Very punctual, did a great job!!!! Would recommend them in a NY minute!!!! Also the price quoted was very fair!

If you're looking for a cleaning company that won't disappoint, Essential Cleaners is who you need in your life! I requested a deep cleaning and I am so happy with the results. Isa and Reinaldo did an outstanding job. They arrived right on schedule, briefly went over what focus areas I had and they exceeded my expectations. They were also so sweet and professional. It was a pleasure to have them. I will definitely be using them again and recommend you should too! read more

Don't hire this company. You cannot depend on them to do a fair job. I am not happy to give a negative report but I want others to be aware. I cannot recommend. read more

They do a great job. Always on time and easy to communicate with. Very detailed and no issues with my little dog.

Love them!! Grettel and Hilda are amazing! Grettel will respond to my messages so quickly no matter if it's the weekend or at what time and she is extremely helpful and caring. Hilda, who comes to clean our house, is THE BEST!! I will not trade her for the world! Everytime she comes to my house I feel like I am getting a deep cleaning because she does such an amazing job no matter how long it takes her, she makes sure to get everything done and well. Love her!! We travel a lot so having someone come and take care of cleaning and sometimes chores like Laundry is extremely helpful. Everyone always told me to find someone who does cleaning on their own and not a company because companies for cleaning tend to be "more expensive and don't have good personnel for cleaning", but Essential Cleaners taught me otherwise and I am so happy to be their customer. I have my cleanings scheduled bi weekly ongoing forever because I don't know what I'd do without them! Thank you!! read more

I was starting to give up on cleaning services until now. Essential Cleaners sent over Lorena yesterday to do a deep cleaning (as my husband and I travel for business and are super busy). Previous cleaners we hired we were always in a rush, or had to go somewhere else and it showed in their work. They would miss out on important details that I specifically asked to be clean. Lorena spent almost 8 hours deep cleaning and organizing our ENTIRE home. I can't even begin to tell you how satisfied my husband and I were when we came home. She even organized under our bathroom sinks. Spots in the tiles that we tried to scrub and scrub just weren't turning white, but of course Lorena came through and had our shower tiles sparkling WHITE!. It was the little things that caught our eye as well. Cleaning corners that weren't even noticeable, little hidden areas due to all of our clutter. We haven't had a good night's rest for a long time. Thank you Essential Cleaners and especially LORENA for giving us peace of mind finally! I've already set up a weekly maintenance cleaning! Yes, they are that good! read more

I liked this company because I received a prompt reply to arrange the cleaning. We visited a friend and wanted to help him get his place cleaned. We discussed upfront via email. The arrival time was a little later than promised but it still worked with our timing for our next appointment. The cleaner was pleasant and worked diligently. There were a few spots that I had to have her visit which she did willingly. She was very pleasant. She didn't speak English but with my little bit of Spanish, we communicated just fine. I think the price was fair for a first cleaning with them and would expect that future cleaning would be less e.g. biweekly. The owner also checked mid way to see how the service was going. I would use this service again. read more

Lorena was fantastic. We booked a single deep cleaning after moving into our house and she spent 6 hours cleaning for a flat rate. House looks good and she organized all of our Knick Knacks. read more

Essential Cleaners - Floors - Office Cleaning Near Me

Essential Cleaners did an amazing job on our deep cleaning for our move in! It has been hard finding not only good cleaners but trustworthy and professional cleaners. We are so thankful we chose them for our move in cleaning. We reached out on a Thursday afternoon with a request for a deep cleaning the following Tuesday with which they were able to squeeze us in! Mirtha, Carmen, Yamilet, and Nayla showed up ready to go first thing in the morning! The quality of their work was amazing! They cleaned our home as if it were their own, taking their time and care in each area before moving to the next! Professional and Friendly! The communication was top notch, you really could not ask for more! Essential Cleaners will now be our go to for all our cleaning needs! read more

She did a great job. The only thing I would recommend is that you communicate with the company ahead of time if you don't speak any Spanish. We were able to communicate using Google Translate, so it worked out, but we didn't expect that. read more

I had such a great experience with Essential Cleaners! I'd been looking for someone I could trust to clean my grandmas house. We had previously hired a couple of other companies, but the job was not well done. Essential Cleaners was quick to respond for a quote and I booked the earliest possible date. We were assigned Hilda, who did an incredible job cleaning the home. My grandma was so pleased with the job she said it was the best cleaning Jon she had ever seen... and I promise you, she is extremely picky. So, if it passes the gest with my grandma I'm sure it'll pass any test! The person assigned to clean can either use your equipment and products or they bring their own. It depends what you choose and what materials you have. Pricing was comparable to all the other companies and freelancers I had previously booked. However, the cleaning job was bar none. Really happy with the results and I will continue to use them. Highly recommend! read more

