My husband and I are 76. It's hard for me to keep up with the housework. My daughter signed me up and paid for regular cleanings. She paid for two people for two hours, we got two people for one hour. This went in for several weeks until my daughter told me they should be there longer than one hour. The owner was unconcerned that we were overcharged. I don't recommend this company. read more

Jan and her staff are very professional, come prepared with all the cleaning products and equipment, they have high standards and clean thoroughly. Paid a lot of money for a deep cleaning and my floors weren't even mopped and my shower wasn't cleaned at all.

I called to book an appt with this company and was greeted by a woman with broken English who let me know she was driving and would need to get back to me in an hour when she got her computer . I asked her if she was definitely going to call me back in an hour because I really needed to have a cleaner to my house Atleast within the week . I told her I would wait and wouldn't call any other company in the meantime . Consequently 4 hrs past and I did not hear from her so I text her and asked her if she forgot about me and that to please let me know because I can't wait any longer to book . She then preceded to tell me that she had called her girl that she has ( one girl ? ) and her girl told her she wouldn't come to my area and I asked her why she didn't Atleast call me and let me know , and that if her girl doesn't service my area which is stated in the area on her site , where does she even service because I am in the general area , she then told me she didn't like my attitude and she wouldn't even service me anyway (! ) I asked her why she would say that , as I was very respectful and that I waited 4 hrs for her to get back to me , which totally inconvenienced me most especially after she told me she'd get back to me an HR from when I initially called , so how is my attitude bad ?? She then started cursing at me in Spanish some really really nasty and horrible things , that I will most definitely not reiterate on here . I couldn't believe her behavior I was so taken aback . When I didn't respond , she continued with the obscenities in Spanish . I figured at this point I had to block her so I did . I only thank GOD that she did not come to my house because someone like that who acts so erratically who knows what they are capable of ! I live across the country, and after having my mother out to visit for a few weeks (with a husband and dogs still back in Miami), I wanted to treat her to a house cleaning when she returned. It was a difficult decision, because I couldn't personally attend to working with whomever I selected. Based on the reviews that I found on Yelp, I decided to put my trust in A Cleaner Image to provide the service on my behalf. I made a great decision! Promptly after calling, and with very short notice (I procrastinated - oops), Clara (the owner) called me back and was flexible and responsive regarding sending a crew out to provide cleaning services for my parents. She asked about the scope of the work that I wanted done, and recommended a crew size and rough amount of time that it would take. After finding a time that worked for my parents, I contacted Clara and she was able to accommodate my request without any trouble. Of course, while this is all great, the most important part of the service wasn't how well the company worked with me to schedule the work, but how well they did the work. It only got better. I received a text message from my mother, as well as a subsequent phone call, both glowing reactions to the great experience that she had. She informed me that Clara called her both before the cleaning crew arrived, and after they were done, to make sure that their expectations were aligned, and that she was satisfied with the work. My mother informed me that she was very pleased with the courteousness and most importantly, the quality, of the work. The work was diligent and efficient, and in the end she was very grateful for the service. Excellent deep cleaning in minimal time and reasonable price! Very pleased with the results. Owners go out of their way to determine specific needs and desires of client and go out of their way to provide whatever they can according to customer needs or clearly notify of any limitations. I appreciate their honest and extra effort to satisfy customers. My only disappointment was not being informed in advance the cleaners did not have specific cleaning supplies needed for green cleaning of certain items already discussed with owners but I fortunately had sufficient supplies available. read more

They did a great job! My house was post construction so there was dust everywhere and they took care of about 99% of it. The kitchen, all appliances, all cabinets, and bathrooms were spotless. I also paid a little extra to have windows and doors cleaned and it was worth it! They were also super responsive through text or phone, and showed up when they said they would. The owner Clara really takes pride in her business and it shows. She is professional and curteous and it is evident that she has trained her staff to be the same. I had 3 ladies come to my home for 2 hours and they did an amazing job. They wasted no time at all. They cleaned everything to perfection. I gave them a brief run down of what I needed done but they went above and beyond. They did my ceiling fans without being asked, they cleaned my stove and fixed my drip pans exactly they way they were supposed to be, they removed stubborn pen marks that my toddler made on my fridge doors that I couldn't remove with several cleaners or a magic eraser. I could not be happier .with the services of A Cleaner Image. The most recent service I had was a basic cleaning . The ladies arrived on time,went right to work land I could not believe they were finished in two hours. They dusted the whole house,cleaned the bathrooms, mopped the tile floors and vacuumed the rugs and carpets. They also removed the rugs on the tile floors and mopped under them. They are very good. Clara, the owner, is extremely helpful. They are slightly more expensive than some of the other cleaning ladies you can get in Miami, but we have tried using other ladies who are cheaper and they were not reliable. This service is extremely reliable, I always tell Clara what I need done and when to be there and her staff is there on time and does a great job.
