals she brought and to only use ours. The business owner is suggesting that while the maids were at the home we did not go through the areas to point out places missed or things from the check list that should have been completed. During the last visit the maid was there for several hours and was very kind. She asked me to check the house and make sure everything was done. I told her that I needed to go pick up my kids and didn't have the time at that moment to go through every room. From where I was standing I looked around and pointed out that the kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down and the the outside fridge was dirty. She was to clean it, but again with the wrong chemicals. At what point do you just move on? I think I didn't "attempt" to communicate. It was very clear that the maids just were not doing the job that the company promised. If emails, text messages, in person conversations, and phone calls are not successful or sufficient "attempts" then I don't know what would correct these issues. I received an email and text bribing me to remove my review not long after posting it. I wish they would have done what was promised and not try to put blame on clients for not communicating or checking areas as quickly as they try to buy us off for leaving an honest review. The company offered a free cleaning if I were to remove my review. I did not receive an offer to correct any issues I shared with them after any of the cleanings. It was only when I left a negative review that I received the bribe- a free cleaning in exchange for removing my review. They were quick to offer that but did not correct any previous issues after multiple emails, texts, and phone calls - as you can see from photos. Not appropriate and not ethical. This is not slander this is exactly what occurred. When I left a negative review, I was offered a bribe to remove the review fairly quickly. I did not say I worked with a competitor, I said I heard from people in the industry that your cleaning employees left your employment which is why you had two women working for you when you all serviced my home. read more

I have used Blue Chip Maid service for the past six months and I am so satisfied with the cleaning services I get every month. The team always leaves my house sparkling clean, super shiny, and smelling wonderful! The team is very professional and kind, and open to any suggestions for providing quality service. While everything is automated, reminder emails, scheduling/rescheduling, add-ons etc..... they are extremely responsive to text, emails, and calls! I highly recommend this wonderful cleaning service to anyone and its affordable! It's the best! read more

So far two months in and I'm happy with my service! The price is reasonable and the House Cleaner is very open to my needs.

This is my first time hiring a house cleaning service and I must say I'm NEVER going back! Rochelle speaks English and is also early or on time. She does an excellent job! We have a 2 bed/2bathroom apartment and it takes her just under 2 hours to complete- CAN YOU SAY QUICK?! Also one of my favorite parts is there cleaning guarantee- your house cleaner will ask you to check all areas before she leaves. This means, if she missed a spot or you forgot to mention something extra they are able hit that area before they leave. Would highly recommend! read more

Blue chip maids has been easy to set up cleanings; very reliable; and they do a fantastic job. I highly recommend them! read more

I started my service with Blue Chip Maids about 3 months ago for a deep cleaning and then stayed with them on a more regular basis. I must say I cant do much cleaning due to having AS and the ladies that have come, have been very helpful and responsive to my requests. If there's something specific I want, they have followed my request and I can be very picky. I'm also glad they have been responsive to my enquires or when I need to reschedule. I have cats and they are very trough on the cleaning which im glad. read more

Amazing service. Kimberly showed up early and got straight to work. I came back to a clean, beautifully smelling house. She made sure everything was neat and tidy, beds were made, and trash was taken out. The company also did a great job of communicating with me after I had signed up for the time and service. Will definitely be using them again in the future and have already recommended them to friends. read more

The house cleaner was friendly, detail-oriented and did a thorough job. She was very pleasant and a joy to be around. The only reason I didn't leave a 5 star rating was that she didn't have enough supplies. However I emailed the company and gave them a comprehensive list. I had everything anyway, and the service was reliable and great. So my rating would be 4.5 star's actually. Lisa K. Pembroke Pines read more

I used them for a year plus not once as they claim ... very unreliable according to my experiences and liars too! Use at your own risk!

An excellent service that goes the extra mile to accommodate needs coupled with time constraints. We have been with them for over a year and not disappointed. read more

Our cleaner was on time, gracious, and incredibly thorough. (My pup loved her too). Before I knew it, I looked up and it was time for her to go, and my house was SPOTLESS. We are definitely going to be using Blue Chip Maids every two weeks going forward. So grateful we found them! read more

We have been using Blue Chip Maids for a couple months now. Novia has been coming to clean, and she is very thorough and friendly. I have been pleased with the cleanings and recommend their services. read more

They sent an email prior to my request for a deep clean letting me know about 2 employees assigned. Only one showed up, hence the expectations were immediately ruined. They didn't let me, nor the other employee know that she was going to be by herself. When I questioned them, the response was even better..well, you didn't specify that you wanted 2 people...anyways hope they get better communication skills and ownership of their own flaws. read more

