How do you say "Are you ready to have your mind blown?" in Portuguese--"Você"está pronto para ficar…read morede queixo caído?" I recently reached out on Yelp looking for help with cleaning my home, and Josesne from JJ Best Services Corp responded quickly and professionally. As someone with a hectic career managing three departments at a nonprofit, my insane schedule and intense back pain have made it difficult to keep up with house cleaning tasks. I was hesitant and, dare I say, embarrassed initially, but Josesne was so friendly, open, and accommodating that I immediately felt at ease. I am, indeed, Mind Blown. They left my home absolutely spotless--even removing a hair dye stain from my sink that I thought was permanent! The attention to detail and care they showed throughout the process went far beyond my expectations. I even paid $50 above the previously agreed price because I was not expecting someone to be so detail-oriented. I am so glad that I reached out. I now have peace of mind knowing I can rely on JJ's BEST to help me maintain my home, and it's such a relief to have that burden lifted from my shoulders. If you're looking for a reliable, thorough, and professional cleaning service, I highly recommend JJ Best Services Corp. Josesne and her team exceeded my expectations!

I cannot even begin to express how very satisfied I am with Natalie and impeccable touch…read more I had an apartment that a tenant had left in such a dirty condition that I needed a very deep cleaning. I needed this work done on rather short notice. I had made arrangements with another cleaning company but once they got there and saw the condition, they told me it required a deep clean and that would be a higher charge and it would require their specialized deep cleaning service. We agreed on a price, day and time for that service. When I specified things that I wanted to make sure came out clean, All of a sudden their specialized deep cleaning service was not available and I was told I would need to use another service. In other words, they could not live up to their promise and backed out of the agreement. I was left hanging and reached back out to Natalie who I had been in contact with previously. I explained the entire situation to her and she assured me that impeccable touch could get it done for me, at that price and when I needed it done. Her communication with me was excellent. The crew was there on time and worked for many hours to get the place as clean as I needed it. They even came back the next day to make sure everything was as I had asked. I could not recommend a business more highly than impeccable touch. They are as professional, capable and reliable as any service I have ever dealt with and I am not a kid anymore, unfortunately. Natalie herself is the kind of business person that I totally respect and I'm sorry to say there aren't enough of nowadays. A person that lives up to their word and does what they say they will do. A person who responds to you and communicates with their crew to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. I assure you that you will not be disappointed and you cannot go wrong with impeccable touch and especially Natalie. I thank you so much for saving me on such short notice in this situation and I will be using you for other properties, both mine and friends and family members in the future. Sincerely and with regards. Mark R- Sunrise, Florida

Alan initially came to the house to see what we specifically wanted done and provided an estimate later in the day. Two days later Alan's wife, Maria, and her crew, Lucy & Milene, spent 7 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Keep in mind that the house had no furniture in it. They cleaned areas we didn't even consider and took pictures before and during the process that they sent to us for our records. They even found and cleaned a ton of dog hair from the dishwasher drain. The master bedroom closet wire shelves had black caked on grime, when they were finished cleaning they looked new again. I can't say enough as to how appreciative we were for their thoroughness, professionalism, and kindness. We highly recommend this company!!!

It was also $20 more than the price we were quoted via text message, but overall they did a good job. My partner spoke with the owner and arranged bi-weekly cleanings at a slightly lower price. We asked that they come every other Thursday in the afternoon. Today, we found out less than 24 hours in advance that they can't come tomorrow afternoon and were told they would be here around 10-11am instead. This is not what we asked for, so we had to cancel. It's also the second time (out of 2) that we have had scheduling issues with this company. The first time we requested a morning cleaning and they said they had to come in the afternoon because we didn't confirm their phone call after already confirming via text message. Some of the other reviews indicate similar problems with scheduling, so we decided to go with another company that can accommodate our needs.
