For the price, my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors still had many spots that had to be manually wiped afterwards, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and the stainless steel appliances were at best streaky and had to be given another go-over by us. There are so many cleaner service choices out there, I don't think I will be using Carvalhos again.

So... Between COVID and some medical issues, I REALLY lost control of household chores. By my…read morebirthday in November 2021 I had really had enough and decided to treat myself by hiring a pro for a deep clean. I've never been happy when I've done this in the past, so I researched as thoroughly as I could--I looked online for what to expect, how to prep, and how to find the right professional. I read reviews for Renato, and I'm so happy I found him! His reviews were glowing on Google and Yelp. We arranged for a one-time deep clean, with the possibility of monthly maintenance cleaning if all went well. Yeah, it went well. He came out for a walk-through and we found him so pleasant, and he gave me a reasonable price, so we scheduled it. On the day, he was punctual and professional. He got straight to work, and it was no small feat, but he worked so thoroughly and diligently. We are two long-haired adults with a small fuzzy dog, so you can imagine the mess we make... By the time he was done we were nearly in tears. This house has NEVER been so clean. We gave it a white-glove check after he left, which was AMAZING. But the most surprising thing is that now, 2 weeks later, we're STILL coming across little details that we missed but he hadn't. I think he touched every open space in this whole house--and he didn't just wipe the surfaces, he polished them. Somehow, the house is even staying clean--what sorcery is this? Hiring him for regular cleanings? Oh yeah. Recommend him? OH YEAH.

From your first interaction on the phone with Matt (also excellent), you know these guys are professional, accommodating, and enthusiastic abut their service. Renato and team arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and went to work. This service is on the more expensive side, but over the years I have had cleaners who have charged as much or even less and delivered far less that the end result with Renato. The company told me that will bring the products and that I have to provide them only this paper towels and garbage bags. We are only 2 grown ups, no pets, and very clean. They came yesterday morning and the 2 ladies were nice and clean and left and everything looked good. This morning I walked bare foot (like every morning) from the closet to the shower. When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened.

When we reached out to them, we said that we could overlook the balcony, but the oven and refrigerator were not done, despite being included. When I followed up, they said the cleaner who was supposed to come got sick and that they would get back to us. Another week passed, and we heard nothing, so I reached out again. They asked if we wanted to book another service, either deep cleaning or regular cleaning. They again said they would come soon, without giving any specific date. After following up once more, they continued to avoid giving a clear answer. It has now been a month, and no one has come back to complete the job. They are no longer responding and have effectively been ignoring us.