I hired Blue chips maids for deep cleaning and I specifically asked the person who came to dust the blinds thoroughly. The blinds are still dusty. Ms. Rachelle was very pleasant. The rest of the things were okay. Not quite a deep cleaning, but more like a superficial maintenance. Oven looked great. Floors were ok. Also, the couch and the rug were not thoroughly vacuumed. It's ok for "maintenance cleaning" but not deep cleaning at all. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment doesn't get deeply cleaned in 3 hours. I'm sorry. read more

I found this service on yelp and am very happy that I went with them. They did an amazing job. I am currently working from home and was on conference calls from the time they arrived to the time they left so I did not have a moment to give any instructions or show her anything about my home or how I wanted things done. My home was spotless after, she was very respectful of making noise while I was on the phone, the beds, bathrooms, everything was spectacular without me having to say anything. I saw other reviews saying that they thought 2 people were coming but only 1 arrived. I do have to say that I thought the same from their website that it would be a team of 2 people, and I had just one. However, that does not bother me at all. It is still the same time that I'm paying for. 1 person for 3 hours or 2 people for 1 1/2 hours is still 3 hours. Had I not still been working from home I wouldn't have even known. What is most important is they showed up, were on time, and did a great job. I can't wait till they come back later this month. read more

I am new to SoFlo (18 months or so) and my condo needed a great deal of remodeling. Once it was all done, I came to Yelp to hire a cleaning company to perform a deep clean. Based on reviews, I chose Gabe and his team at Blue Chip. The cleaners were excellent with the deep clean leaving nothing untouched. I was so satisfied with the clean that I signed up for monthly cleans and the service has not changed at all. I have the same woman every month who is superb and my dog loves her. I highly recommend Blue Chip and look forward to many more cleanings. read more

I'm still new using this company but The ladies are very sweet. The price is reasonable. Easy to book appointments.

Great service and costumer service! I was informed about the arrival time and date at the time of confirmation and then again got a reminder the day before and day of. the cleaner was punctual and very respectful. She was showed up with a mask and mantained distance and personal space. She followed all my instructions and did a great job! Since I wasn't able to stay at the apartment while it was getting cleaned, i received text messages with detailed pictures of all surfaces and items as the job completed. thank you for your service! read more

Blue Chip Maids was very prompt and responsive, and very competitively priced! They offer a discount for recurring cleanings. Selene was on time, quick, and very thorough. I absolutely recommend this service. read more

We requested a deep cleaning. One of the ladies came and scrubbed everything in the kitchen. The other lady who was mopping and did the bathroom barely did much. The bathroom did not look cleaned and I had to redo the floors. Unfortunately it looks like it just depends on who you get. The company itself was responsive when we needed to reschedule. read more

I've used this service several times and never been disappointed with the quality of the cleaning and the persons who work for them. Suzie arrived at the agreed time, worked efficiently - and so quietly that we hardly knew she was here - and did an excellent job. The company makes sure you know exactly what the service you're paying for will entail - that is, no surprises with what you thought the cleaning service includes and the price. I want to underscore the review that indicated how responsible their staff are in wearing a mask, and maintaining social distance. It is a reliable and quality service. read more

Cannot recommend this service enough. We had been shopping around for a maid service for our house because we work so much. You can trust them to get the work done, are responsive and great work ethic! read more

Great and fast service. I've been using Blue Chip Maids for over a year now and will continue using them.

Always on time and if so they are very good about communicating. Friendly and always smiling.

Affordable and quality! The maid showed up early (unheard of in Miami). Did a wonderful job and honestly went above and beyond in my bathroom by unclogging my drain from fallen hair! My apartment is spotless and smells wonderful. We will definitely be using this service again and I will be recommending it to my family and friends :) read more

They came on time and followed the directions I left in the instructions on how to get into our community. Both maids split up and asked which rooms could be done before cleaning them which was thoughtful. They were efficient and thus didn't keep us out of use of our house for too long which I appreciate. They knew what they were doing because the house looks great. They brought all their own materials so I didn't have to make sure I had what they needed. At the end they encouraged me to look around and see if there were any issues. I'm busy and this service was worth the money for me. They did a much better job than I would have done. read more

I used this service last week and was very happy with the results. They showed up on time (a little early actually), were pleasant to talk to and did a very good job cleaning my home. I had a couple of questions and one request that the cleaning person was happy to answer and help with. At the end I was asked to inspect the work and sign off. In addition to the actual cleaning, the process to set up the appointment was very straightforward. I definitely recommend Blue Chip Maids and will be using them again soon. read more
