The cleaners have not taken anything. I've had various 2-person female crew teams over the years. Usually we can't communicate well when I'm there, so I use an app like Google Translate. I also leave yellow stickies on various places saying "Leave this door open" (in Portuguese). I only use them to clean, not do our laundry. They were originally called Nuza's Cleaning - I'm not sure if the name changed to Hopper or if one company took over another.
