For the price, my wife was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning. The floors still had many spots that had to be manually wiped afterwards, the kitchen cabinets were not wiped down and the stainless steel appliances were at best streaky and had to be given another go-over by us. Renato and team arrived on time, took a quick tour of the house and went to work. Every nook and cranny addressed, every baseboard and window sill wiped clean, even the Oven exhaust vents were taken down and expertly cleaned like new. Who does that? Renato does! When turned on the water, I noticed that on the floor there were black spots as my feet were very dirty. After my granchildren left today I decided to send the robot to map the floor. I change the robot's pad after cleans every room in my house. i have never seen the pads so dirty as today. I ended up cleaning the bathrooms and the counters again today even though that I paid for that yesterday. I don't know if the towels that they used (my husband that was at the house at that time told that they didn't use a lot of paper towel so I ssume that they used cloth towels) were dirty or never changed the water between rooms....I really don't know how this happened.

When we came back, everything looked generally clean, but the balcony, oven, and refrigerator were not cleaned at all, even though these services were supposed to be included. When we reached out to them, we said that we could overlook the balcony, but the oven and refrigerator were not done, despite being included. They apologized for the misunderstanding and said they would send someone to complete the job, but they never gave us a specific date. When I followed up, they said the cleaner who was supposed to come got sick and that they would get back to us. Another week passed, and we heard nothing, so I reached out again. They asked if we wanted to book another service, either deep cleaning or regular cleaning. I explained that I was not interested in booking anything else until they finished the previous service we had already paid for. They again said they would come soon, without giving any specific date. After following up once more, they continued to avoid giving a clear answer. It has now been a month, and no one has come back to complete the job. They are no longer responding and have effectively been ignoring us. Each time we contact them, we are told "tomorrow," but no one ever shows up. I am very disappointed with this level of service.
