They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Somehow though, I had a gut feeling, a moment of intuition if you will, and I chose to book with them. Let me tell you that this was 100% the right thing to do. I booked a couple of days back for today. My assigned person was Selene and she was amazing. She came on time, supplies at hand and ready to work. I requested a deep cleaning of my condo, as well as oven cleaning. I figured this would be a test run for move-out cleaning, as tada, I'm moving next month, and well, given Selene's work, I've already looking into booking my move-out cleaning. She left everything spotless or as spotless as it can be. Some stuff, like one of my bathtubs, needs work beyond cleaning. Mainly a paint job, but that's a story for another day. Very pleased with the service I received and hoping they have my desired date for my move-out cleaning. I would be really disappointed if they don't. read more

Their response and language used further indicate the situation you may find yourself in. Lots of opportunities to improve but not accepting responsibility. The photos included in my initial review were taken after the maid followed a check list provided by the company. This time cleaning agents were used that we specifically asked them to not use. We had to stop her after an hour when we could smell the harsher chemicals she brought were being used. My throat and note were burning from the smells. This was after we asked her to not use the chemicals she brought and to only use ours. The business owner is suggesting that while the maids were at the home we did not go through the areas to point out places missed or things from the check list that should have been completed. During the last visit the maid was there for several hours and was very kind. She asked me to check the house and make sure everything was done. I told her that I needed to go pick up my kids and didn't have the time at that moment to go through every room. From where I was standing I looked around and pointed out that the kitchen cabinets had not been wiped down and the the outside fridge was dirty. She was to clean it, but again with the wrong chemicals. At what point do you just move on? I think I didn't "attempt" to communicate. It was very clear that the maids just were not doing the job that the company promised. If emails, text messages, in person conversations, and phone calls are not successful or sufficient "attempts" then I don't know what would correct these issues. I received an email and text bribing me to remove my review not long after posting it. I wish they would have done what was promised and not try to put blame on clients for not communicating or checking areas as quickly as they try to buy us off for leaving an honest review. The company offered a free cleaning if I were to remove my review. I did not receive an offer to correct any issues I shared with them after any of the cleanings. It was only when I left a negative review that I received the bribe- a free cleaning in exchange for removing my review. They were quick to offer that but did not correct any previous issues after multiple emails, texts, and phone calls - as you can see from photos. Not appropriate and not ethical. This is not slander this is exactly what occurred. When I left a negative review, I was offered a bribe to remove the review fairly quickly. I did not say I worked with a competitor, I said I heard from people in the industry that your cleaning employees left your employment which is why you had two women working for you when you all serviced my home. read more

We have a 2 bed/2bathroom apartment and it takes her just under 2 hours to complete- CAN YOU SAY QUICK?! Also one of my favorite parts is there cleaning guarantee- your house cleaner will ask you to check all areas before she leaves. I started my service with Blue Chip Maids about 3 months ago for a deep cleaning and then stayed with them on a more regular basis. I must say I cant do much cleaning due to having AS and the ladies that have come, have been very helpful and responsive to my requests. If there's something specific I want, they have followed my request and I can be very picky. I'm also glad they have been responsive to my enquires or when I need to reschedule. They sent an email prior to my request for a deep clean letting me know about 2 employees assigned. Only one showed up, hence the expectations were immediately ruined. They didn't let me, nor the other employee know that she was going to be by herself. I hired Blue chips maids for deep cleaning and I specifically asked the person who came to dust the blinds thoroughly. The blinds are still dusty. Ms. Rachelle was very pleasant. The rest of the things were okay. Not quite a deep cleaning, but more like a superficial maintenance. Oven looked great. Floors were ok. Also, the couch and the rug were not thoroughly vacuumed. It's ok for "maintenance cleaning" but not deep cleaning at all. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment doesn't get deeply cleaned in 3 hours. I'm sorry. read more

I found this service on yelp and am very happy that I went with them. They did an amazing job. I am currently working from home and was on conference calls from the time they arrived to the time they left so I did not have a moment to give any instructions or show her anything about my home or how I wanted things done. My home was spotless after, she was very respectful of making noise while I was on the phone, the beds, bathrooms, everything was spectacular without me having to say anything. I saw other reviews saying that they thought 2 people were coming but only 1 arrived. I do have to say that I thought the same from their website that it would be a team of 2 people, and I had just one. However, that does not bother me at all. It is still the same time that I'm paying for. 1 person for 3 hours or 2 people for 1 1/2 hours is still 3 hours. Had I not still been working from home I wouldn't have even known. I was informed about the arrival time and date at the time of confirmation and then again got a reminder the day before and day of. the cleaner was punctual and very respectful. She was showed up with a mask and mantained distance and personal space. She followed all my instructions and did a great job! We requested a deep cleaning. One of the ladies came and scrubbed everything in the kitchen. The other lady who was mopping and did the bathroom barely did much. The bathroom did not look cleaned and I had to redo the floors. Unfortunately it looks like it just depends on who you get. The company itself was responsive when we needed to reschedule. read more

Both maids split up and asked which rooms could be done before cleaning them which was thoughtful. They were efficient and thus didn't keep us out of use of our house for too long which I appreciate.
