The 3 cleaners showed up way to early by 30 minutes. None of them spoke English. It took all 3 of them plus a translator ap and me pointing to have them move the sheet over on the bed by a couple of inches. Ridiculous. We booked 1.5 hours and figured with 3 people, they'd each take a room and clean my 2 bedroom house on time. Instead all 3 went into master suite. Next thing I know they're leaving having only cleaned 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I ended up having to clean the rest of myself before my party. To say the least, I was angry! Then when I went into my bathroom after the floor dried, the cleaner used so much bleach cleaner that it stripped the paint off my bathroom walls. I wanted to update my review based on the service calls after the first one (which my review is for). The first time I used this cleaning service, I was very happy. The team was amazing. Super kind. as mentioned in the previous review i was very happy. I had asked if I could get the same team from the first time but never did. The following times were interesting. But this last experience unfortunately made me not want to use the company again. The scheduling frustrated me for one specific reason. If I made an appointment for Feb 1st two weeks ahead, they wouldn't give me a time to expect my team until the day before. It makes it hard to plan the day. This last experience, the team made it clear they didn't want to clean, they wanted to go home. One of the girls told me this after I asked if I was their last house. Toward the end of the appointment, one of the ladies didn't realize I spoke Spanish and said some mean things about my me and my home. When I responded in Spanish, they were shocked. It was a very uncomfortable moment and the team left early. When j looked at the upstairs bathrooms, the toilets weren't even scrubbed. I contacted Razzy regarding this and he apologized on behalf of the team and wanted me to try them again. I appreciated the apology however due to the inconsistency of experiences I decided to move on. read more

I was referred to them by someone else that gives them a lot of business so I'll be giving them the update as well to not use them. please BEWARE! We are not difficult people to deal with; very easygoing and not hard to please. This was the single worst cleaning I've ever seen in my entire adult life. Not only did the girls come with no mask, sneezing and coughing all over the place sick with God knows what, but they left the floors completely wet for my wife and I to finish their paid job, the sheets on the bed were crumbled up, disorganized and messy of which we have photos... and they refused to clean under the couch or under anything. My wife offered to single handedly move a large couch and other furniture for them to clean and they ignored her and left. My wife can testify to this as she personally witnessed this and many other issues with the service (such as the ladies cleaning one side of a window and not the other). I will say, the bathroom mirrors looked nice. That's about it. There were many, many more problems. Too much to list. We will never use the service again and we deserve every dollar back that we paid if the owner cared about the business whatsoever, he would refund us immediately. Just AWFUL. We wrote a negative review yesterday. Owner called us last night and said he was "pissed at us" for the review. He was angry and never took any responsibility for shortcomings. I took off the review and in calmness of the next day decided to put it back. 1-First two sessions they overcharged us an extra hour. 2- Because of covid and other reasons we requested new rags. That was a problem 2 out of 4 times. 3- language communication a problem. 4- two times came at least 30 min early for early morning appointment. We weren't ready yet and they had to wait. The service I requested was for a move in cleaning. Home was totally empty. He sent out 3 people to clean, and the total was 405.00. The cleaning was done quickly and poorly. The floors still had dirt and debris. The cabinets were sticky with grease. The stairs were never mopped. The kitchen counter tops still had dust and dirt. I called the owner and he told me my "tone" was not ok. He then asked me if I was "ready to speak". He was arrogant and spoke down to me when I explained that the cleaning was unacceptable. He had them come back out and they attempted to reclean. My internet router was also missing ,but then mysteriously returned on the second trip. One of the cleaners asked me to tell her boss that her job was OK because he would not pay her if said differently. Extremely poor customer service. Just arrived in Delray and my house was a mess. I called 24/7 perfect cleaners and spoke with Razzy. He said he would try to get a crew to me that day around 4pm but would call to confirm. He called a couple of hours later said he could do the job and would let me know when the crew would be on their way to me. He called and 15 minutes later my doorbell rang. They were a very welcomed sight. An 1 1/2 hr later the place was immaculate. They dusted, scrubbed and shined my house . I am so happy to find hardworking and reliable people. . They sent three cleaners who stayed three hours and worked their butts off. At first I was a little put off that they didn't want to chat a bit before starting, but they simply wanted to get to work!