Essential Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my condo. They were very detailed in their communications, very fair in pricing, and their cleaning service exceeded my expectations. I was on a short timeline and quickly needed specific parts of my condo cleaned for a move out. They made availability for me right away and went above and beyond in their service. My condo looks amazing! I'll be sure to use them again for any future cleaning needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, high-quality cleaners. read more

It took me a while to write this review but I just wanted to thank the ladies that helped me with the cleaning of my house. They were both very professional and patient with me! I've been struggling with my mental health for years now and my house was a clear reflection of that. They both helped me and left my house in an impecable condition, I loved it. I'm so grateful to them! 10/10 would recommend read more

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and disrespect shown by Essential Cleaners. After a mediocre deep cleaning before Christmas, I decided to give them another chance and hired them for a bi-weekly dusting job. However, their incompetence and disregard for their clients has left me completely disappointed. Firstly, they rescheduled the first appointment that was supposed to be on December 28. Despite reluctantly agreeing to the change, they couldn't even stick to the new appointment time of 10AM. Instead, they pushed it back to 12:30-1PM and promised to inform me when they were on their way. Yet, at 1:20, when no one had shown up or bothered to contact me, I had to call them myself. And what did I get? A rude and unprofessional response from the woman on the phone, who even had the audacity to tell me to "shut up". When I mentioned writing a review about my experience, she had the nerve to scream at me and accuse me of threatening her. Not only did they completely disrespect my time and schedule, but they also failed to deliver on their promise of communication. And to top it all off, the attitude and behavior of the woman on the phone was despicable. It's a shame because the two cleaners who did come for the deep cleaning were pleasant, despite not doing a satisfactory job. Do not waste your time and money with Essential Cleaners unless you are prepared to be treated like dirt by their unprofessional and rude staff. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and I urge others to steer clear of this company. Consider yourselves warned. After this review This woman is dangerous! she is sending me a barrage of texts, apparently she recorded a conversation without my knowledge even if it only proves that i am right. Be careful people. I had to block her number. This is costumer service at its worst. Under federal law, it is illegal to record a cell phone or landline conversation without the consent of all parties (18 USC 2511 (1). read more

I used Essential Cleavers to clean out my house after I moved out to prepare it for its new owners. They did a deep cleaning for me. The company new we were right on time so they sent two people instead of just one, which was a smart call! The company was very communicative, checking in frequently with me and also all staff were very nice and professional! I scheduled only two days before needing the service and the company moved schedules around to accommodate me. They did a great job cleaning my home, despite the time crunch. I highly recommend Essential cleaners! I had a fantastic experience with them! read more

We contacted Essential Cleaners a few weeks ago to clean our apartment before hosting for some friends over the weekend, and the entire experience was top notch from beginning to end. We gave all of our details on a Monday and had several follow-up questions, and they were very prompt in answering all of our questions and clarifying the details. They arrived that Friday with all the supplies and did a very thorough job. We're so happy with how everything turned out, and we'll gladly choose them again! Last month my wife and I decided to throw a sweet 16 birthday party for our daughter. We also planned on hosting a 4th of July get together shortly after. Since we both work, we searched for a cleaning company ahead of time to help clean up after the birthday party. Never in my wildest dream did I expect our house to get this trashed. Teenage girls are BEYOND messy. Grettel and her team showed up the next day and went to work. They showed up on time and had all the necessary supplies to clean the entire house. I still can't believe what an amazing job they did. WAY beyond my expectation. I expected a couple of old ladies with a mop to show up, but I got actual professionals! When they were done, the place looked better than BEFORE the party. Incredible job! I would not have wanted to clean my house by myself after that party. This is my first ever Yelp review. The job they did was so phenomenal I felt compelled to write a comment. If you're looking for a great cleaning crew, don't waste your time researching. Call Grettel right away! I'll be hiring them after each holiday gathering and any other time i expect company and need the house cleaned. Top of the line business and fantastic customer service. read more

I'll give you guys one star, we had an appointment at 9 am and we waited there until 9:30 am but nobody showed up because that person had problems with their car, we rescheduled for 1:30 pm on the same day and we waited another 45 min but nobody told me anything until I had to ask about it, if they were coming or not and they said they ran late in the morning job. I'm sorry guys but you should send someone immediately or just be honest and say you can make it work or not not and not make me waste my time and money on gas, etc. When you said something I would value your words, I'm serious that's what I'm expecting back. And the $20 dollars that you guys sent for your apology, sorry but that doesn't pay the time that I wasted waiting and the inconvenience that you guys caused. Have better communication with your clients, they're the ones paying for the service. I had to wait 45min and you said I left when they were 10 min far, so I should wait almost for an hour? sorry I don't have all day to wait. read more

They did a great job and really got into the details. Will be working with them again!

Essential cleaners did awesome job for deep cleaning. Everywhere is wiped and mopped - perfectly cleaned. Not to mention they also organized my item (including cat toys) and made everything look super tidy. They even offered to wash dishes and change beddings for me. Really sweet ladies. Love their works :). In general it's a very fair price for awesome service and sweet ladies. Will definitely order again read more
