I can't say enough how great the experience was with having our new home deep cleaned before moving in. Alan initially came to the house to see what we specifically wanted done and provided an estimate later in the day. Two days later Alan's wife, Maria, and her crew, Lucy & Milene, spent 7 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Keep in mind that the house had no furniture in it. They cleaned areas we didn't even consider and took pictures before and during the process that they sent to us for our records. They even found and cleaned a ton of dog hair from the dishwasher drain. The master bedroom closet wire shelves had black caked on grime, when they were finished cleaning they looked new again. I can't say enough as to how appreciative we were for their thoroughness, professionalism, and kindness. We highly recommend this company!!! read more

We had two ladies come to clean our condo a couple weeks ago. They spent just over an hour and a half here and charged $160, which I felt was a bit excessive given the amount of work that was done. It was also $20 more than the price we were quoted via text message, but overall they did a good job. My partner spoke with the owner and arranged bi-weekly cleanings at a slightly lower price. We asked that they come every other Thursday in the afternoon. Today, we found out less than 24 hours in advance that they can't come tomorrow afternoon and were told they would be here around 10-11am instead. This is not what we asked for, so we had to cancel. It's also the second time (out of 2) that we have had scheduling issues with this company. The first time we requested a morning cleaning and they said they had to come in the afternoon because we didn't confirm their phone call after already confirming via text message. Some of the other reviews indicate similar problems with scheduling, so we decided to go with another company that can accommodate our needs. read more

I sought a thorough cleaning of a small 1 bedroom condo I'd just purchased (under 800 sq ft) and inquired for price. I wanted to know what they do/don't do and whether they can wash walls, clean inside cabinets etc., but mostly what I got was what they DON'T do, and how everything I asked about was 'extra' because 'that's not what we usually do'. For $450+ I decided to pass. Really?! Nearly $500 to clean an empty 1-bed apt? Nah. read more

I called the day before I needed their service, Anna and Jessica showed up the next day on time and did an excellent job under the circumstances. My move was a little chaotic as the movers were still there, but the girls managed to clean around them, and the apartment came out beautiful. What a treat to have someone else clean up after everything is moved out. I would recommend the service and definitely use them again. read more

I contacted Claire's Cleaning Service and received an estimate by e-mail. Being interested in hiring them I wrote: Hello I would like to schedule a time for you to visit the home and go over the services and frequency of periodic cleaning. Let me know when it will be convenient for you to stop by. Thank you I received an email and a text from Alan and we also talked on the phone and we scheduled an appointment for him to come to the home and provide an estimate. I waited at the appointed time and he never showed up, never called and never followed up with any other communication. read more

I am very pleased, Jessica and Milenes came and did my flat really nice. They were hard working, precise and thorough. I really loved it, the price was right, they were very pleasant people, looking forward for next month's cleaning, they deserve it. Sparkling clean and nice smell, just as I like it. Even dusting the top corners. read more

Owner Alan of Claire's Cleaning is very responsive and professional. He came to my house twice after an initial miscommunication on my side. I was thankful he took the time to come back. He does a thorough walkthrough and explains the process. read more

I hired Claire for a deep clean of my 2x2 messy home with pets. She came the same day to provide a reasonable estimate and was punctual and professional the day of cleaning. She and her colleague always wore masks and did a truly excellent job. The baseboards and fans along with appliances like oven and fridge are now spotless. Although it took longer than expected her quote was the same which I was very impressed with. I even scheduled regular cleanings. I would highly recommend her to family and friends, and anyone who needs professional quality cleaning services. read more

I recently hired Claire's Cleaning for a move-out cleaning and discussed my need to have my home cleaned within the week as I was traveling at the end of it. They agreed to my timeline. The day they were supposed to come I got a call that they were cancelling and did not receive an explanation other than Alan telling me he cannot control his girls. My rating is based solely on reliability and not performance as they never showed. I had decided on Claire's over another option as I had been told they could work with my timeline, that did not happen. In reply to your response below, I had mentioned I needed it done on that date as I was heading to NY on Friday so that would not work. You had told me you can't control your girls which is not a good response. Like I said, I cannot comment on the job done as it did not happen but the reliability was poor. read more

Excellent job! From the moment I booked, I was in good hands. I received a confirmation text the night before, as promised. Maria and Jessica arrived on time. They were friendly, thorough, trustworthy and efficient. The place looked and smelled clean. I couldn't have asked for better people! read more

Not dependable. Scheduled a month in advance for a walk through of the property and owner cancels within a day or two prior. Had no backup and had to scramble to find another cleaning company. read more

WOW!!!! Absolutely thrilled with this service. Maria, Milene, and Mirian just left after cleaning my home for the past 7 hours. This team was fantastic, they cleaned so thoroughly, leaving no stone unturned. My house is absolutely sparkling, and I have 3 dogs, 4 cats, and many pictures all over my walls and decorations around. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you!!! read more

I was moving out of my apartment and needed to hire a cleaning company because I had a significant security deposit that I was worried about getting back. I was in contact with Alan and he was very informative and answered any questions I had. The price was reasonable and I was confident that they would do the job. After the job was complete, I met with my landlord and he couldn't believe how good the place looked. It actually looked better than when I moved in. He immediately gave me my security deposit back. I couldn't be happier with the results and I highly recommend Claire's Cleaning and Disinfection Service. You will not be disappointed. read more

I was in a rush to move and barely had a week. These ladies and Alan were very helpful, prompt, true to their word and reasonable. And man, they do incredible work! I highly recommend them for any cleaning needs for your home. They're reasonable, punctual, and will schedule around your needs. And they're trustworthy which was the most important part. read more

Very responsive to my inquiry for a booking for deep cleaning. Arrived as scheduled and left my apartment sparkling.

