Extremely desapointed. My cleaning lady is on vacation and I decided to hire this company based on…read morethe reviews. The company told me that will bring the products and that I have to provide them only this paper towels and garbage bags. We are only 2 grown ups, no pets, and very clean. They came yesterday morning and the 2 ladies were nice and clean and left and everything looked good. This morning I walked bare foot (like every morning) from the closet to the shower. When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened.

We were using A&RC cleaning for a few years, even reccomended the company to a few other friends…read more The cleaning had always been fair $$ and well done job. Recently, I hired A&RC to clean my father n laws condo that he just purchased. I requested a deep cleaning including inside cabinets (that were empty), inside fridge and oven, as well as under furniture before my father moved in his belongings. I was quoted a much higher quote than what I pay for my house that is over twice the size than the condo but because of the thorough cleaning I understood. The cleaning was subpar- the cabinets were not cleaned, the fridge, oven and microwave left untouched and under the furniture was disgusting. I called and was offered to have another crew to come out and i agreed giving out a few dates I would be available but Gary never responded back to me confirming a day and time. Very disappointed considering this was a one off from my previous experience with A&RC and I had hope for a redemption. We spent a lot of money for not much of a cleaning.
