Hair and dust were left on the stairs after the crew had already left. When I opened the blinds in my newborn's nursery, dust came off them visibly, which is not something I expect from a "deep clean." When I raised these concerns directly with the owner, I did not get an acknowledgment of the problem or any real accountability. Instead, I was told a deep clean was already what I'd received. That response, more than the missed appointments, is why I won't be using this company again. If you're considering hiring them, I'd think carefully about whether you can rely on consistent scheduling and thorough, careful work -- in my experience, both were lacking.
