Wonderful cleaning today. The girls showed up on time and did a great job. No more dust and spotless kitchen and bathrooms. They brought most all of their supplies. Used less than a half roll of paper towels. My place looks nice and new and they were pretty quick. I used this company for many months and they constantly changed the ladies who arrived to clean. Last time here 2 expensive bracelets were missing right after they left my home. I immediately called the owner And she denied any responsibility. I had asked if she Had insurance for such an incident which she said she Did but then when I asked her very politely to please file a claim, she said she would not have coverage unless her employees were convicted in a court of law. Move in bespoke deep clean. Yes that exists. I knew what and how I wanted certain things cleaned and communicated that to Julie. The whole experience was pleasant and productive. Julie is very clear with communication and straightforward about how the business runs. I got to pick what I needed and felt comfortable that how much time/money I wanted to spend would be honored.