Very thorough and accommodating , they arrived with all the needed supplies and are professional and responsible regarding this COVID situation . These guys will definitely get your move-out cleaning done right ! read more

Maria did a fantastic job! Had a move out cleaning and everything was sparkling. Fastest walk through ever!

It was a pleasure to deal with Claire, she is honest, very detail oriented and you can tell puts time into a job. I was overall pleased with their work but would probably rate closer to a 4.5 as I believe you can always improve. Their best work to me was on the curtains, baseboards, cupboards, and inside the oven and microwave as they did a phenomenal job. I felt the flooring could have been done a little better but still a solid job nonetheless. Would recommend for future work. read more

The girls did a fantastic job with a challenging assignment. Clean the house of someone turning 102, with 100 years of memorabilia in every room. They were professional, courteous and thorough. It will take time, but they will get through every room and closet. God bless! I highly recommend Claire's. read more

I needed a move in cleaning for a new home. I contacted them for a quote and they responded quickly. They confirmed the date and time the day before service. Two cleaners showed up and did an amazing job. At least one spoke English so I was able to communicate the specifics of what I needed done. They were efficient and detailed. I would recommend them for service. read more

Did an amazing job. Friendly, and worked very quickly. Did a move out cleaning and my apartment looks great!

This is my first time using Claire's. I expected them to bring cleaning supplies, I supplied the cleaner. I read reviews and knew to provide paper towels and garbage bag...didn't know I was to supply mop, Pail, rags, sponge. I was told they would be here around 3 and they got here after 4. It messed up my timing to prepare dinner as they were still cleaning at 6:45. On the positive side, they did a great job cleaning the house. read more

I highly recommend using this company for your cleaning needs. They are prompt courteous and professional and do a wonderful job. I was in a rush to have a cleaning done on my condo before leaving town and called for a quote. Alan answered the phone promptly, and was kind enough to show up to give me an estimate within a half hour of our phone conversation. After listening to my story he was able to schedule my service immediately. The ladies showed up on time, went right to work and did an outstanding job above and beyond what i was anticipating and the service was more than reasonably priced. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future cleaning needs. read more

The cleaners were here this morning and they did a great job. The place is spotless. They even straightened up my kids rooms, which we told them wasn't necessary, since they were unbelievably messy. read more

Alan sent two women to clean our home. He was very quick to respond when I inquired about his services. Four days later they were here, On Time, and they even texted me that they were on their way. They did a great job -- cabinets, baseboards, and even refolded my towels to look pretty. The ladies were very polite, friendly, and eager to please. I'm definitely hiring them again to help with the cleaning. Thank you Alan! Great job! read more

It may not have been their fault. I mixed them up with another cleaner I interviewed. The stuff they cleaned was pretty decent. I just feel that for the price (the other company offered to do more for less) they should have left the place spotless. They didn't do my kitchen cabinets, nor the laundry room shelves, nor the front door mat. They brought 5 cleaners but I should have went with the company who were bringing only 3. read more

I recently sustained a shoulder injury and I have been unable to do a deep cleaning. I'm so OCD and because of this my husband insisted that I wait until I got better because I was never truly pleased with other friends cleaning companies . After reading some of the other Yelp reviews I decided to reach out, Allan's response time was quick, he made an assessment, asked about my specific needs, and gave a quote in a timely manner. I like that they asked for pictures in advance too. I was very fortunate to have Bruna sent to my home, although I didn't get to meet her my daughter said that she was very pleasant and seemed to be really focused on the task at hand. Needless to say she did an amazing job! I have zero complaints. I don't think this will be my last time using them. I am very pleased and I definitely got my monies worth. read more

After a deep clean, I could barely recognize my house. It was shiny and thoroughly clean. The women even removed stubborn and ancient shoe marks from the baseboards. Let me add that I needed this service urgently and the team was able to accommodate me. Absolutely no complaints and all complements from my family. read more

Just had them finish my 4 bed/2bath home for a deep clean! The ladies were amazing and also let me know what they cleaned with before and after pics. I'm pregnant right now so moving into a home and having to clean is not ideal for me but they made it sooo much easier. My place was spotless and they paid attention to detail. I highly recommend them! read more

Priscilla did an incredible job with the apartment. I have no complaints about the job she did. However, having the manager or whoever's in charge text me to tell my having clothes on my floor wasn't okay and that it took a lot of extra work to pick up my clothes is ridiculous. I didn't realize I had to clean before my cleaning lady got there. On top of that he then proceeded to tell me most client tidy up before they come over and sent me pictures of my own apartment. As well as try to renegotiable the price higher when it was already discussed. Completely unprofessional. Not to mention no follow up call when I discussed wanting a biweekly cleaning. I will not be using them again. Again not a complaint on Priscilla just her management read more

Alan was so nice to accommodate me last minute. I needed assistance with a quick spring cleaning due to back injury. I reached out to this company and by the next day someone was here. Thank you to Alan for being so accommodating and professional. I called him on a Sunday of a holiday weekend and needed someone to clean the same day.
